The rooms are simple, hygienic, have wifi and mini bar. The housekeeping needs improvement of staff guest handling. Food in restaurant is good, except dessert & Chinese. Buffet breakfast was good. TV channels need upgrading. Overall comfortable stay.

Great hotel with well manicured gardens. Enjoyed my week attending a conference. The staff were attentive but we had a language barrier as I do not speak French. Rooms were clean with all amenities functioning.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, an toàn, nằm trong TOP khách sạn an toàn tại Conggo, tuy nhiên phòng tắm không có vận dụng cá nhân như bàn chải đánh răng, kem đánh răng, lược chải đầu. Khách sạn hay bị cắt điện đột ngột do mạng lưới điện tại Conggo, thời giam cắt điện chỉ một vài phút, nên không quá bất tiện. Bữa ăn sáng chủ yếu cho khẩu vị người châu Âu và Châu Phi.

Ive stayed in this hotel on 18 Nov 2022 for 1 night. Check-out should be at 12h00. I've done the checkout at 12h30 and for my surprise I was informed that I already had missed my check out time and I should pay extra half night. On the end had to pay for 1 night and half night for extra 30 min. I've requested to my company to move me to different hotel. This type of behavior from hotel management is totally unacceptable. As an Aircrew, traveling in many countries, this was the first time I was charged half day for 30 min overstayed after check out time.
