Room cleanliness really needs improvement. The carpets are noticeably dirty, which is quite unpleasant, and the daily cleaning service seems superficial rather than thorough. At the restaurant, breakfast ends strictly at 10:00 a.m., and they remove absolutely everything at that time—so make sure to go down at least 15 minutes earlier to avoid missing it. Parking at the hotel comes with an extra charge, but there is a nearby lot right next to the property where you can leave your car for free, which is a good alternative.

When we checked in; 1 agent checked us in while the other 2 just stared at us like we were aliens. One of them had a smirk on their face throughout my check-in, I wanted to ask what she thought was so funny with us checking into the hotel but I didn’t want to spoil the evening. They all started laughing when we left the checkin desk. Know that we are non-European. Very unwelcoming and unprofessional. I suggest cultural diversity training. The beds were disgusting! Small strips of hair all over the fitted sheet. The Most Disgusting was the pee stain on the sheets! The bed smelled like piss too. It was supposed to be non-smoking but someone had been smoking in the room or the insulation/vent systems need more work. I didn’t want to deal with the unprofessional front desk staff so I suffered through the uncleanliness and just put 2 towels on top of the duvet just to feel at ease sleeping, even though we were only there for one night…Thank God I didn’t book for longer. The only positive was breakfast; it was adequate for 1 night stay. Definitely won’t be spending another dime here.

For a short trip, this is the ideal hotel in a quiet location. We received a very courteous welcome. Parking is subject to a fee. Not in a central location for a trip to Krefeld. It's easy to get to the highway. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

The front desk is friendly, the room is clean and quiet, there is an electric kettle, the breakfast is typical German, there are not many choices, there is a machine that automatically makes pancakes.

close to train station. however I did have a bit of difficulty finding a path to the hotel from the station. Google maps was showing me different directions - the problem is that the station is parallel to the dom and to get to the road level, you have to do down and not up the stairs to the dom. I did not use the facilities or the food. I did appreciate that they had water in the room and fruits at the reception area. They also had left luggage at no charge.

The room in the hotel is new and clean. You also have good view of the river. If you drive with car, you can park it in front of the hotel with no fee.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Köln and had a wonderful experience. The hotel boasts a perfect location, just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The on-site dining options were convenient and offered a variety of tasty dishes. Overall, Courtyard Köln is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the city, combining comfort, quality service, and a prime location. Highly recommended!

Friendly welcome. Received an upgrade at the hotel with an excellent view of the Rhine. In the evening, we visited the rooftop bar with a fantastic view, a nice atmosphere, friendly service and delicious cocktails. Highly recommended. Large room with an extra armchair and stool. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast is top notch. Everything your heart desires with a large vegan selection and milk alternatives, omelettes made to order. There were even scones. Service staff very attentive and unobtrusive. We definitely won't be there for the last time.

Close to the high speed, it is not convenient to eat in the surrounding restaurants. But there are two supermarkets on the side. Breakfast is average. No air conditioning, sleep at night to open the window. Hotel outdoor parking is free, and parking is available for a fee.

The reception was super. It was all smoothly smooth. Our double room was clean. We felt well. Breakfast was good.
