Very nice stay for work near the Narita airport. I won’t give a 5 star review to the amenities and service because you will pay everything here, even the gym that usually is for free in every hotel I went in Asian countries. Also no complementary bottles of water in the room which is very uncomfortable.

I have stayed at this hotel every annual trip to Japan for the past 5 years and honestly I now want to gatekeep because I don’t want it to get overfull and hike up prices. I won’t gatekeep and hope that it will stay as it is - super convenient aimed at what travellers need, friendly and helpful and super efficient. Firstly regular shuttles between Narita Airport T1 and T2. T3 is an easy 2 minute walk to T2 via a covered walkway. No need to take a taxi to the hotel as we once did. Secondly, the rooms are functional and have all the necessities. If you need black tea for your room, bring a few teabags for yourself as they only do green teabags and coffee. However there is a convenience store (Lawsons) in the lobby which is 24/7 and always buzzing and fully stocked. Many of the staff speak good English and know exactly what you need to get to and from the airport. There are trolleys you can borrow to bring your luggage to the lobby if you don’t want to wait for their bell staff. There is also a weighing scale in the lobby (IYKYK). One of our favourite hotel breakfasts in Japan. Always busy but good throughput. The gardens are lovely and worth a wander. We’re normally there for winter lights but this time I had the joy of the tail end of Sakura season. Lovely! Finally there is a shuttle to Narita Town for some sightseeing and local shopping as well as Aeon Mall. Make sure you know which shuttles stop at Aeon Mall because this is less regular. We now make Hotel Nikko a must for a few nights before we leave because Narita is charming and it’s a nice transition to the journey home.

Cleanliness: toilet has a pungent smell and we regretted not asking to change room because we checked in late at night and too tired to ask. It did not got better after room service. Location: it was right opposite the train station but there is still free shuttle bus to send you there. Good for wet weather or when you have luggage. Was baited by other reviews that there is shuttle bus to Disneyland but there isn’t. Only free bus to nearest station and Baiharma station. You need to pay the train ticket to take resort line to Disneyland and Disneysea. The park view isn’t ideal because you can’t really see Disneyland. Just the view of neighbouring hotels and a little bit of the parks. I believe ocean view is better. Breakfast was decent, you can get original or chocolate pudding. All staff are friendly and nice. There is ice and cold water dispenser on every floor but no hot water. You can boil on your own in the room. The room is very spacious.

Third time staying here. In my opinion, the best and most beautiful hotel near Disney. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are shuttle buses to bring you to the monorail and to the airport. Love it!

This is one of the good hotel if you are Disneyland lover. Very Convenient to Disneyland. The hotel is nice and clean. Good breakfast, good welcoming and the rest of the services. I highly recommend for those who are only coming to Tokyo for Disneyland.

It was disappointing that drink service wasn't provided in the lounge during the morning hours. We were informed it would be set up as a kids' space, but this service wasn't offered. The lounge sofas remained in the same arrangement as the previous day, and the lights weren't even turned on. I'm not asking for a basic water dispenser like those found in the public bath's rest area. However, if there had at least been a hot and cold beverage dispenser, it would have truly enhanced the 'all-inclusive' experience. I believe a chance to sit in the lounge, enjoy a cup of tea, and unwind for a while, either before or after checkout, would have added to the overall sense of relaxation. That was the only minor point I noticed. Please don't take this as a complaint; it's just an observation. I stayed here for a preliminary visit with the intention of bringing my grandchild, and I was pleased to find the room clean and the meals very enjoyable.

We had a very comfortable and luxurious stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER NARITA. The Hotel Staffs are very accommodating, they have this free shuttle bus from airport to hotel and from hotel to narita station and AEON MALL and it was very worth it! They have a good facilities, good room and very good shower and bath essentials. The have a very good access to both cheaper and classy foods, the family mart inside the Hotel is our favorite spot. The ay have a beautiful indoor swimming pool. They have a very good service whenever we need something during our 5 days stay. I will rate this property a 5 star!

The open-air parking lot is right opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. Breakfast and dinner are buffets, and the food is fresh and abundant. The staff's English level is average, but they are very polite. A ten-minute walk from Kamogawa Sea World, it is an unforgettable attraction. The hotel swimming pool is clean, has lifeguards on duty, and is open to guests free of charge from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

”Peaceful Stay with Easy City Access” Zayn Hotel Bangkok is a hidden gem—nestled in a quiet local area away from tourist crowds, yet just a 12-minute train ride to the city center and with easy access to Suvarnabhumi Airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the Thai food was authentic and flavorful, and the espresso was surprisingly excellent. A great spot for both convenience and calm.

It's a big property having tall buildings and lots of area having different facilities like Swimming pool, Hot Springs, Restaurant and 7 Eleven inside. They have bus service from Narita Airport to hotel, it takes almost 20-30 minutes to reach to the property. When we reached this hotel's bus station outside Airport Terminal 2, we were disappointed as the frequency of the buses were low as compared to other hotels which are close to the Airport. So we had to wait for 2 hours for our bus to come, also at checkout they have either 6 AM bus or 8:30 AM bus which didn't match with our flight departure so we had to wake up very early to catch 6 AM bus and spend lots of extra time to board the flight around 9:30 AM. If your purpose is to stay for the night and catch early flight, then go for other properties nearby Airport which operates in every half an hour frequency. They gave us complimentary passes for the hot springs, which were only for 2 adults, and we had to pay extra 300 YEN for our 10 years kid. It was very confusing inside the hot springs, no clear instructions, and due to language barrier, we kept on roaming inside the hot springs facility without finding the real way inside it. Please research before going inside how hot spring works, as they have different place for males and females, free lockers are available, and once your partner is inside the hot spring you don't have any options to call her, as no mobile or other stuff is allowed inside other than a towel (Full Monty) so you can only wait for your partner outside. Pros: Big property, big rooms, although we still found queen bed small for sleeping. Property has many facilities you can enjoy full day, so better spend 1-2 days inside hotel if you have time. Friendly staff, proper cleanliness. Cons: Less no. of bus frequency from hotel to airport and back to hotel, only reception area staff understands English, you might find difficult in other areas if you are confused about something. At airport after waiting for 2 hours for their bus, when it finally came, they didn't let us go inside their hotel bus as it was for some special hotel group guest, although other bus was there in 5 minutes, but we felt like strangers there without any proper communication which could be handled in a better way.
