Newly opened hotel, good location. Very close to the station, big room, complete facilities. Negotiating with the hotel to change the check-in time was also smooth. There is no front desk, no luggage storage, and no window view. But it doesn't matter.

Beppu is an excellent choice. The accommodation is located on the upper floor of a shop. The space is very, very large. The indoor equipment and materials are all high-end goods, and all the necessary facilities for life are available. The industrial style interior decoration does not give you the feeling of staying in a hotel, but rather a home feeling. If you can only check in after 6 o'clock, remember to ask the boss for the password required for the check-in procedure. This is only the password for entering the store for the first time. There is an iPad on the counter inside. Follow the procedure displayed on the iPad to check in. Then a password to enter your room will be displayed. This password is also the password to enter the store later. Parking can be done in parking lot 1 or 2 according to the map provided by the store, and there are ample parking spaces.

If you book this B&B on this platform, please pay careful attention. There is no reception desk, and this platform will not take the initiative to help you find a bridge to ask the owner. Therefore, you must take the initiative to ask the customer service a day in advance. What is the password at the door? I only found out when I arrived. Buffet. But no one, including customer service, notified me. I was waiting for the email from customer service and the owner with the password, and finally waited for 30 minutes before entering the hotel. Really wasting my time. I think it's a plus that this B&B has a washing machine, and the bed is comfortable. There is no big problem with the bathroom either. Just when you enter the door, I suggest you take the initiative to ask customer service for the password.

This time we are staying on the 2nd floor. It is generally very clean and comfortable. However, the traffic on the floor will be a little louder and will affect the downstairs, so you have to slow down. It is also recommended to add protective covers on the stool legs to reduce the sound. In addition, the kitchen is well-equipped and clean.

The check in process was ”smart check-in”, where guests receive the passcode to the room via email. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any email (not in junk/spam either), and was stuck outside the room, trying to call a call center that had already closed for the day. There was also no reply to the email I had sent via the Trip app. In the end, I had to ask the guest staying in another room for the phone number of the person directly in-charge of the facility, so that I could call them to get the password and check-in code. The facility exceeded my expectations, but the check-in process due to the missing email was too stressful and unpleasant. I may use the facility again, but I will book it through another app to prevent such problems again.

This is the place I always stay when I come to Beppu. When I come to Beppu, I always look for accommodations through Airbnb. Due to the nature of Japan, it is difficult to find a large room. Com House is a very comfortable place for two people to stay from the smallest room 301 to the 4th floor. In addition to the comfortable and spacious space, the accommodation is equipped with various kitchenware, so it is a great environment for me who usually stays long term. The coast is close, so it is good to go for a walk at night, and Yume Town is less than a 4-minute walk away, so even if it is a bit far from Beppu Station, it is not a big problem. (It is a 10-minute walk, and for tourists, it seems that the bus station is closer than Beppu Station.) The master is also a kind and warm person. When I first stayed at this accommodation, he came to fix the broken air conditioner even though it was evening. He was a really nice person who liked small talk. There are only stairs, so it is a little inconvenient to move your luggage, but even with that, this is the accommodation I always look for first when I come to Beppu.

This accommodation is primarily practical. It's all you need and the parking is right in front of the door. What unfortunately did not like was the quality of mattresses. You feel every pearl. Also the sofa was old and uncomfortable. In the bathroom, there was no haak to hang towels. It is a rebuilt store. When you open the windows forcing, everyone who passes through the street can look directly in. Airs only go if you leave the door up front. For 2 nights OK if you're otherwise on the way.
