This hotel is ideally located for a quick stopover cot connecting flights from nearby International delhi airport. We arrived early and as we were staying only for a few hrs we were allowed to check in earlier. Good points: clean room with all amenities Inc complimentary water, toiletries,kettle and tea and coffee and fully stocked fridge. V nice swimming pool where I relaxed pre flight. Room service staff and concierge were v polite and good. Not so good ponts- v expensive tea in their cafe. Felt conned at Rs 536 for a small cup - 3 mouthfuls and it was gone! Service was dire as had to go to the counter to ask for milk and napkins to go with our greasy patties. It took 30 mins for the tea to turn up. Tables were dirty. Given the experience we chose not to eat in the hotel but popped over to Worldmart next door which has an excellent variety of restaurants and bars. No drinks and food is served in the pool area so if you are after snacks and a drink by the pool you will be disappointed.

Located right by the airport. Perfect for coming and going to the airport. Not a good spot if you want to see Delhi. Very clean and comfortable.

Convenient location near Indira Gandhi International Airport This hotel is a great option if you need to stay near the airport. The location is very convenient—just a short ride from the terminals—and it’s close to Aerocity, a modern commercial complex with a wide variety of dining options. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a more upscale meal, you’ll find plenty of choices nearby. Breakfast at the hotel was satisfying, offering a range of Indian dishes that gave us a flavorful start to the day. Overall, a comfortable and practical stay for travelers.

Excellent hotel at Janakpuri, next to Metro Station, easy connectivity to everywhere in Delhi via Metro , also a shopping mall nearby (Unity One Shopping Mall) , Room was excellent, clean and good size room as expected from Hyatt , staff was very kind and helpful, buffet breakfast has good spread and lots of options with live cooking counters , everything excellent, highly recommended

Conveniently located in the mall and close to Max Saket Hospital. The breakfast chef is a very warm and welcoming person who checks on every guest if they are alright and need anything else, great ***!

Seriously, the moment I walked in, I thought I’d accidentally stumbled onto a Miss India pageant rehearsal. I was half-expecting a judge to pop up and ask me to rate their smiles! Amazing hotel with great facilities. The room was luxurious, with elegant decor and top-notch amenities. Pros - Great location, Staff is friendly. Cons - interiors of the rooms are old and aged, and showing it's age. Lack soundproofing so I can hear loud noises from outside my door. Breakfast is decent but options. Shower area is inside a bathtub and no anti-slip mat is provided. It's incredibly risky. Did not expect a 5 star luxury hotel to be using cheap single ply toilet papers.

Great hotel as an airport support, easily accessible via uber and in a strategic location. Comfortable, spacious, comfortable, bathroom with everything necessary. nice and available staff. I would surely return to it.
