The room was long and narrow, oceanfront with an unbeatable sea view, perfect for watching the sunrise from inside. It was spotlessly clean, as per Japanese standards, though the bathroom was on the smaller side. The included dinner was fantastic, with varied dishes each of the two nights. The hotel has an ice machine, and you can borrow an ice bucket from the front desk. There's no outdoor onsen. Accessing the outdoors requires taking the elevator to the rooftop and walking from there. A beach is just a few hundred meters away, great for an evening stroll. Nearby convenience stores sold sparklers, which many young people were setting off on the beach. The hotel's shuttle bus requires advance booking, as it gets fully booked very quickly. A pick-up service is available from the JR station between 2 PM and 5 PM. If you miss this window, you'll need to take a taxi yourself (be aware of potential queues during peak hours). Walking from the JR station to the hotel is mostly downhill, but the return journey is uphill. Furthermore, the hotel's rooftop entrance can be a bit tricky to locate.

It was a pleasant experience, because I can't drive and took the bus. The hotel is right next to the bus stop, which is very convenient (´▽｀). There is a cabinet in the lobby where you can choose the yukata you want to wear, and the patterns are all very beautiful (｡ì _ í｡) When I checked in, they knew I was a foreigner, so they spoke English to me during meals and conversations. The staff were very friendly, and the dinner and breakfast were delicious (´･ω･`). Every dish was delicious. I really liked the wagyu beef, oysters, bamboo shoots and sashimi for the appetizer. Although the amount didn't look big, it was actually quite filling. The hot springs were also very comfortable, and I soaked in them many times. My room was right next to the bathhouse, which was very convenient. The room was also very comfortable. A very happy stay experience o(^▽^)o

This hot spring hotel is fantastic. The staff at the front desk and restaurant speak fluent English. We booked two nights, allowing us to experience two different breakfasts and dinners. Dinner consisted of 11 courses, each with a detailed explanation. An hour flew by, and I took my time savoring it. In the evening, I soaked in nine different hot springs, completely washing away my fatigue. The hotel is within walking distance of the station, making it convenient for visiting several attractions. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are big enough, in addition to the public hot springs, each booking also has access to the hotel's private bath for 50 minutes, which is amazing. I didn't expect there to be sashimi for two meals in one night. It's so rich

Arriving in Atami from Tokyo in the afternoon, we were unfortunately caught in a heavy downpour. My wife and I found ourselves stranded at Atami Station. Our original plan was to have dinner first and then head to our accommodation once the rain eased, but it showed no signs of stopping. Everything you read in the reviews about the hotel's proprietress is absolutely true. She's Chinese and incredibly warm and hospitable. The proprietress couldn't reach us initially, so she went to great lengths, contacting my wife through Ctrip customer service, adding her on WeChat, and then personally driving to Atami Station to pick us up. We were genuinely, profoundly moved by her kindness! Upon arrival at the hotel, she enthusiastically introduced us to the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. She was incredibly thorough and passionate about it! Crucially, she cleared up all my questions about the 'Kinmedai Train,' which truly ensured our trip was seamless and perfect! The hotel room perfectly matched the photos. On a clear day, you can enjoy stunning views of the blue sky, white clouds, and the ocean. (I've included some photos!) I didn't get a chance to take many interior photos, but the tatami room was impressively spacious! Unfortunately, it was pouring rain again on our departure day back to Tokyo. The proprietress had her husband (a local who speaks a little Chinese) kindly drive us to the station. He was very friendly. The hotel offers excellent value for money! Highly, highly recommend!

The room is large and extremely nice, all the required amenities are there. The view from the room balcony is magnificent, overseeing the beach . The unseen in the room is nice too, the temperature is just right . The free taxi service to and from station is very thoughtful and convenient. this is better than shuttle bus service which some hotels offer. The breakfast options are many with both western, Japanese, and even a bit of chinese.

The hotel has a good location, less than ten minutes' walk from Izu Atagawa Railway Station. It provides pick-up and drop-off services, which need to be booked one day in advance. The service is super good. I remember that the front desk staff is called Asami, who can understand a little English. From the beginning of check-in, he will carefully introduce every detail that will be encountered in the hotel. Every staff member I met later is super enthusiastic, including the male staff who sent us to the railway station (forgot to see his name), whose English is not bad. You can feel that this country has taken service to the extreme! The room is very spacious, the facilities are relatively new, the functional design is reasonable, and the sea view is unique. The hot springs are divided into indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool listens to the sound of the sea and relaxes to get rid of the fatigue of a day's travel~ The swimming pool downstairs is heated, and many people play in it, and you can drink a free drink~ The booked one meal and two nights is still very convenient in Izu Atagawa, and the taste is really delicious. I stayed for two nights and was reluctant to leave. I recommend everyone to stay here in Izu~

This hotel boasts stunning views. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and you can soak in the hot spring bath while enjoying direct views of Mount Fuji. I'll definitely be staying longer on my next visit! A complimentary shuttle service to the hotel is a huge plus, and the overall environment is truly wonderful. The only minor drawback is that dining options aren't very convenient.

The hotel was great, wonderful service, good food, nice staff overall, however, Fuua spa was a bit disappoint with no extra towels to use. I would suggest to bring a bottle of drinking water or you would have to purchase. We stayed in the mountain side because it was cheaper but the ocean view would be great. You can see ropeway going up and down on the mountain side. Bus runs for free between the station and the hotel every 20 minutes or so. No reservation needed. It’s right in front of McDonalds at the station. Bus is not large. I would suggest to get there a bit early if you want to sit with your company together. You have a half off ropeway discount in the card you get at the check in counter so don’t throw it away after check out the hotel :)
