GGuest UserThis hotel is very old. My room seems like it hasn't been renovated, though I noticed some other rooms that looked updated. The shower facilities were absolutely terrible and completely unworthy of a 5-star rating; besides the water pressure, there was nowhere to hang the showerhead. The in-room amenities were also very outdated, and the curtains let in light in the morning. I stayed for six nights, and the breakfast basically repeated every two days. By the time I had an early flight, I didn't even want them to prepare a breakfast box anymore. Other services and facilities were okay. It's a very cheap 5-star hotel, but next time I'll definitely choose a newer international chain hotel.

GGuest UserExcellent stay overall. The hotel offers a beautiful environment, attentive service, and a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, making the experience comfortable and relaxing. A wonderful example of warm Indian hospitality. Highly recommended. 😊

RRina LamsalHere’s a more natural version of your review:
The stay at The Roseate was an experience from the moment I arrived. The welcome begins with a traditional blessing ceremony, followed by fresh juice, sweets, and water. Everyone makes you feel genuinely looked after.
The spa was very good, but the highlight of my stay was definitely breakfast. It is, without question, the best hotel breakfast I have experienced. The variety of choices is outstanding, the service is exceptional, and even the use of technology—a serving robot—adds a fun touch without taking away from the hospitality.
There is one area that could be improved: cleaning . I found a hair in the bathtub, and the divan behind the cushions was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned properly.
Next time, I will check the room when I arrive and ask for anything that needs attention to be cleaned.
Despite that, I would happily stay at The Roseate again.

GGuest UserI'm sure this hotel was beautiful back in its heyday, but clearly has not been renovated in decades. I would NOT stay here again.
Top complaint: WiFi did not work the 3 days/nights that I stayed at the hotel and the staff was completely unhelpful in resolving this issue. This is *unacceptable* for business travelers and was a huge inconvenience.
Medium complaint: The gym is far too small for a hotel with hundreds of guests. There was also only one yoga mat which had to be shared amongst many sweaty exercisers.
Minor complaints: The rooms smell strange, the room decor is quite old-fashioned, and the bars of soap are very poor quality (and fluorescent green).
Positives: The outdoor garden is lovely and the freshly made masala dosas at breakfast were tasty.

DDpreddyHey guys I recently visited Holiday Inn in New Delhi and stayed there for two days. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I really enjoyed my stay. The weather and overall ambiance made the experience even better. I would definitely prefer to stay at this hotel again whenever I visit Delhi in the future.

DdakenimThis is the best hotel in New Delhi, a 5-star property with excellent location, cleanliness, and room conditions. The deposit is 10,000 rupees, so make sure to bring your card.

RRajeev K AgarwalThis hotel was truly a gem. While researching for hotels within the Mahipalpur area, there was so many options but reviews were subjective across different platforms. Took a risk with this and it was really good. Rooms were clean, room service was decent, everything was good. The breakfast buffet only was pretty mid with very few options, but nonetheless, everything with this hotel is good and as a foreigner, this had good cleanliness.

PPraki7WelcomHotel Dwarka continues to be my preferred transit hotel whenever I travel through Delhi. The comfortable rooms, cozy beds, convenient location and consistently warm hospitality make every stay effortless and enjoyable.
As a returning guest, I was pleased to see the launch of Del-One and wish the team every success with this exciting new concept. While I do find myself missing the extensive breakfast spread and familiar atmosphere of Pavilion, I look forward to seeing Del-One evolve and establish its own identity.
A special thank you to the team for always making me feel welcome and at home. It's the thoughtful service and genuine hospitality that keep me coming back year after year.

けけんちゃん(青団団長)The hotel is certainly clean, and the staff are polite. However, at this price, I was surprised there wasn't even a private bathroom. The fact that Wi-Fi required free member registration was also inconvenient. The buffet was luxurious with a wide variety of dishes, but the variations were all Indian cuisine. There were breads, but no rice, just curries and naan. Since there were croissants and bacon, Western food wasn't an issue. Also, the laundry service is absolutely not recommended. They didn't tell me the price beforehand, and I was charged 4000 yen when it was done. The phone service was also poor. It's a good hotel, but for this price, I feel there should be more services. As it was my first time in India, I don't know the standard, but perhaps this is normal for India?

WWakako SUDAMy flight was in the morning, so I stayed at a hotel near the airport. They were very flexible during my stay. My flight was delayed, and I requested an extended stay, an additional breakfast, and laundry service, all of which they accommodated. Although the extended stay was unexpected, there are souvenir shops and restaurants within walking distance, so I got to experience a different side of India.
