Hotels With bar in West Bengal, India

Having stayed in so many hotels, this one truly impressed me! The moment I stepped in, I could feel its unique charm. The lobby is exquisitely decorated and grand, with soft, warm lighting that creates a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Upon entering the room, my first impression was how clean and tidy it was. The bed linen and duvet covers were spotless without a single wrinkle, and there was no unpleasant odor in the bathroom. The toiletries were neatly arranged. The room layout was very well-designed, making excellent use of the space, which made me feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel's service was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, the staff maintained a warm and enthusiastic attitude, always wearing genuine smiles. Once, I accidentally left something in my room, and the staff immediately contacted me after finding it and safely kept my item. They also proactively asked about my needs and offered thoughtful suggestions, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location is also excellent, with convenient transportation nearby and a full range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It's perfect whether for a leisure trip or a business visit.

We checked -in the hotel on Saturday night .. there are 2 club that’s very noisy inside the Hotel premises … the music was very (extra) loud  (no soundproof walls )although  our room was on 4th floor still it was not helpful in anyway the music ended at 4.00 am (both on Saturday /Sunday) it was very bad experience staying at the property .

Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat offers a convenient location and clean, compact rooms with friendly service. However, the Wi-Fi connectivity in the rooms is poor and inconsistent, which can be frustrating, especially for business travelers. While the hotel is suitable for a short stay, the unreliable internet is a significant downside for those needing a stable connection.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and modern. The location is very central, close enough to the airport and also to city center. The only issue I have is they would not allow the AC to go below 21° and at night it would get hot in the room, I asked the front desk and they told me it was general standards. Other then that the stay was a total pleasure and the breakfast menu was good.

I had a great stay at TAJ. Everything was very good—from the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendly staff. The environment was peaceful and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would love to stay here again

A flawless experience. Incredibly luxurious stay at a great price for a business traveler. Excellent English skills by everyone. Room serve was prompt, even though I didn't order until almost midnight. Nawab, the *** helping with cars, was a truly phenomenal help. He called my ride and made sure my trip went smoothly, and got me and the car loaded up and on my way.

At this place it’s very good 4 star hotel.. location is excellent in new Digha. Staff is good and for children there is play park and some birds and small animals to see like zoo. Overall it’s good experience.

Journey time to hotel from airport about 20 min drive. Hotel to cricket stadium journey time will be 15 to 20 min drive. It’s easy to get uber and ola service. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Thank you

The rate quoted on Trip.com was approximately 40% higher than the price offered directly by the hotel for the same room category and stay dates. This difference is significant, and frankly unexpected, especially considering that I am a Diamond member with your platform. As a valued member, I expect Trip.com to provide competitive or preferential rates, not higher than what the property itself offers. I request a review of this pricing inconsistency and an explanation of how such a large variation occurred. We stayed one night in Vivanta Kolkata (30th night). It was a nice and wonderful experience. Room was very comfortable, food in the restaurant was excellent. As a South Indian, I was surprised to get very good tasting curd rice in the restaurant. Kudos to the chef and the restaurant. Front desk staff were very pleasant and they gave good guidance to my wife on where to make sari purchases. All in all, a lovely experience that i definitely would love to repeat!
