This hotel was supposed to be a 4 star in would rate it 2 at best. All the carpets are threadbare very unclean the hotel is very outdated upon booking a asked both rooms to be near lift one not to bad the other was nearly at the other end only do rooms service every 3 days pretty bad for a 4 star will never stay again
The location is the best.
It is in front of Castle Town Square. 20 meters from the bus stop.
A nice pub is on the first floor and is crowded with locals and travelers. The atmosphere is great.
The room is also renovated and the shower room is new and clean.
It is a nice B&B that is far from the venue of the Isle of Man race but calm in a quiet environment. Recommended
It is worth mentioning that the beef burger in this hotel restaurant is exceptionally delicious. The location of the hotel is not bad, there are many places to go to the pier to transfer. There is also the front desk is very warm.
Stayed in a room overlooking the atrium gardens. This is a unique and beautiful space with a fish pond which my son was mesmerised by. These rooms also have an internal balcony overlooking the atrium which is a lovely feature. The bathroom was shiny new and immaculate. Some parts of the hotel are dated and a bit tired. It’s nice to have a swimming pool but it is very small so if there’s more than about 7 people in it they can’t let you in. Good choice at breakfast buffet of different fruits, pasties and usual cereals and hot items. Service at the desk and breakfast is friendly and welcoming. Guys at the bar didn’t smile, maybe just trying to be cool.

The Arrandale House provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Arrandale House is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Douglas. The hotel is conveniently located a short 14km drive from Isle Of Man Airport. Guests will find Manx Museum, Gaiety Theatre and Isle of Man Bus and Rail just a short distance from the hotel. Lovely hotel. The service was exceptional, I can't praise the staff enough. The room was cosy and had nice views to the seafront. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice (no veggie option but it was still possible to order only the non-meat options like eggs and mushrooms). I would definitely recommend this hotel
The room is very quiet (maybe because of the off-season), the hotel's dining is particularly rich, and the view from the window is the bay. There is a Man Museum nearby to walk. The bus on the island needs to be checked by yourself. Overall, it is quite good. Stay next time!
