Very close to airport and the hotel offer free shuttle van to the airport. A good place to stay and rest well before the flight. We had a dinner in the hotel and the food are quite up to standard. The breakfast is also good. However, there are no toothbrush and toothpaste provided in the room.

For a Novotel hotel, customer care and services were relatively poor. Location is great and walkable to old Town. Reception customer service was very bad in a shabby dark corner of the arrival lobby. No excitement and no welcoming feeling at all. Overall, it is just ok. Room is small but good views perhaps. Amenities are not enough.

Beautiful hotel and location. First night wasn't great because I was in the older section of the hotel but the second night after moving rooms was absolutely a paradise

Advantages: The view is very good. Just a few steps to the Hassan II Mosque. There is not much to eat nearby (refers to international diet). Cons: The room does not provide any water. Thieves noisy at night! ! ! ! ! ! Close to the main road, so it is all the noise of motorcycle racing at night.

Just next to the train station, there is a large shopping mall within a ten-minute walk, with a supermarket inside. There are Starbucks and local cafes around the hotel. The hotel breakfast is on the 11th floor and overlooks the surrounding area. Additional breakfast is 120 dirhams and there is white rice, so I ate boiled rice, but fortunately I brought mustard.

Well-located hotel. We only used it for an overnight stay on a connecting flight to RAM. The staff was very attentive upon our arrival. The room is great. The TV is large and has a good selection of channels. I will definitely stay here again.

Хороший отель без изысков. Номер оказался меньше по размеру, чем казалось на фотографиях, очень компактный. Но мы были там только одну ночь. В целом все хорошо, чисто, хотя ремонт и полотенца не первой свежести. Нам дали номер с видом на море, хотя бронировали с видом на сад. Приятный бассейн, у бассейна дают пляжные полотенца. Очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак шведский стол, также можно пообедать по меню. Расположение отеля отличное, на набережной, пляж рядом, лежаков и зонтов на пляже нет, но в 5 минутах находится магазин Декатлон, где можно купить пляжный зонт и полотенца. До старого города и крепости 30 минут пешком по набережной. Из минусов: в номерах нет балконов и сушилок для белья, это очень неудобно, особенно для пляжного отеля. Все сушат купальники на оконных рамах. Из плюсов: есть своя вместительная парковка.

Very nice staying at this hotel with a very close distance to Masjid Hassan II and the Casablanca souks and medina. Thumbs up to the helpful staff.

There is no kettle, no disposable items, you have to bring your own, but next to the supermarket, everything is there

The location is quite central with walking distance to tram stations. It is located near to the train station- Casa Voyagers as well. We are allowed to store our luggage first as we arrived earlier. The overall services are great and the hotel breakfast is quite ok.
