The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right inside the train station, with the front desk on the 3rd floor of the station itself. This was a lifesaver, especially on a snowy day, as I didn't have to drag my luggage far. Downstairs, there's a bus terminal where you can catch buses to Hakkoda-san and the Aomori Museum of Art. The onsen (hot spring) is also excellent, but try to avoid the evening rush hour. After a relaxing soak, grab an ice cream from the fridge at the front desk and head to the lounge on the same floor for some juice or a beer – it's pure bliss! The service was outstanding, especially from a long-haired Japanese gentleman and a South Asian woman with glasses at the front desk. Both spoke fluent English and were incredibly helpful, practically fulfilling every request. The only minor downside was the daily housekeeping. I had a used contact lens that I'd left on the large bath towel, and the next day, it was still there, untouched. It seems the cleaning wasn't very thorough. All in all, if you're visiting Aomori, you can't go wrong with this hotel – it's a guaranteed great stay!

Room is spacious. Have a sofa and coffee desk. This good for us to pack our luggage.Bed is comfortable for a good night sleep. Room have a good view of the sea. Breakfast japanese style with lot of varieties. Parking at hotel car park. Parking charge paid at reception when check-out.

The location is fantastic, right by the JR station. This was incredibly convenient given the heavy snow in Hirosaki, as I didn't have to drag my luggage far. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. It's also very close to Hirosaki Castle, within walking distance or you can catch a bus right outside. There's even a direct bus to Morioka from the front of the hotel, which I'd consider for my next trip – super convenient without having to take the Shinkansen!

The JR bus from Hachinohe drops you right at the hotel entrance, which is super convenient, especially for independent travelers. In winter, it's best to reserve your spot for 300 JPY (JR Pass East Japan is accepted). The bus makes two 10-minute stops where you can hop off and take photos. The hotel has a charming, vintage feel to it.

Our dinner that day was Suuxi roast, but only the refrigerated Udon, vegetables and seafood packages (only three pills, a refrigerated shrimp and a sail libei), for adult passengers, the portion is slightly insufficient. And the three pills are partial and have no bites. It can be said that they are the most unpalatable balls I have ever eaten in my life. Fortunately, the counter has a free mini cup noodles, which is still a good experience. The room we stayed in was large, but the bathroom was relatively simple. It is recommended that guests use the shower equipment provided by the hot springs when soaking in the hot springs! Instead, breakfast, provide a lot of food materials for passengers to make their own sandwiches, eat healthy and simple ～

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly. The Hakkoda Ropeway was canceled, and we were planning to take a public bus to Sukayu Onsen ourselves. When the staff learned of our plans, they proactively arranged a shuttle bus for us. We also found out about a snow hiking tour at Sukayu Onsen on Xiaohongshu and decided last minute to join it. A special thanks to the front desk attendant, OMA SAN, who helped us communicate with the hiking tour guide, allowing us to successfully join the tour and avoid any regrets on this trip.

I was very satisfied with the hot spring and the rice. You can enjoy several baths and saunas in hot water that feels good on the skin, as it is said to be a beauty hot spring. Although it is popular with many people who take a day trip to the bath, it was not crowded and I was able to enjoy it slowly. For meals, we had breakfast, but you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city of Mutsu City from the top floor. Although it was a half-buffet, there were many kinds, and I was able to enjoy delicious local foods. The rooms are clean, and the hotel itself has been around for a long time, but it was very clean and nice. If I go to Mutsu city again, I would like to stay there.

The location is It's a walk from Hon-Hachinohe station, but I felt it was very good for those who want to drink late in the downtown area or Miroku Yokocho, or for those who are planning to travel by bus. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so we recommend traveling by bus. In addition, the appearance is conspicuous on the main street, so it was safe to return to the hotel when walking at night. It was nice to have a counter by the window for breakfast. For service, I thought that the front desk and the lounge were more positive, such as greetings and eyes, and the impression was good. I think that the guidance for consecutive nights was smooth. I think that the empty platter from the breakfast buffet was well maintained and warm food was prepared. I was very happy with the service of bringing back coffee from the buffet, and I used it every morning. The lunch menu was very delicious. The two days had slightly different menus. I like thick yogurt. In the morning, from before 10:00 check-out, the cleaning staff starts to rush. A knocking sound knocks in your room? It sounds as good as you think. Cleanliness is The rooms, lobby, cafe, and public bath are all so beautiful that you will want to stay longer. The plumbing in the room seemed to be old, but I didn't mind it because it was with a large communal bath. (stayed in May) The lobby is large and has a variety of seats, so even if the room is cramped, it's nice to be able to work and read and write slowly. The room was a semi-double single room, but I was surprised by the larger TV than I had imagined. There was also laundry spray.
