A short walk from train station. Room size okay.. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Reception is on the top floor of the building... Good view. The outdoor platform provided a good view of the train station and track. Hotel provide train watching schedule too.

Room was spacious for three with each person a single bed, very comfortable, very classic and elegant furnishing, bathroom and toilet was separated. Staffs were helpful and friendly and they can understand simple English. Good location and very close from the Kanazawa station with lots of eateries and convenience stores around. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of choices and tastes good! Would highly recommend this place and I would also like to go back here again during my next visit.

Hotel was a short 10 minutes walk from the huge station. Check-in and -out was simple, amenities are available for pick up at the ground floor if necessary. Staff was ready to assist with my queries, helping me check online when I received an earthquake alert.

Modern Japanese design, cozy and well equipped. My family and kids like it very much. Walking distance about 15min from Kanazawa station. The morning market was just right opposite of hotel entrance. Room are spacious and warm. Will definitely stay again next time.

Conveniently located across Kanazawa station, the hotel is easily accessible. Glad to see the mountain view from my hotel room. The breakfast spread is fantastic! As my stay was during the colder month of December, consistent hot water at the turn of the tap without any wait is really good! My only complain is that the central aircon system is not pushing out enough air, even at highest speed, making the night feel stuffy.

This will be one of the best hostel that I had stayed in during my trip. I really love that it was quite close to the station and of course mall. The hotel provide early luggage storage and check in too. I was there at 2pm and I can straight away check in too the hotel. There was coin laundry machine (2 of them), vending machine, ice, microwave facilities. My room view was the train track which I love it a lot!

Onsen was really good with lots of space to roam. Hotel provides free ice cream and probiotic drinks for post bath from the natural hot spring. Also, the hotel provides free yakinosoba at night for supper. Overall a very good hotel.

The staff were all very kind and helpful! I was also very happy to be able to borrow the ReFa hair iron and hair dryer for free! I'd definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity to go to Kanazawa!!

The hotel that we stayed in was SUPERB!! Its very ideal for us having kids as the hotel is situated few minutes walk from the station plus the underpass that protects us from cold since we are not used to a very cold/snowy winter plus closed to restaurants and convenient stores. The staff were all friendly, polite and respectful. They’re all lovely and helpful! We had a spacious and tidy room as well making as feel comfortable and gave us a complete relaxation after a whole day activity. We’d love to visit Japan and go to Kanazawa again next year and we’d love to stay at Hotel Mystay Kanazawa. Trasmonte Family from New Zealand

First of all, I must say that the hotel staff are polite and friendly, which makes me willing to stay here again in the future. The price is cheap, but the location is relatively biased. There is a problem with the management of the hotel and the staff should be re-educated. The four employees of Check-in and Check-out are not good in English and need to use online translation. However, because they are still afraid of communicating with foreigners, they can flash and flash, and the hotel facilities are not explained. I booked a ”Superior Twin Room (Lake View)” and ”Standard Triple Room (Lake View)” (I will book a ”Random Room” in the future, and I don't feel that the room is better for spending more money), they may want to help me line up, so I gave me two triple rooms, but I won't say it when I check-in. I only told me two room numbers, and then kept asking which one of us was going to live for two people. (It doesn't matter at all, the hotel didn't move the extra beds, ask me why this?) There is also a remote nearby, you can consider ordering dinner, but the front desk will not explain when you check-in. At first, I asked us whether we wanted to eat Italian or Japanese dinner. It may be written on the hotel's official website, but it is not written clearly on trip.com) This hotel is more biased towards leisure hotels, you can play croquet, billiards, tennis, etc., or you can ride an electric car to the lake for free. If you look at the dinner specifications of the hot spring hotel, the Japanese dinner here is below the level. The cleanliness of the room is OK, but the sink of the bath, almost every one has hair inside, and the cleanliness needs to be strengthened. The management of breakfast is also problematic. When we walked in to have breakfast, the waiter did not ask us the room number, but asked us to ask the front desk. The front desk didn't even ask the room number, so we went in and ate directly. No room number, this management method is only applicable to Japanese people, that is, if you want to eat breakfast, you can go directly in. No one knows if the accommodation includes breakfast. Although it is a lake view room, Chaishan Temple will be covered (the seventh floor of the total floor is allocated on the fourth floor, the difference is as photo), if you look at the mountain view, it is similar.

Hotel facilities are a bit old, the basics are all Japanese, the front desk service is very poor, we arrived at about 2:30, the Japanese who arrived at the same time were led in batches, we also checked in, but did not give the key , said check in the specified time is 3 points, only 3 points to give, and later to the theory before giving 10 minutes earlier. Obviously different treatment! However, it is necessary to specify that the door-to-door driver and the baggage master serve the first-class bar. They smile and face each other, and they greet each other with a big compliment. The front desk should really learn from them! The surrounding towns can be said to be nowhere to go, not recommended. It is better to have a horse hot spring and Yufuyuan!

The hotel is right next to a stream and you can hear the gurgling water in the room. There is a hot spring street within walking distance. There are not many people but it is overall very exquisite and has many interesting shops. The hotel staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. I like it very much. The portions of the meals are large and I feel very full~ You can also hear the sound of running water in the hot spring pool, which is very pleasant and I like it very much. The room is large although a bit older

Our stay in Morino Sumika was wonderful. This hotel is probably one the best Hotel (Ryokan) We’ve ever stayed in Japan. We are so impressed with their service. The staffs are polite and responsive even though language barrier. We stayed in a room with open air bath type with balcony looking at the slope garden and hotel itself. The architecture is stunningly beautiful. Room are spacious and bigger than we had expected. The room layout is great. We are so amazed with the hotel facility and everything in the hotel that we want to spend much more time at the hotel rather than going out. The hotel is about 5 km away from Kagaonsen Station in the area called Yamashiro Onsen. They offer shuttle service which we contact them via email. Yamashiro Onsen is very nice and calm. FYI… Kagaonsen Station is 20 minutes travel from Kanazawa by Hokuriku Shinkansen… very convenience..

The equipment of this room was very attractive as I saw it in the photos on Trip.com. I saw that some rooms had a thin hot spring basin, so I chose this room. I was so happy that I could soak in the hot spring in the room. How did I know that there was no such equipment when I arrived in the room? After I went to the front desk to find out the situation, after dealing with them for a while, they just said that the information on the Trip.com website was wrong. This was a photo of another room and had nothing to do with their hotel. . Therefore, I advise everyone who plans to book a hotel on Trip.com not to trust the photos and information on the Trip.com website!

The hotel has a nice view, you can call the hotel again when you arrive at the station and ask them to pick you up. This is an old-fashioned hotel with almost no foreigners. The waiters are old aunts and uncles, and they are very enthusiastic. But the last shuttle bus that will take you to the station is 10:10 in the morning. After that, you may need to take a bus trip by yourself. There is platform 26a nearby. We haven't taken a seat. It is estimated that we will have to wait a long time. We went for a walk. I have never seen a bus coming over.

Kishotei Inn is located in the Yamanaka Onsen Street. There is a hotel shuttle bus from the south exit parking lot of Kaga Onsen JR Station that can pick you up at scheduled times. It is in place, and the period architecture adds to the Japanese style of the hot spring hotel. It has a clean and hygienic environment, rich breakfast and dinner, considerate hot tea and snacks in the lobby, and a beautiful open-air hot spring and scenery near the stream on the first floor. There is also a hotel next to the hotel. There are Hexianxi Trail and Hot Spring Street Town, both of which are refreshing and relaxing hot spring tours. It is highly recommended and I will definitely go there again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel is located in the center of Kaga Onsen Town, next to Hoshino Kai. The water quality of Yamashiro Onsen is very good. Five minutes every morning and evening will make your skin feel very obvious. The tableware is very exquisite. It may be because it is adjacent to the Rosanjin Residence and Kutani Ware production area. Before the meal, the dedicated elderly butler will put on the kimono and sash for the guests. It is very quiet here. I stayed comfortably for two nights. The only thing is that the food is large. If you don’t eat it, you will waste it. After eating, you will feel too full. By the way, there is free ice cream at the lobby bar on the first floor during the day. There is a half-hour piano performance at 9:00-9:30 at night. The young man who sent us to the station at the end has a pair of big eyes and is very handsome. The hotel also has waiters who can speak Chinese and English. There are more elderly and polite waiters. The belts worn by the elderly are really beautiful and comfortable.

The hotel room smells very strong. When we checked in, we had pre-installed the air purifier and turned on the air conditioner. Not embarrassed to mention a room change. Coupled with being tired and hungry, I hurried to dinner. I thought that the smell would be eliminated soon. When I came back from dinner, I found that the smell was very strong. Even the bath towels were full of smoke, because it was a Japanese-style room and the bed was made for us. Cut off our idea of changing rooms. The service staff is polite and courteous. The corridors of the hotel are completely windowless, not ventilated and light-tight, and relatively stuffy. The room was very clean and it was easy to use as it was close to the station. At night, they had a projection mapping in front of the hotel, and the kids looked like they had fun getting jobs. There is no affiliated parking lot, but there is a parking lot nearby, which was convenient!

I stayed here in December. The lowest temperature was 3 degrees, so it was cold outside, but the hotel was heated and comfortable. There were plenty of amenities, and razors were available at the front desk. The room was nice and clean. It was only a few minutes walk from the station, so it was very convenient for Komatsu Airport. I was very satisfied.

This hotel was incredible! You are welcomed like royalty with a tea ceremony while looking out onto the beautiful garden. The rooms are huge and are simply incredible. There are two public onsens, one for each gender and if you want a private Onsen you can book that too. We are nearby in several really nice izakiyas which were fantastic. The younger staff, as well as the owner and his daughter speak English and one of the receptionists is Chinese. I can not recommend this place highly enough. If you want a really traditional ryokan and a relaxing stay just book this hotel. It is truly amazing!

The hotel is old and the room is clean but not well cleaned especially the corners of the room. The room is old and dull and the toilet smells bad. The balcony is covered with bamboo screen which make hard to see the outside. We can see the balcony is not well cleaned and the rooftop of the building is not well cleaned, too. If they clean the balcony and rooftop it will make a big difference. The fence at the balcony is worn out if they repainted it,it will be very beautiful seeing from the inside. I dont care if the building is old but they should keep it well cleaned and more presentable and im sure people will come again. The food is good and the bathing facilities is also good but its too hot no air at all, i didnt stay long because i cant breath i wish they open the window for fresh air to come. the atmosphere from the window the dried mold of the rooftop and the worn out of the balcony fence should be fix.The place is very quiet and you can really relax.The main entrance and ground floor is renovated and its nice and modern. The service is good too but the clerks are not lively they should be more cheerful. If the room is not dull and the balcony and rooftop is clean i want to stay again but sorry i wont stay here again. Fantastic Hotel, a little outside of the way if you’re traveling from the airport. No connecting trains to make it easy, but the staff are courteous and kind, and their Onsen is great!
