Vivanta lived upto their reputation of Being a Member of TAJ family Stay and Amenities were all at par with Excellent Standard Mr Verdy at Front Desk was exceptionally Well in his duties , taking extra care of his Guests. Diwakar in F&B was a Great Host and the spread was Very vast to enjoy the delicacies .

The hotel should be a famous hotel in the local area! However, it is incomparable with the domestic 4 star hotel. The first hotel is relatively old, and the second hotel's supplies are relatively inferior. Only the staff are still pretty good, attitude is good, only live for one day, so in addition to feeling expensive, feeling worthwhile, the mood is not too bad! One night of transition, nothing to worry about!

A perfect place to stay with friends/family/couples. The property has 3 wings- heritage, forest and valley wing. We stayed in the valley wing. The rooms were small but cozy with a touch of royalty. The view of the city is amazing, especially at night, when city is all lit up. Some rooms have a balcony with is spacious and beautiful. The entire property is well maintained. It definitely provides you a feel of the historic past it beholds. They have designated breakfast and dinner areas in the different wings making sure that guests don't miss out on the heritage and royalty. Orchids and pine trees enhance its beauty. The significance of the horse shoe shaped entrance, the historic importance of different blocks, old photographs take you down the memory lane. The hospitality and food are good. Staff is very courteous. Ambience is great.It lives upto its name.

As per rate the hotel should be deluxe. But it looks like a normal village hotel. Cleaning is very very poor. So many insects and rats are moving inside the room.

The hotel is overall a good place to stay for a day or two, Thought they claim that Wifi is available but it is not accesible from room. Only in lobby you can access net. The complemenatry breakfast they provide is good one, it has lots of choices & ***** with good hospitality of serving staffs. One more Important think is the behavior of MK, the manager. He is a real gentelman & is always standing to hep the guests.
