Very convenient location with friendly staff. The room is spacious, and the humidifier was a lifesaver! My only feedback would be about the breakfast. If you’re staying for more than two days, I’d recommend skipping it, as the menu doesn’t change much and can get repetitive.

The hilton hotel is very conveniently located. It is closely located to the main train station and a number of shopping malls, all connected underground . There are a lot of restautants within walking distance to choose from for meals. A lot of shops and big department stores in the viccinty for shopping. Will visit again. Although they have mistakenly taken my pyjamas from my closet as it was hung together with the hotel robe, they tried their best to locate it before my departure on the next day ( I was told it was retrived from the laundry area ) and offered compensations such as free breakfast ( which I have not taken as I would prefer to spend my last morning in Osaka on exploring the surroundings)

Good location, though a bit off from the main Umeda shopping / dining area, but it is a brand new hotel, so you cannot expected it be in the prime location in the developed Umeda area.
Very big and spacious room, in terms of hotel room size in Japan in general. Heating is a bit too strong in the room, so you may feel quite dry in the room.
The stairs connecting the main entrance to the roadside and the mall of the hotel is a problem to those travellers with big suitcase, it is not easy to locate the elevators.
Minor errors here or there but still a great choice if you would like to stay at Umeda area.

The hotel is located in a small street which has many restaurants and bars, thus many trashes in the street . However it is close to many metro stations and shopping areas. The check in and check out process were easy.

Easy walkable distance from the shopping and restaurants.
Clean enough! My view out the window is of the neighboring building that is within arms length away so I’m staring at a white wall outside the window.
I appreciate that amenities are in lobby and not automatically in each room (environmentally friendly).
There’s still a kettle, hairdryer, fridge, dehumidifier, AC in the room.
I also feel safe in this hotel and there’s a communal lounge area serving coffee tea water in lobby with WiFi.
If you are a large person, you can easily stub your toe several times just because the space is so small but it’s definitely comfortable enough for a solo traveler if it’s a max 2 night stay.

It was a great place to stay at, 120 m Deon train station.
The check in was faster as much as the checking out. Room is bigger then average in Japan, very clean, comfortable bed, cleaning service was perfect , every day. Breakfast was great, good reason to come back on my next trip 👍👍🌷🌷🌷🌷

The best hotel of my trip in Osaka! I need a room near the airport before my next morning flight. So, I've book here due to close to the train station.
But is was better than I've expected, the building is connected to the train station, I can walk through the way out to the building and also cross to the Rinku town.
The room was clean and has a very nice view. And they have a free shuttle but to the Airport, too . Love it!

Japanese hotels are known for its high hospitality but based on the charge the actual service provided may differ which is a fair argument considering the amount paid. But this is the first one at least for me it feels really worth it. The size the facilities it doesnt feel like i need to compromise with my satisfaction. Love it.

GGuest UserWe had a really pleasant stay and will probably book this hotel the next time we are in Osaka. Close to the train station and there was a 24-hour convenience store just across a small road. Room was small but relatively alright (although we did request to change to a bigger room 2 nights later - with a fee, of course). Staff were friendly and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. There is a smoking area located on the first floor too. Hotel is lively at night as they have a bar downstairs. Toiletries are complimentary to take yourself at the lobby area. Really loved this hotel.

The check in and check out process were self help.
Check in time at 3pm.
Check out time at 10am.
After check out you can stay in the hotel and use the facilities. Good for those who need to hang yout for a little while more before their flight.
Walking bare foot in the whole hotel building is a brand new experience for all of us.
The swimming pool is only accessible by going through the female and male changing rooms which are on different floors.
If a dad has to bring a daughter to the pool they will have to go in separately, which is not optimal.

The room is spacious in Japan standard. No problem to accommodate two opened 28” luggage. The unblocked city view from room is nice.

Qqadjuliehad a fantastic stay at Shinsaibashi Grand Hotel Osaka! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free.
The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Shinsaibashi shopping street, Dotonbori, and the metro station, making it easy to explore Osaka’s top attractions.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with comfortable bedding, modern amenities, and a well-stocked bathroom.

AAhmad MostafaA nice and clean hotel in a reasonable location. It can be noisy due to the adjacent major road, especially when noisy motor bikes and sports cars drive past making a terrible noise.
Rooms are adequate in size for one, but the twin bedded rooms are a little bigger.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and polite. Lift access is a bit unusual as one needs to catch an ascending separate lift to reach reception on the 16th floor, and then another descending separate lift to reach your room on levels 15 and below. Overall a nice hotel. Thank you.

NNR~Booked 4 nights here, I enjoyed the sunset from my room window. The view on the 20th floor is stunning, and the open sky view on the 21st floor is completely breathtaking!
This hotel is one station away from the Kansai (KIX) Airport, and it is good for your final stop just before a flight home because the RINKU PREMIUM OUTLET is just 15 mins walk frm hotel!
However, if u wish to explore Tokyo,Kyoto, Nara, the travel distance is really far .
This hotel has a spa bath too but my sister and I didn't have time to experience it.
Lawson convenience store is located at hotel lobby an another bigger one is just by the Rinku Town station.
To get to the hotel, alight at Rinku Town station, take exit 5 .
Check-in is strictly only at 15:00 hrs NO exception at all, regardless you're travelling with an elderly OR a pregnant lady. (I saw these guests waited at the lobby together with me and was thinking, why would the hotel make the guests gather and accumulate rather than assign them into any of the rooms available given their priority/ needs )
If one needs to check in earlier than 3pm, an hourly charge of 1220 ¥en is required.
Hotel operates with an auto check-in system via the kiosk at lobby.
I would probably stay again next time if I travel to Japan with my spouse, but would only book 2 nights at most. (Just to conveniently shop at Rinku Premium store/get to the airport) Daily room rate is quite expensive 😅

But something to suggest, we bought breakfast and I was sick that can’t come downstairs to have breakfast so my husband is asking them if he can bring food for me in my room but they said no. It’s a bit disappointing because we bought expensive breakfast but can’t take it even one dish to room even though I was sick and can’t come downstairs.

SShon.PDecently sized hotel right above Shinsaibashi Metro station and walking distance to Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and Dotonbori. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful in assisting in the luggage delivery via their Yamato Agent booth. Highly recommended hotel and would return again.
