The property has maintained what one expects from TAJ hospitality. From check-in through check-out was an excellent experience. Service received from every staff member was very courteous, professional and personal. Food at the restaurants was very good, while the attention provided was exceptional. My colleague from Singapore, who also accompanied me in this visit share the same opinion and was very impressed as well.

So far good location. BUT not much choice on food hope can improve the food menu

The hotel is very near to elante mall and They have given me the elante mall facing room also they help me for morning buffet breakfast as I am allergic to many things . The chef prepared special food for me which is very delicious… If I get another chance I will definitely stay there

Easily approachable location. smiling staff at the front desk. check in facility smooth. good clean room, white linen, clean bathrooms. quick room service. very well organized restaurant. breakfast full 😋 10 /10 marks. we were to check out late but the staff was very cooperative. one suggestion: guests may be offered a welcome drink. the stay was very comfortable 😌 👌

One of the new hotels in town. I spent a very relaxing one night there. Rooms are new and very nice. I enjoyed eating in the fusion restaurant in the evening. Very tasty food.

The service at JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh was exceptional. This is the second time I am staying here. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh whenever I am in Chandigarh. Lot of disturbance because of carpentry work carried out at adjacent room around 10pm.

It was nice experience of this hotel it’s neat and clean and good and quick service, we will visit again but one thing is not good that is internet connection not running smoothly
