Recent hotel is not very well suited 10 minutes walk from Renens Station. Late open reception and friendly and serviceable staff. Spacious and quiet rooms. Many refrigerator and boiler. Air quality to improve (odours)
Very well located hotel with a staff that is always charming and helpful.
Everything is spotless in the room.
I appreciate being able to arrive even at a late hour.
I go back there regularly.
This was my second stay at the Everness Hotel, and it was simply fabulous.
Whether it’s the reception, the restaurant or the spa. I spent 3 exceptional days.
Another big thank you to Javier who accompanied me to the airport.
Very kind and very pleasant.
I'll be back
This price is very good by the lake
Public bathroom, very clean, free coffee and tea, restaurant downstairs, a bit noisy at night, note that there may be no breakfast
The hotel location is good, close to the Lausanne main station, but have to aware that you need to walk a slope to reach the hotel. The room is spacious with a balcony. Modern design of bathroom.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the station, which also has a Coop supermarket. However, the uphill walk to the hotel can be a bit challenging. The Cathedral is less than a 10-minute walk away, and from a nearby subway station, you can easily reach the southern port. The Olympic Museum is also just a stone's throw away. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and greeted us with a smile. We really appreciate her service.
The hotel is not far from the lake, and the overall environment is good. It is equipped with a coffee machine and bottled water. The breakfast is also OK. There are various restaurants and convenience stores within a few steps around, which is very convenient. The hotel also offers free bus tickets for sightseeing.
Located right by the lake with restaurants on site. Possible to walk from the train station. Breakfast buffet was good with some hot options and continental breakfast. However, the room doesn’t a kettle or a minibar but not really a big deal since you’ll receive 2 complimentary bottled of water. There’s no AC either which is not really unexpected around here.
Hotel was really clean and new with complimentary parking. Free transport ticket throughout Lausanne was given. Would be nice if there’s a kettle and mini fridge in the room. But overall, nice stay.
Good environment. Good size room. Bedsheets come with slight black stain. Breakfast is the same every day.
Horrible front desk service. Worst experience ever in my numerous trips to Switzerland and staying in different hotels. Requested reception to help book taxi to train station for early morning train to airport 2 days before departure. Reminded them evening before and was assured it has been done. Come time of pickup and no taxi came. Checked with reception and he said need to wait for taxi company to call back and need at least 20 minutes!! Requested him to expedite and he asked me to book uber myself!!!! Installed uber and got myself a vehicle and just in time for the train. Speechless

Great
GGuest UserHotel is in a great location in Montreux. A short walk from the train station and right on lake Geneva. Rooms were clean and very good. Amenities throughout the hotel, also very good. Nice touches with random boxes of sweets, next to the complimentary coffee machine in the foyer. Sweets always make people smile, no matter how old you are. I noticed the staff on the reception desk managing some very obnoxious and basically rude customers. So hats off to them as they remained very polite. My only grip about my visit was that our room was on the lowest level. I paid for a lake view believing I'd get a view of the lake as far as my eyes could see (as in the hotels online pictures). I don't think I can really complain, as I could see the lake between the various trees and shrubs, but not as I was expecting. Is that a lake view?
SShih Yuin ChewHonestly, one of the best hostel with the best facilities/equipments for basic travelling needs.
First, clean af. Second, the shower room is designed really well: well-lit, have separate and large shower/changing cubicles, and equipped with very effective hairdryers. Third, luggage storage is free, secure and convenient to use. Fourth, it has a good kitchen/common area. Fifth, the price includes free breakfast starting at 630am, enough early of a time.
However, the kitchen is closed at 2300 and only reopens only at 0630; for those who needa leave the place early in the morning will have to negotiate earlier with them (to avoid possible unpleasant encounter). And if you can’t have breakfast during the assigned time, there’s no other alternative like simple packed breakfast possible—good thing tho, the free flow coffee starts at 3am.
It’s a place I would think of staying, if I happened to visit this area again.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel has good hygiene conditions. The room has a relatively large space and a simple decoration style. However, the hair dryer in the bathroom is fixed to the wall and the switch is difficult to control, which makes it somewhat inconvenient to use. In addition, some of the curtains in the room fell off, which led to the dazzling sunshine in the morning and affected our sleep.
GGuest UserThe stay was not up to my expectations. The view from the dorm is blocked by the train track and can get quite noisy occasionally. Although the hostel is walking distance away from the bus station, but there is a slope and stairs to climb to reach the hostel. Other than that, overall was okay, it is similar to the other hostel of the company . Just that the light in the shower turns off every 10mins and it becomes completely dark and I have to try to find the switch to turn it on again, as well as the water, you'll have to keep pressing it every 10 seconds if not it will just stop. Do note that the basin, toilet and shower are separated. It was a comfortable stay for a night before heading to Geneva the next morning, breakfast served was okay.
MManfrederikI travelled with my parents to Nyon at the end of August. We stayed in Ambassador Boutique Hotel. We were welcomed by a very friendly staff and stayed in the spectacular Castle suite on the top floor. The suite is very spacious for 3 people. The view from the room is stunning, with Nyon castle & old town in the forefront and Geneva lake & Alps in the background. If you are lucky, you could even see Mt Blanc and sunrise from the balcony is very nice. The hotel is very well located, 5 minutes from train station and in the old town surrounded by good restaurants. I highly recommend staying in Nyon, when you plan to visit Geneva lake, and definitely stay in Ambassador. I will definitely be coming back.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the shore of Lake Geneva, about 10 minutes walk from the train station. The train station can be reached by bus at 4 stops, which is very convenient. The hotel is French and elegant, with many antique vase paintings placed inside.
GGuest UserHotel room was the smallest during my entire trip in Europe, toilet was cramped with not much areas to put/hang your shower amenities. The shower area was like a pod which was extremely tight even for asians like me. Could barely raise both arms together without hitting the glass when trying to wash hair. The shower head angle was also terrible as it's pointed at the gap of the shower pod glass (which doesn't close entirely) and kept flowing outside of the pod because it was THAT small.
Booked it for the convenient location but don't expect much from the room size. The shower experience was extremely unpleasant for me and looked nothing like the photos.
型型英帥靚正!The location is perfect. It is just on the right of the metro station which is opposite to the railway station.
The entrance of the hotel is not so obvious, and so be careful not to miss it.
We were given a quiet room as required, and in addition the room is really big with a balcony.
You can always get free iced drinks at the lobby as refreshments.
The staff members are professional and always carry a smile, which gives us a very good impression.
