Apartments in Kien Giang Province, Vietnam

If we compare this to resort; the price only differs around 2 dollars for their sea view room, but I think the breakfast and service quality greatly differs. The view from the residence sea view studio is amazing, I liked it more than the resort. On the other hand, service, cleanness, and breakfast are a lot better in the resort. The resort sea view room comes with a capsule coffee machine and has small details such as beach tote bags and umbrellas. Also, the study desk is more convenient, and the room is a little bigger. Gym is also on this side. The residence comes with a kitchen, no capsule machine, no cutlery, nothing in the kitchen. The sink makes the room smelly. The room generally was smelly. The sheets never smelt fresh for all 3 days, even though I saw them changing the sheets. I don't think they cleaned the bathtub because the insect in the picture was there for all 3 days, even if the house keeping kept cleaning. The breakfast area is a lot smaller than the resort. Also, the breakfast selection is not as wide as the resort. For example, the resort had gluten-free options and baristas to make different types of coffee. If you prefer having a good view and a sink, go to the residence. If you need convenience, go to the resort. Also, there was a BBQ option for Saturdays. I found it quite overpriced. The menu selection was very limited, even less than breakfast. We asked for mangos, but they didn't have it. The fruits included were all the cheap ones. Only one type of beer was included, and it was not from the refrigerator. I think bbq was my worst experience in the whole movenpick resort residence experience.

The apartment is quite new and beautiful. But the room was different from the photo - although it was not worse. When we checked in, the floors were dirty. This was not a problem for us, I just washed them ㅋㅋ The view from the balcony is very beautiful. The location is also good and convenient. But we rented a car through Rosie and went north for 2 days to visit the safari and grand world. Transfer from and to the airport was also through Rosie. If there were any questions, Rosie immediately helped us and asked if we had any requests. From the window in the evening you can watch the wonderful fireworks. The air conditioning system is also very convenient, because I turned it off at night, and in the other room it was cold for me, but my mother likes the cool. The water is warm enough and has good pressure, but no shower filter. It's good that we brought it with us, and in 4 nights, I changed 2 filters from amway ㅋㅋ I think on our next trip we will stay at Rosie's.

We stayed for the second night in this hotel, impressed by how good the hotel was, booked another room, since ours was not on the trip, but the girls at the reception messed up and checked us into our room again, it had already been cleaned and we were horrified when we realized that they did not change the bed linen!!! It was the same! We were just stunned, they just made it and that's it! That is, they were waiting for other tenants, with old bed linen! We were just stunned! Wrote to the admins, they did nothing, they replied late in the evening that they were sorry In general, the administration here is very problematic! At night, they brought other people to our room to check in! 🤦🏼♀️ My verdict: the hotel is cool, the location is good, fireworks in front of the windows from the show, the pool is very good, the equipment, but the fact that they do not change the bed linen, just crosses everything out !!!!!!!!! My personal advice, when you check into the room, stand over the cleaners and make sure that they change everything, otherwise you will sleep on the old one from the previous tenants

The view was really great~~~ You can watch the Kiss of the Sea performance for free from your hotel room!! It's a modern building, so it's clean and the tallest building in Sunset Town~~~ However, since it's a residence building, the check-in office and the actual hotel building are separate, and the address doesn't seem to be accurate!! The address needs to be updated!! I copied the address and called a Grab taxi, but it was marked as a really bad place. ㅠ I almost went to a really bad rural village ㅠ Fortunately, I found the address again on Google Maps and came back ㅠ I had a hard time finding it. And Sunset Town itself is like a ghost town except for the famous cable car/night market. There aren't any stores under the hotel either. Everything is empty.. There are so many places under construction.. It seems like it's still under development. Still, the rooftop pool is nice, and the view is good~ I was really satisfied, but the way up to the pool had to go past a construction site... It was a bit like that. I think it'll be a lot better in about 2 years when everything is fixed~

Newly opened hotel at Marina Square area. It's not close to the busy area. However, with a scooter can easily go to other places around the island. In terms of the property, it's brand new. The unit was super clean with good service from the staff. I will book again at this hotel on my next trip to Phu Quoc Island.

Great new apartments, very clean and cozy. The staff is warm, always ready to help. In the lobby there is a massage chair and a pool table, they cook delicious Pho, there are golf carts for trips around the area. I liked everything very much, I recommend!

When you enter the apartment lobby, the staff in charge will kindly explain everything to you, and they are especially good at English. They speak very fast, so it can be difficult to hear. However, they are very kind and greet you kindly every time we meet, and if there is anything inconvenient, they will kindly explain it to you via KakaoTalk. Since it is a newly built building, the facilities are clean, and the prices are not expensive. And you can drink on the apartment balcony while enjoying the warm sunlight in the morning, the sunset in the evening, and the nightly fireworks festival, so I highly recommend it. You can make really good memories and experiences. However, since it is an island and the season is summer, you must spray bug repellent before going out to avoid mosquito bites! And cleaning is charged separately, so you don't have to use it unless it's too dirty, and towels are provided for free every day if you request them (you have to ask for them). There are cutlery, glasses (wine glasses, under-the-rock glasses), a freezer and refrigerator (you can make ice), a washing machine, so you can do laundry, and a swimming pool on the 19th floor (there's only a swimming pool. They don't sell food and drinks). There's a gym on the 1st floor and a mart nearby, but I thought it was more profitable to go to the Select Mart in the Sunset Town Night Market and buy things (there are many types). Please note that it closes at 11 pm. There's a trash can in the hallway, so you can take it and throw it away, and the TV is LG, so you can watch Netflix and YouTube, so please note. You can easily get off by taking the escalator near the accommodation, so don't have a hard time going around in circles!

Is like a shophouse. Ground floor sells drinks and juices (shop name is Power MIA), upper floors are the rooms. Location itself is great, right in the heart of Grand World although it might be a little hard to find if you rely heavily on google map cause the entire area is not mapped accurately in google maps. Room was great and clean. Our room was at lvl 2, in addition to the in-room batheoom/toilet, there's another toilet outside our room which was actually meant for the cafe customers.

The reception girl is very nice, always smiling and helping. They arrange us motorbike on a good price for 2 days. Close to the night market and the sea. Was great 🤗
