Amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza. This hotel can never go wrong, it was very comfortable and breakfast buffet here is amazing as always.

I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the views from the room were breathtaking. The location was perfect – close to all the local attractions but quiet enough to feel like a retreat. The hotel restaurant was a highlight, serving delicious meals with a diverse menu and high-quality ingredients. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. Overall, it exceeded my expectations in every way, making my stay truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

All very good, clean and spacious rooms, some adjustments and touch-ups needed on the wooden doors, but the stay was very pleasant and the standard is good compared to other hotels in India. The buffet was plentiful and the staff very helpful for every need

I stayed at this hotel for two separate nights because I did the golden triangle tour in India. The first night I felt more appreciated as a guest and was able to rest well after Travel. The second day was on Republic Day and I just feel the employees working were a little bit jaded. The exception is the bell desk which held my bags for five days during my golden triangle tour. Much appreciated. The first night I stayed through another app on WeChat and was very impressed with the decor and arrangement of the hotel. I was able to witness an Indian wedding with some music outside. The ATM is located in the financial building next to the hotel. For Republic Day, the city surrounding the hotel still had lots happening and worthy of photos. The restaurant service in the Indian restaurant was a little disorganized and took a long time. The salmon was delicious, kudos to chef. The view was not as good as the first night, but I still enjoyed the room itself as the sunrise was better for photo. The room service is exceptional.  I’m not sure if it was because it was dry day and holiday or not, but I feel there wasn’t as much enthusiasm from the employees as the first night.  By room phone, an employee told me to go to the Wine store because they were open and selling on holiday, and a random taxi took me to a scarf shop instead from their lobby taxi line. That was the only disappointment because I still had to pay the taxi to take me back to the hotel after being told that the employee who told me to go to the wine store was incorrect. This was concierge. Otherwise, I feel this hotel is the most affordable, considering the area of the government and embassy. I was told this is a five star hotel and feel that the area is generally safe and clean compared to other parts of the city or beyond the Delhi toll gate. Even though the air quality was pretty high, I was able to get some good photos on the second visit from the room view.  There is a really nice Japanese restaurant in there, and breakfast was good. I slept well regardless. Beautiful hotel with art displays on one of the floors.

We stayed at Welcomehotel by ITC in Delhi for a single night, and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-suited for business travelers, offering a comfortable and professional atmosphere. The buffet dinner and breakfast were impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. The quality of food was excellent, making the dining experience enjoyable. A special mention to the reception staff, who were exceptionally pleasant and friendly. Their warm hospitality made check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great choice for a short stay, especially for business travelers. Would definitely recommend it!

This hotel is ideally located for a quick stopover cot connecting flights from nearby International delhi airport. We arrived early and as we were staying only for a few hrs we were allowed to check in earlier. Good points: clean room with all amenities Inc complimentary water, toiletries,kettle and tea and coffee and fully stocked fridge. V nice swimming pool where I relaxed pre flight. Room service staff and concierge were v polite and good. Not so good ponts- v expensive tea in their cafe. Felt conned at Rs 536 for a small cup - 3 mouthfuls and it was gone! Service was dire as had to go to the counter to ask for milk and napkins to go with our greasy patties. It took 30 mins for the tea to turn up. Tables were dirty. Given the experience we chose not to eat in the hotel but popped over to Worldmart next door which has an excellent variety of restaurants and bars. No drinks and food is served in the pool area so if you are after snacks and a drink by the pool you will be disappointed.

Clean, comfortable and well located in Aerocity. Of course it’s not as fancy as the more expensive options in aerocity, but the service was friendly, room was clean and acceptable, and breakfast was delicious with lots of good (and some healthy) options.
