I recommend coming here. The room is clean and the space is comfortable. There are restaurants and Migro nearby. It is next to the station. There is a lot of space on the first floor. You can take out and eat. The service staff are very friendly.
At first, I didn't expect anything from this hotel because I booked it just to rest before traveling to another city.
But when I stayed there, I was very impressed.
- The price is not expensive (I booked several months in advance).
- The location is very good, right next to the St. Gallen train station, which has a supermarket where you can buy food conveniently.
- The breakfast is quite varied, looks delicious and tasty.
- The staff is friendly and cheerful.
- The room is spacious and has complete facilities.
(If compared to other hotels in the same price range, this hotel has everything, whether it's soap, shampoo or conditioner, including body lotion, while other hotels only have soap and shampoo 2-in-1.)
In conclusion, I was impressed. If anyone is looking for this hotel as an option, I recommend booking it without hesitation.
In St. Gallen, the hotel is very well located, just a few minutes away from the main station.
From my perspective, the service was good. The hotel incorporates some modern technology, including a service bot that delivers drinks directly to your room upon request.
There is a Japanese restaurant within the hotel. While I find it slightly overpriced, this is, of course, a matter of perspective.
For example, if you buy a drink and do not finish it, there is no way to keep it cool, which leads to unnecessary waste. Having a fridge would also allow guests to grab a cold drink whenever they need one.
I also noticed that the room was somewhat noisy due to the construction work around the hotel.
Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for a short business trip to St. Gallen.
The room is quite big, new and clean, the environment is sanitary, and parking is free. Although it is on the highway side, the soundproofing effect is very good, it is quite satisfactory for the transition overnight.
This hotel is pretty good. There is a female clerk with an Asian face who hates the bad reviews. She looks impatient and dreadful. The other white people are very polite and friendly. The overall service level in Switzerland is still very good
The room was huge. The furnishings are tasteful and attractive. However, there is a lack of storage space. The champagne we ordered in advance was in a broken bucket. The bathroom is so small that you can barely turn around. Not for people with claustrophobia. Parking is very limited. You have to wait forever for the elevator. The reception was very friendly and the staff were very accommodating when you spoke to them. The breakfast buffet was varied. However, the food and dishes were on/in wall shelves, which is very impractical as it is difficult to pass each other. The reception/bar/lounge/breakfast room is a large hall and as a result it was very loud and uncomfortable at breakfast. Overall, it was OK for one night. On my next stay in Rappi, I would first look for alternative accommodation, which I also feel would be better value for money.
The room is small, the facilities are average, the pillows are only one 𠆤, and the price is not very high. The advantage is that the breakfast room is very beautiful, one step away from the St. Gallen Station.

VVictoriaHotel location is perfect and nearby have everything we need. Also it was good to go Heididorf and Zurich. The staff were all nice and helpful. Recommend it!
MmingtakOverall facilities very good. Staff also polite. But experience with catering is below expectation.
I had dinner in the hotel on the first night, and choices were limited and expensive. I had a fish but found out half cooked during serving. They just took the remaining portion into the kitchen and re-cook it instead of replacing a new one.
Breakfast on last day was also annoying. Our orders of egg was delayed/forgotten ! After chasing, my wife's hard boil egg order became soft egg. And my fried egg order never came and I just gave up.
I guess visitors of the property typically has a car and I strongly recommend people to have meals outside.

WwaterlooThe style of the hotel is modern, the appearance is unremarkable, the hotel is very clean, the bathroom is very good, the decoration of the room is very general, even a bit ugly, especially the curtains. But the important thing is to have air-conditioning. For those traveling to Switzerland at the end of June, air-conditioning is so important. Most hotels in Switzerland do not have air-conditioning. (35 degrees lasts until nine o'clock in the evening, indoors are usually hotter than outdoors.) The breakfast is quite satisfactory and acceptable. But there is no sense of being served by the waiter at all.
GGuest UserThe overall feeling is very good, the young lady at the front desk is more polite and polite, the waiters in the restaurant next to it are also of high quality, and the customers are still very polite. I catch the plane that morning and let the waiter arrange the packaging. They are very cooperative. If you want to go to Heerbrugg for business trips or business people, you can choose there first. The hotel does not have slippers and will provide them if you need to ask.
