Nice fresh hotel. Unpretentious breakfasts. The rooms are clean, if you need to clean, put the sign by the door in the ”Cleaning” position. If you need at least some views towards the sea in Patong, then take rooms with sea/city views and from the 4th floor and above. On the 6th floor (roof) there is a small bar and a swimming pool, a gym in the area of ​​15 sq.m. It’s not clear who uses them at all. Only if during vacation over 14 days, and that’s not a fact. This is considered the 4th line, to the night market where there is a sea of ​​street food about 800m. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 store, a laundry, simple cafes, and exchange offices. We ate mainly at the market or closer to 2-3 lines. The hotel is not for families with children or the elderly. If you have pain in your legs, this is not for you either. I don’t understand people who deliberately choose this hotel and write reviews that it is on a mountain and is constantly going uphill. It’s difficult to please you in everyday life, too. If you eat MJ together, what have you not seen from each other 😂 that could confuse you. There is air conditioning and it blows normally. The balcony is small, there is no separate dryer, there is simply nowhere to put it on the balcony, since the places are occupied by chairs and a table. If you didn’t like it, then most likely you don’t know how to choose a hotel for yourself and someone chose it for you without telling you the nuances.

The room is very clean and the waiter is full of enthusiasm ， I feel the friendliness of everyone! There are many activities, and the sand on the beach is soft and comfortable ，it's not far from Badong ，but this area is very quiet! The best choice for parent-child travel！！

My husband and I recently spent a wonderful long weekend at Naka Island and would definitely recommend this hotel. From the airport, the property is a quick drive and then five-minute boat trip, but yet we felt so far removed from the crowds and noise of many other parts of Phuket. We stayed in a garden pool villa which had almost 360-degree windows making you feel connected to the natural environment even while inside. The room had everything you could need, want, and then some. It was a beautiful, serene space that also did a lovely job of honoring its Thai roots. Outside was completely private, and we could sit by the pool either in the sun or in the shade on our covered, separate porch. Although we had our own plunge pool, we loved sitting by the main pool and enjoying the incredible views of the Andaman Sea. The food was great at all the restaurants, but we especially enjoyed our dinner at My Grill (kudos to Kit), and loved sunset at Z Bar which is an absolute must! The ladies who served us each night were fantastic! We also enjoyed kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and biking. All equipment is provided complimentary by the hotel and was super easy to take out. The views are beautiful throughout the property, so staying in a garden villa was completely fine. But I must admit that we were able to see inside one of the ocean view villas when the gate was open for the cleaning staff, and the view was so stunning that I likely will pay the added cost to stay in one of those when we return. Some resort “ocean view” rooms are not worth the cost; I believe at Naka Island they definitely are. So … lovely room, yummy food, fun activities and stunning views … all these features definitely make Naka Island worth visiting. But what makes it so special and worth returning are the people. The warmth of the staff and what seemed to me a genuine desire to engage, befriend, and provide top-notch hospitality in every manner possible sets the hotel apart. Kudos to Kris for his role in creating this lovely environment and personally setting an example for his staff on how to make guests feel both comfortable and special. We look forward to returning to this little slice of heaven.

Not extremely close to the Old Town area, but still extremely accessible given Grab (Uber) is extremely cheap and only takes around a 10-minute ride. The hotel is Japanese-inspired, so the room decorations are really nice (and the Japanese-inspired breakfast was quite impressive). There are no lifts but the staff help move suitcases up and down, so that was not a problem. Quite a good stay!

The hotel is not bad, no complaints about it. But there is no elevator, and there are 3 floors, you have to go up a narrow staircase with low railings, and behind the railings is the street 🥲 the room is clean. The bathroom is freshly renovated, but there is no shower curtain, the entire bathroom and toilet are in water. And the condensation from the air conditioner also flows right on the floor in the bathroom and because of this there is a chronically large puddle, I have not seen anything like this anywhere. There is no soap, they gave shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes. Cleaning is regular. There are no teaspoons, although tea and coffee are given. The room has a relatively large refrigerator, which is a plus. The mattress was sagging. There is no safe. We did not swim in the pool, but it looks clean, 160 cm deep. The hotel grounds are small but cozy. Quiet at night. 20 minutes to the beach. 3-4 minutes to Banzaan and Jungceylon. They give towels and umbrellas if it rains. The staff is friendly, the fragile maids helped carry our heavy suitcases to the 3rd floor. The air conditioner is quiet, works well. The obvious downsides are the location, it's just awful. The hotel is between the 3rd and 4th lines of Patong. The 4th line is narrow, there is a lot of traffic, it's hard to walk there, there are bike parking lots everywhere. And the exit to the 3rd line is terrible, it's through a narrow, dirty, scary alley, bikes drive along it all the time, there's garbage all around, on one side there's a fence of Thai houses, on the other side there's a construction fence, there's a large-scale construction site nearby and soon there will be noise, dust and all that. At night the alley is lit by lanterns. If you're walking, I don't recommend this location. On a bike it's even more or less fine.

Toiletries, laundry detergent, etc. The beach is a few steps down, and the villa swimming pool is also very clean. You can switch freely. There are not many people on the beach, which is basically a private beach, very suitable for parent-child play. In a word, you just need to feel at ease to check in, and the thoughtful boss will help you solve your problems. Amazing service as usual. But the only down side is that water in the shower was quite cold due to the recent extreme weather. Other than that, the staff were extremely helpful and offered us free diner for compensation. And I told them in advance it would be my anniversary with my girl friend and they prepared special treats for us. They are amazing people. Would love to come back again p
