Great hotel, i stayed at the 3 bedroom villa, lake view and it was really great. i’d visit Vietnam, just to stay at the Movenpick again.

The room is new, spacious and fully equipped. We love the view from the hotel, we can see the firework in the room. Rosie and Ana are lovely and really helpful. They gave us good advices of places to visit and helped us to rent the motorbike when everywhere was sold out! They are the best people we met in this trip. Highly recommended considering the price!

We stayed for the second night in this hotel, impressed by how good the hotel was, booked another room, since ours was not on the trip, but the girls at the reception messed up and checked us into our room again, it had already been cleaned and we were horrified when we realized that they did not change the bed linen!!! It was the same! We were just stunned, they just made it and that's it! That is, they were waiting for other tenants, with old bed linen! We were just stunned! Wrote to the admins, they did nothing, they replied late in the evening that they were sorry In general, the administration here is very problematic! At night, they brought other people to our room to check in! 🤦🏼♀️ My verdict: the hotel is cool, the location is good, fireworks in front of the windows from the show, the pool is very good, the equipment, but the fact that they do not change the bed linen, just crosses everything out !!!!!!!!! My personal advice, when you check into the room, stand over the cleaners and make sure that they change everything, otherwise you will sleep on the old one from the previous tenants

The tallest building in Fukuoka! The room is super comfortable, with panoramic views of Sunset Town, the pool on the roof is large, the entrance to the cable car is nearby, very nice staff.

Very cool apartments, there is everything you need for living. The kitchen has enough dishes, modern appliances, including an air grill and a multicooker. There is a washing machine with a built-in dryer, very convenient in a vacation environment not to wait for the laundry to dry. A comfortable bed, from which you do not even want to get up. A full-fledged apartment with all the amenities, everything is clean. Convenient location, 5-7 minutes to the beach. There are many cafes and small shops nearby. It is a pity that we booked only for 4 nights, we would have stayed here longer.

We liked the room. Very nice and clean. Nice design. Windows with a beautiful panorama of the sea, you can see the sunset, and the evening show. It is convenient that there is a small cozy kitchen, a large refrigerator, a balcony. There is a large TV, access to the gym and pool. Nice clean and beautiful corridors. Safe rooms. There is security. There is parking for bikes in the backyard. We liked the breakfasts in the cafe. What were the minuses: - they could not check us into the room for a long time. We waited from 14:00 to 15:30. - the girl manager was quite inattentive when checking our visas - for some reason we had to send copies of our passports, all pages, many times. - the immigration police came to the room to check if we had valid visas, and the next day they asked us to make photocopies of all pages of both passports and give them to them. Although we rented the room for only 2 days. A strange situation. We were probably just unlucky.

The reception girl is very nice, always smiling and helping. They arrange us motorbike on a good price for 2 days. Close to the night market and the sea. Was great 🤗

Great place to stay! ☺️ Cozy apartment and an incredibly nice girl who greeted us. Everything we needed was in the room, and we made our own breakfast. There are few residents, so it's peaceful and quiet. I really liked it! 💜 I recommend it!🌺

I had a conflict with this hotel, I didn’t stay there and my money was not refunded. When I tried to report this to trip.com service team and they contacted the manager, the manager made up some details of our conflict, lied to trip.com that I “shouted loudly and scolded the staff”, which is absolute nonsense. The thing is the receptionist who is the only staff member left the hotel, while i was waiting for him to give me motorbike for rent, which has been agreed before. He didn’t say a word to me, he just disappeared. Later , when I contacted the hotel by number from their business card, the other person has told me, that the receptionist is her husband and he went to another hotel to help other guests check in. They have several hotels and don’t have staff, so the receptionist guy does shuttle runs between hotels. Just for the note, the description of the hotel says 24 hours front desk. Empty front desk. The biggest problem is that the manager, the wife of the receptionist, has told trip.com that I was being impolite, because I made my decision to not stay at the hotel, where I would constantly need to wait for the service (due to their problems of staff shortage). And she lied, said I was yelling at staff. Which staff, I don’t know. The guy, who btw doesn’t even speak English, was not there. How could I yell to anyone, if I was all alone at the lobby waiting for the receptionist. And when I realized, this hotel is not where I would be comfortable, I cancelled the booking and I told the manager that I did so. And left the key. I wouldn’t think I won’t be able to get my money back. The manager is a liar. And they didn’t give me refund.
