The hotel is near the train station and walks for 7-8 minutes. The road in Turin is very square, so it is easy to follow the navigation to find the hotel. The reception staff at the hotel has a good service attitude and can also store luggage. There are many bus stops in front of the hotel, which is very convenient to go to the attractions. The furniture in the room is slightly old. There are two separate bathrooms in the room. One of them is a separate bathroom and a sink. It is very convenient for two people to live. Breakfast is European style, the variety is not particularly large but can be full. The room is hygienic and clean.
The hotel was very clean and very clean and the room was very bad, we had a bad back and a bad wake this morning. The room was very comfortable and comfortable and the room was very comfortable and comfortable. Parking in additional rooms a little away from the hotel From €7 additional.
Wonderful hotel. Interesting concept. Breakfast is standard, but the Staff are the hotel's golden fleece!
I encountered a problem with a rented car. The reception staff got involved right away and helped.
This is more than a service!
Breakfast is simple,... just milk, van, yogurt, coffee, not too rich, the room is small but very clean, the location is also very good, next to the cinema, cost-effective
The castle hotel should be a hotel in the lesser Gavi area, the castle is right in front of the hotel, in front of the hotel is the square, opposite a school. The front desk of the hotel is located at the corner of the stairs. The reception is a middle-aged gentleman. He carefully introduced the use of the hotel key and parking situation (the white line parking space in the square can be parked for free, and the blue line parking space needs to be paid). The overall feeling is good, the only thing is that the room is not soundproof.
Staff is so nice & friendly. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short due to unforeseen circumstances. But the manager was gracious enough to refund our money. The hotel amenities are good with free breakfast.
Very good location, right opposite Turino train station. Walking distance to many attractions and surrounded by restaurants. Fuss less check in, have all the basis amenities in the room, except for wine glasses, and they do not provide bottled water and toothbrush that most hotels do. Supermarket is also right beside the hotel, can get all the basic necessities there.
The hotel should be old, the access control, heater, and bath heater are very old-fashioned, but the maintenance is very good, the room is very clean ~
There are many varieties of breakfast, the supplement is very fast, the restaurant is also very large, very cost-effective
Surprisingly, opening the curtains in the morning is the scene of Figure 1 (Room 319), in short, great value for money accommodation!

PPaul-YULPerfect base of operation for your stay in Piemonte or beyond. A lovely oasis at a mountain top castle overlooking Langhe vineyards. Relax after day trips or simply chill all day by the pool and have lunch and dinner at their divine ristorante. A full breakfast buffet is included on their lovely garden terrace where they also serve afternoon charcuterie and cheese plates. The rooms were recently renovated with all the modern amenities except Nespresso machines and duvets but the lobby bar where they make excellent Cappucinos is always nearby. There they can sell you Fontanafredda wines (the same owners) at convenience store prices. I have nothing but great things to say but do have five suggestions:
1. Leave the AC on even if just a little bit between guests because it was 40C when we arrived (55C in the room) and it took almost 24H for the room to reach 22C. 2. Have duvet covers available in the room if not on the bed because my wife like many people likes to have some weight in her covers. 3. Lower you laundry prices and have a price list in the room to avoid surprises at checkout. 4. Don’t charge for EV charging, it’s free at most hotels around the world. 5. Consider Nespresso machines in the room with coffee mate creamers to reduce demand in the morning in the kitchen and keep guests well cafeeinated. Grazie Mille, we’ll be back for sure!
TT/RWhile the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating.
The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags.
The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight.
Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay.
Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.
MMadamearnoI requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.
GGuest UserHotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.
RRM84Overall a good hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would like to comment about the lady owner.
The room air conditioning could only be controlled via the front desk, and when I requested an adjustment, before the staff adjusted the airconsition, she made a remark about me coming from a country with 50°C weather and that I should be able to adapt. I found this comment inappropriate and uncalled for.
Additionally, during breakfast, we overheard her raising her voice at the kitchen staff, which was loud enough to be heard clearly from the restaurant. While the hotel itself has potential, I hope she reconsiders her approach: both with guests and her team.
跳跳舞的大笨象Really good. Big and clean. Everything equipment is new. There’s a big balcony outside the room. You can have a sun bath. The receptionists are very professional and helpful.
MmattiaDuring my recent stay in Torino, I was pleased to spend a weekend at the Belezia Palace Luxury & Spa, an experience that has been far beyond expectations. Situated in the heart of the city, this hotel encarnates a perfect balance between historical elegance and modern comfort, offering a refined and relaxing stay.
One of the hotel's strengths is the wellness area, a real jewel in a suggestive architectural context. The warm indoor pool, with soft lights and marble details, is perfect for relaxing after a day to explore the city. Water is kept at an ideal temperature, and hydromassage seats help dissolve any muscle tension.
The Turkish bathroom is spacious, clean and equipped with a aromaterapy system that makes the experience even more sensory. Heat and covering vapours, combined with natural essences, promote deep purification of the skin and a general sense of regeneration. Even those who are not used to this type of treatment will be pleasantly surprised and reinforced.
The Finnish sauna completes wellness experience in an excellent way. After a few minutes inside it, you feel a feeling of light and wellness hardly describeable. There is also a relaxing area with tisane and fresh fruit, perfect to finish the path.
The staff is always careful and discreet, ready to meet every need with professionalism. In short, the Palace of Belezia is not just a hotel, but a real luxury and quiet home. I strongly advise those who seek exclusive and regenerative experience in the heart of Torino.
GGuest UserVilla crespi is absolutely beautiful! And the staff are wonderful. And the location is a nice walk to town. However I have no idea how they received a gold key last year! The rooms were so hot I could not sleep (march) and I asked them to turn off the heat! But that did not work. I also asked them not to continue spraying perfume all over my room because I was allergic… however housekeeping continued to do so until I locked them out. In addition the mattress was limp and old- very uncomfortable. The shower is vintage and needs to be upgraded- nice to loook at but impossible to shower in if you stand over 5’2”!
GGuest UserWell what can I say. It's supposed to be the 4 star hotel. the location is great. The staff working there work very hard and are polite. Breakfast is really good. However the facilities Inside our room are terrible. We had to call the facility twice!!! The plugs in the room only working 1 !!! I think they need to get rewiring. Very dated facility inside the room. They eventually brought us an extension cable. The bed mattress was also terrible. Other than that I liked this hotel but I don't give them 4 stats.
