Wonderful experience!
I love this hotel. It's very spacious and clean. The pool is amazing and has a bar! A very beautiful sky bar. There are beauty pools on the rooftop.
The staff are all very professional, helpful and friendly. Mr. Noreak and Ms. Sreyneth provided us with superb service! We traveled with our family and were able to get a 2 bedroom private room which is pretty spacious. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Chumneanh and the rest of the staff for great customer service!
Amazing Hostel, the room was clean and spacious. They had music playing loud downstairs but couldn’t hear it at all which was impressive. The staff were lovely and had little events happening though out like quizzes, karaoke etc but you didn’t have to take part if you didn’t want too. Staff were lovely and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more!
My stay was marked by exceptional comfort in the room, which was spacious and well-appointed. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor. The hotel restaurant was a culinary gem, with dishes that impressed at every meal. The cocktails were expertly mixed, providing a delightful way to end the day. This hotel is highly recommended for those who value comfort and gourmet dining.
Everything was perfect. The hotel was completely renovated. Very attentive staff... They even speak Spanish. The facilities were in very good condition. Great value for money. Very comfortable bed. Great location in Cambodia and a quiet place to relax.
You couldn't ask for more. Everything was fantastic and incredible. Totally recommendable. 🥰🥰😍🤩🥳🥳
We had a truly unforgettable stay at Indra Angkor Residence ❤️ Everything was perfect from start to finish! The room was spotless and cozy, with a beautiful atmosphere that made it ideal for a romantic getaway.
The location was super convenient — close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and offering great suggestions for places to visit. 😊
The pool and other amenities were also top-notch and added so much to our relaxing experience. We felt very welcomed and taken care of the entire time. Highly recommended for couples looking for a peaceful and intimate stay in Siem Reap!
Booking a room for 10 days. I enjoyed to stay in this hotel, staff is very good, friendly, helpful, Room very clean, breakfast good too and a swimming pool for your pleasure. A little bit far from the center of the city, but there is always tuk-tuk waiting a the main entrance. I recommend it.
This stay was a piece of paradise in the city. The staff was very helpful to set up tours and offer suggestions. We decided to try the cooking class with Chef ImTer, and he was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable and encouraging. The Khmer food was delicious! Even though it rained, they loved the class inside for us. Also , Polin (I think that’s how it was spelled) was so nice at every breakfast. If you’re in Siem Reap, this is a great option to relax.
It was my first time staying at The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort and Spa and I loved it! I stayed at the Grand Pool Suite, it was luxurious and spacious. 10/10 would recommend. Love the view, room, pool & buffet! Definitely staying there again in the future.

This is a nice hotel with a great pool and all other amenities that make a holiday pleasant. The rooms are very clean, the service very friendly. During the day it is possible to order food and drinks at a pool bar. The location is also very central - close to the Made in Cambodia Market and many other shops and cafes.
I would happily stay there again.

Excellent service! Everyone there was so kind. We had so many lovely conversations with staff. The facilities had everything you needed - gym, 24 hour in-room dining, pool, bar, massage. Location is walkable to many restaurants, stores etc. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Room was large, bed was comfy. Enough space to lounge, 2 desk areas, large bathroom, tub/shower and closet space. Staff was amazing! We loved everyone and Mr.November at the pool educated on many traditional customs, we had a wonderful conversation with him as with everyone there. Front desk was helpful, friendly. Can’t say anything negative, very good hotel.

Great
LLudovicusThe service at this hotel was, all in all, excellent. The staff (with the minor exception of the young, night shift receptionists) was super helpful and kind. And the complimentary breakfast was also excellent. These were huge plusses. But small (some really tiny) cockroaches were lurking in the bathroom on all nights of my stay, which i did not mind as much as the sunrise watching ***** who slammed the door at exiting at 5am... Perhaps better soundproofing possible?

PpassportfullofrosiesposiesThis hotel, particularly the service, has made me in love with Siem Reap. Mr Phea, Ms. Thida and Ms. Annie truly deserve my recommendation for their great hospitality, genuine care, and friendliness. I was first greeted my Mr Phea at the airport for the pick-up by TukTuk. It was a complimentary by the hotel. He was welcoming and so was Ms Thida when I arrived at the hotel. Not only with her warm smiles, I was also welcomed with a cold towel and a refreshing lemomgrass drink. We chatted like as if we had already known each other! As the room was already available on my arrival , I was granted early check-in to my room. Thank you, Ms Thida! I love my room. It was spacious and cosy. I wished the mini bar was complimentary but no biggie as there's a small grocery store just across the road where you can buy instant noodles, snacks, drinks and toiletries etc I spent the rest of my day out on a TukTuk for sightseeing and lunch. Mr Phea was my loyal TukTuk driver throughout my stay in Anjali. He was also like a tour guide and a friend to me. He brought me to an area where the Muslim community lives. There's a mosque and plenty of Halal food/restaurants. I truly appreciate Mr Phea doing this for me. Because of this, I had the opportunity to devour the delicious Cambodian dishes of Beef Lok Lak, Amok Fish, etc, without having to worry if it was pork-free and safe for me to eat. He brought me for a drive along the paddy fields and to watch the sunset. When I returned to the hotel, I was greeted by Ms Annie and Mr Panha. They were friendly too! Breakfast was alright to me. My first morning, I had my breakfast prepared and packed in a tiffin carrier as I left at 4am to go for the Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour. They packed hard boiled eggs, croissants, bananas, and little baguettes with jam. Only one morning I went to the restaurant for my breakfast and I chose Waffles with fresh fruits. There's a buffet of bakeries (bread, pastries, cakes), fresh fruit juices, cereals, and salad. I would totally recommend that the hotel look into an airtight container for the cereals as the ones I ate were all kinda soft and stale. The salad too should be covered because it was 'covered' with fruit flies and flies feasting on it. My two other breakfasts were spent in my room as requested. One of it was exceptionally good. I requested for scrambled eggs with cheese and mushrooms and I got just that. It was creamy and fluffy! I requested for smoked salmon at the side but was given smoked salmon bagel with rocket leaves and
The morning on my check-out day was sort of disgusting. The scrambled eggs were dry and two of out the croissants were cold. The watermelon Juice was good though. It could have been perfect if a glass of ice was served alongside with it.
NNatalya*This was by far the best hotel and service experience I have ever had! Staff greets you and even sends you off with farewell. Breakfast buffet so amazing. And when I wasn’t feeling well they even made me special oatmeal I requested for free. The rooms are so nice and artistic, beds so comfy. The mango wrap was so nice and includes massage and snacks. I would love to come back! Check out the New Dream of Cambodia Children School which is the only free school by donation. And also check out the Phare Circus. Of course temples but Beng Mealea temple is a less touristy hidden gem!
HH MatthiasA beautiful hotel well deserving of its 5-star rating. Check in was quick and a cold towel and fruit tea were served. Beautiful pool (though it can get crowded), and extremely huge room with a great view of the property. The bathroom was gigantic - the tub could easily a few people in it. Note that in order to control the AC, you have to bring the remote close to the central control (near the door).
Breakfast had a wide selection of food with an egg station and was extremely delicious. I had dinner twice at the restaurant, and each time the food did not disappointment.
The pool bar has happy hour promotions from 6-7pm, although it closes by 8pm.
The best asset about this place would be their guest-facing staff. Always smiling, greeting, and remembering every single guest by name. Everyone spoke very good English and always showed interest in guests, anticipating their needs. They also packed breakfast for guests going on the Angkor Wat sunrise tour. Special shoutout to Andy and Jenny for taking care of me so well.
My only critique would be that housekeeping could have been a bit more meticulous.

GGuest UserSala Lodges in the enchanting city of Siem Reap is nothing short of a hidden gem that boasts not only of charming aesthetics but also of exceptional service that made our stay unforgettable. Nestled quietly away, this hotel provided a tranquil retreat that was much needed during our travel.
The service at Sala Lodges was commendable, embodying the true spirit of hospitality. The staff were attentive, approachable, and consistently willing to assist us in organizing our trips around Siem Reap, making the overall experience hassle-free and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the Swiss owners who were genuinely amiable and made us feel warmly welcomed.
As for the accommodations, the rooms in Sala Lodges were a delightful surprise. Each room bore discrete charm with its tasteful decoration, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The authentic Khmer old houses are full of charm, yet modern and well preserved.
The hotel’s kitchen offered a menu that might seem simple at a glance but was satisfyingly delightful upon tasting. Every dish we tried was prepared well, with fresh ingredients and flavors that are comforting yet exciting to the palate. The breakfast, in particular, deserves an extra note of praise for being consistently good, providing a delightful start to our days of exploration.
Adding to the hotel’s allure was the inviting swimming pool, serving as a refreshing sanctuary after a day of touring the magical temples and vibrant markets of Siem Reap. During the wet season, the atmosphere around Sala Lodges was even more calming and soothing, with the soft sound of rain providing a comforting backdrop to our stay.
To sum it up, our experience at Sala Lodges was nothing short of magical. From the excellent service to the beautifully appointed rooms and delightful meals, every aspect of the hotel contributed to a stay that was serene, comfortable, and absolutely enjoyable. Whether you’re traveling in the wet season or not, Sala Lodges offers a cosy retreat that will surely enhance your Siem Reap adventure. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserAnansaya La Maison, located conveniently near Angkor Wat, offered a well-rounded experience. Negotiable scooter rentals provided by the hotel significantly enhanced our exploration flexibility. The standout feature was undoubtedly the complimentary massage, which was superbly relaxing.
The hotel welcomed us with a free airport transfer, an appreciated gesture. However, a subsequent airport transfer incurred a $40 charge, which felt disproportionately high for the short distance involved and the current fuel prices in Cambodia.
The maintenance of the hotel was exemplary, demonstrating the staff's dedication to providing a clean and welcoming environment. Our room faced the wall of an adjacent building, which, while not ideal, was a minor inconvenience as we spent most of our time out exploring.
Breakfast options were basic but were partly made up for by the inclusion of delicious exotic fruits. A particularly convenient amenity was the complimentary laundry service, which we found very useful.
A delightful addition to our stay was the daily offering of a complimentary non-alcoholic drink and a small snack by the pool, making our time there even more enjoyable.
We chose to dine outside the hotel every evening, a decision we did not regret. The local dining scene offered a plethora of fresh and healthy options (checkout the vegetarian restaurants), allowing us to immerse ourselves in the culinary diversity of Siem Reap and enjoy authentic local flavors.
In conclusion, Anansaya La Maison serves as a commendable base for visitors to Angkor Wat, with its blend of thoughtful amenities and excellent location. While there were minor drawbacks such as the view from our room and the charge for a second airport transfer, the overall experience was enhanced by the hotel's hospitality.
AAdrian K M HoThe Courtyard by Marriott in Siem Reap offers a prime location on a main street, making it easily recognisable to ride-hailing drivers. The property features an impressive entrance with a spacious driveway that facilitates smooth pick-ups and drop-offs.
The lobby creates an excellent first impression with its minimalist design, thoughtful lighting, and generous space. The check-in and check-out processes at the reception desk were efficient and hassle-free.
Throughout my five-day stay, the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy in every interaction. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a pool-facing room with a balcony, despite not requesting one.
However, as a wheelchair user, I encountered several accessibility challenges. While the staff were accommodating in helping me change rooms when the first one proved unsuitable, basic accessibility features were lacking. The hotel was unable to provide a plastic chair for showering, which made bathing both difficult and potentially hazardous. More concerning was the swimming pool area, which lacked wheelchair ramps, making it completely inaccessible due to steps.
For a 5-star establishment under the Marriott brand, these accessibility oversights were disappointing. Most international hotels typically provide better accommodation for guests with mobility needs. Despite being a Marriott Bonvoy member, these limitations significantly impact the likelihood of my return. Future travellers with accessibility requirements should thoroughly verify the hotel's facilities before booking.
While the hotel excels in location, aesthetics, and service attitude, its accessibility infrastructure falls short of international standards, particularly for a property of this calibre.
