From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth, professional, and friendly. The staff spoke good English. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Namba, within walking distance to Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, and several subway lines. Despite being so central, the hotel is tucked away enough to be quiet at night.

Excellent location and view. Especially for family with kids, this hotel is right above Namba station and walking distance to kuromon market, dontorbori. Easy to get to different subways for traveling. Though is 2 double beds. One bed can fit one Asian adult and child.

Excellent location. Right above Osaka JR station and Daimaru department store. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. The room is spacious in Japan standard. No problem to accommodate two opened 28” luggage. The unblocked city view from room is nice. Wish to have self service laundry facilities in hotel.

Extremely accessible hotel to a lot of locations. However, it will be good if they can reduce the pricing for the breakfast, it will cost Japanese yen 4100 per person if we didn’t add on. If there is no discount too expensive.

Love this hotel and will come back again! Spectacular view for our room located on 49/F, facing the bay side. Huge room with 3 beds. Most spacious room on the highest floor ever stayed in Japan. Very reasonable price except for the breakfast which comes with quite stiff price. We tried breakfast on both 2/f and 51/f and the latter was way better in terms of spread and quality of food. Love the basement parking, the lift will take you from carpark directly to your guest room floor. Best for those traveling with a car!!! Exit by credit card payment at gate. Charge on each exit. No need any help from hotel staff which is so so so good! Very crowded with the lifts when there is conference or event within the hotel. Overall, very happy with our stay there. Thank you for everything.

The hotel staff are all very polite and helpful. All hotel residents could enjoy around 30% discount for buffet breakfast (adults) and 50% for kids. The city view from the glass wall is marvellous.

A nice and clean hotel in a reasonable location. It can be noisy due to the adjacent major road, especially when noisy motor bikes and sports cars drive past making a terrible noise. Rooms are adequate in size for one, but the twin bedded rooms are a little bigger. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and polite. Lift access is a bit unusual as one needs to catch an ascending separate lift to reach reception on the 16th floor, and then another descending separate lift to reach your room on levels 15 and below. Overall a nice hotel. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Centara Grand Osaka. It’s great value for money, especially for families. Even the standard room was impressively large with a thoughtful layout and spacious entryway—perfect for maneuvering luggage, a stroller, and keeping shoes organized. The bed was big and very comfortable, and we appreciated the provided toiletries and pyjamas for kids. The hotel is conveniently located near Namba Station and Namba Parks, with plenty of eateries and shops within walking distance. The staff were mostly international and spoke English well, which made communication smooth and easy. Breakfast had a refreshing Thai-inspired twist, a welcome change from the Japanese meals we enjoyed throughout the day. Highly recommended for families visiting Osaka!

I didn’t stay but my parents did and thanks to her and the whole team they not only had a wonderful time but a memorable one in Osaka. My parents couldn’t stop complimenting how good the staff and cleaning staff were. The excellent breakfast buffet. The wifi speed. The television had YouTube and all the modern entertainment you would expect to keep them entertained. And as you probably have already seen the views and the rooftop public spa I believe is second to none in Osaka hotels - spectacular. Excellent job to the staff. Thanks again.

## Facilities The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Honmachi Station on the Midosuji Line. Crucially, this station exit lacks an elevator, and upon arrival, dragging our luggage up the stairs was quite a struggle. The rooms aren't huge, but its prime location more than makes up for it, as the surrounding area is incredibly convenient. A 7-Eleven right downstairs took care of all our breakfast and snack needs. Who can relate to the joy of grabbing some beer and snacks after a long day on your feet, then heading back to the hotel for a drink and a chat...? ## Environment There's a noodle shop at the street corner near the hotel that I absolutely have to recommend! It's self-service, and the noodles are super delicious and affordable. Plus, it's open until 11 PM! Coming back late at night and seeing its warm glow on the street corner really gave me that 'Midnight Diner' (Japanese drama) vibe. ## Cleanliness I believe daily room cleaning is complimentary. You just need to place the 'Please clean' sign on your door, which you should confirm with the front desk during check-in. We stayed for three nights, and one day we forgot to put up the sign, so the room wasn't cleaned that day, but no extra charges were incurred. One evening, returning to the hotel, we did experience some loud motorcycles revving their engines on the street near the Honmachi station exit. However, the hotel itself was very quiet, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, I still highly recommend this hotel.
