The hotel is located at the east exit of Kanazawa JR Station, with extremely convenient transportation. It is very convenient to go to Kenrokuen Garden, Higashi Chaya Street and other attractions. The Omicho Seafood Market is within walking distance. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Kanazawa in the future.

Yamashiro Onsen, the hot spring fruit is really extraordinary, the whole body is super smooth after soaking in it~ In addition to the hot spring facilities in the room, the hotel also has two large baths, each with an open-air hot spring, which is very comfortable~ Maybe because it is before the Japanese New Year, there are not many people , the employee said that Japan started to have consecutive holidays in a few days, and it was full every day. The hotel has its own corner, and the environment really has a garden style. The air is very fresh after the rain, which makes people relax. The only drawback is that the taste of the food is average and not amazing. However, when I stayed for two days in a row, I was very considerate and provided a completely different breakfast. Dinner~

First of all, I must say that the hotel staff are polite and friendly, which makes me want to stay here again in the future. The price is cheap, but the location is relatively remote. There is something wrong with the management of the hotel and the staff should be re-educated. The four employees at Check-in and Check-out cannot speak English well, so it would be better to use online translation. However, because they were all afraid of communicating with foreigners, they just dodged it without explaining the hotel facilities. I booked a ”Superior Twin Room (Lake View)” and a ”Standard Triple Room (Lake View)” (I will just book a ”random room type” in the future, and I didn't feel that the room was better after spending more money). They Maybe they wanted to line me up together, so they gave me two triple rooms, but they didn't tell me when I checked in. They only told me two room numbers, and then kept asking us which room would accommodate two people. (This is not important at all. The hotel did not move the extra beds. Why do you ask me this?) The neighborhood is also very remote, so we might consider booking dinner, but the front desk didn’t explain it when we checked in. At first, we were asked if we wanted Italian or Japanese dinner. After we chose Italian, they told us that Italian only Can accommodate 2 people, Japanese style meal for 3 people. Later, I asked if we could eat together. Then she called again to confirm that we could have Japanese food together. (I guess it’s because the superior twin room can choose Italian meals, but the standard triple room cannot. It may be written on the hotel’s official website, but it is not clearly written on trip.com) This hotel is more of a leisure hotel. You can play croquet, billiards, tennis, etc., and you can also ride an electric bicycle to the lake for free. Judging from the dinner standards of a hot spring hotel, the Japanese dinner here is below par. The cleanliness of the room is okay, but there are hairs in almost every sink in the bathhouse, and the cleanliness needs to be improved. There is also a problem with the management of breakfast. When we walked in to have breakfast, the waiter didn't ask us for our room number, but asked us to ask the front desk. The front desk didn't even ask for the room number, so we went straight in to eat. There is no asking for the room number. This management method only applies to Japanese people. If you want to have breakfast, you can just walk in. No one knows whether the accommodation includes breakfast. Although it is a lake view room, Chaishan Lagoon will be covered (the total floor is seventh floor, but it is assigned to the fourth floor, the difference is as in the photo), but if you look at the mountain view, it is about the same.

Great location just beside the JR station. Bus terminal is also there, so very convenient to get to anywhere. Room is large by japanese standards, and there was generous provision of complimentary coffee, tea and alcohol (house red and white wine, Asahi beer and 3 types of sake) between 11am - 8pm. That’s a long happy hour and we almost did not feel like heading out😆 Only down side was the breakfast policy - only given to 1 pax unless you are a Hyatt member who booked through their website. Whilst additional breakfast is not expensive (<2,000 yen per pax after tax), it would be a more complete package to include it rather than manage this way. This is considering spread is sufficient but not wide by usual buffet breakfast standards and guests booking via any platform would appreciate the convenience and greater simplicity.

I originally wanted to choose a hotel near Kanazawa Station, but the price increase during the New Year's Day was too great, so I booked this Tokyu Hotel next to Korinbo. It is just opposite Daimaru Department Store, there is a bus stop, there are many buses to Kanazawa Station, and the airport bus is also about 100 meters away. You can walk to the attractions, most of which are within 30 minutes' walk. The hotel is relatively large, the lobby is very grand, and the room is considered large in Japan. I booked a double room with a note for three people to stay, because the bed in this hotel is quite large and can sleep two people. I didn't expect the hotel to take the initiative to add a bed, otherwise there would be a lot of space. I stayed for three consecutive nights, and they came to clean every day, it was very clean, and changed towels and bath towels. What touched me again was that the bedding was changed every day. Generally, hotels do not change it for three consecutive nights, and there is no such demand. The bathroom is also large. Unlike the integrated design of most Japanese hotels, there is a separate washing area separated from the bathing area. Although you have to climb into the bathtub to take a bath, the bath water is large and comfortable. Pajamas and a full set of skin care products are provided. I didn't notice at first that there were already large bottles of makeup removers and cleansers on the table, all from DHC. Later, I saw three separate skin care products in the small basket for toothbrushes and other supplies, also from DHC, with more and more complete varieties. After using this, I will replenish it every day. It's so considerate, and I don't have to bring my own. The price is very cheap except for New Year's Day, and the cost performance is very high. Highly recommended!

The first time I went to Kanazawa, the hotel was great. It was suitable for family and children. There was a separate washing machine in the bathroom. There was also a drying rack in the muji room. The fragrance spray refrigerator and the freezer were also prepared. There was a supermarket next door downstairs. I bought some delicious ice cream in the refrigerator. It was really square. Just next to the hotel front desk is a small bar. At night, I will listen to the vinyl records. I will drink a whisky. Special reminder. We live on the 9th floor (top floor) and have a balcony. You can see the scenery outside at any time. I just watched the fireworks and sunrise that day. A great experience.

After doing a bit of research for this part of my family's trip to Japan over Christmas, Kanazawa was high on our list (now Top 25 places to go this year according to National Geographic!). So glad we stayed there. Look no further than a walk outside of Kanazawa Station (buses and trains easily accessible) and go to Hyatt Centric. Amazing location in terms of accessibility (the city itself is quite walkable or you can do the loop buses from there). The amenities and room were top notch. Staff were amazing everywhere, their take on breakfast was also done well with a mix of local Kanazawan cuisine, Japanese dishes, and Western dishes. Rooftop Bar was also nice. Rooms were also very affordable compared to other cities in Japan for what some might consider a higher quality. Already planning our next family trip and plan to go here again.

The positive reviews are real! We're very glad to have stayed here and would recommend this hotel without hesitation. First off, the buffett breakfast is amazing: it offers local Kanazawan fare to standard Japanese favourites like tempura, sushi and sashimi to ubiquitous American breakfast offerings like sausages, bacon and a wide choice of eggs. Fancy sparkling wine for breakfast? They're available as well! Secondly, great location. 3 mins walk to Omichi market, 10 mins to Kanazawa castle, 10 mins to Higashi Chaya, 20 mins to Nagamachi District. Honestly, Kanazawa is such a walkable town, you are always able to walk from one attraction to the next. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus from mid-morning to late afternoon that runs to Kanazawa station and back. Rooms are well-appointed, large by Japanese standards and there's even a bathtub. Two thumbs up!

The hotel is industrial and youthful, and the details are quite design-oriented. The front desk spoke good English when checking in, so communication was stress-free. Free drinks and beer are provided, and bicycles are available for rent next to the lobby on the first floor. In fact, if the weather is good, Kanazawa is indeed suitable for cycling around the city. The room area is also spacious among Japanese rooms. Two 28-inch suitcases can be spread out, and people will not bump into anything when walking inside. It is about 1.5 kilometers away from Kanazawa Station, Kenrokuen Garden, etc., which is acceptable even if you take a taxi~

DDodoandrobinThe hotel is old and the room is clean but not well cleaned especially the corners of the room. The room is old and dull and the toilet smells bad. The balcony is covered with bamboo screen which make hard to see the outside. We can see the balcony is not well cleaned and the rooftop of the building is not well cleaned, too. If they clean the balcony and rooftop it will make a big difference. The fence at the balcony is worn out if they repainted it,it will be very beautiful seeing from the inside. I dont care if the building is old but they should keep it well cleaned and more presentable and im sure people will come again. The food is good and the bathing facilities is also good but its too hot no air at all, i didnt stay long because i cant breath i wish they open the window for fresh air to come. the atmosphere from the window the dried mold of the rooftop and the worn out of the balcony fence should be fix.The place is very quiet and you can really relax. The main entrance and ground floor is renovated and its nice and modern. The service is good too but the clerks are not lively they should be more cheerful. If the room is not dull and the balcony and rooftop is clean i want to stay again but sorry i wont stay here again. Thank you for your service and Goodluck.

SSHIH CHIEHThe hotel is located above the department store This is a self-driving tour. The parking lot is in the next building and the connecting passage is on the 3F. The reception desk is very welcoming and there is no problem communicating in English. But the room itself is a bit old and the equipment is like that of the previous generation. There is a post office nearby, which is convenient for sending postcards.

GGuest UserThere is a pick-up service at Kaga Station. The service is great. There is a waiter who can speak Chinese. The hotel is very clean. The public hot springs are great. It is recommended to book a room with an open-air private bath. Choose the Murasaki room type. The room is very large and has a balcony. The private bath is also large and equipped with a massage chair. The kaiseki in the evening was delicious and the portions were generous, and the breakfast was also rich.
