There a two nice pools at the hotel and it has a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel seems to be a popular destination for Egyptians to bring their kids during school holiday, so I would suggest wearing a one-piece bathing suit. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the sea and was non-smoking. The breakfast is pretty good with a wide variety of choices, including freshly-made waffles and omelettes. We ate most of our meals at the hotel restaurants and both Izoya and Nazaya have a good ambience and above-average food. Quite pricey and popular among the locals for special occasions like birthdays. If you are a light sleeper, do not book this hotel. The original building is a beautiful historical hotel with a stained glass dome, marble floors and a ballroom, making it a perfect venue for weddings… and Egyptian weddings last until 4am, and the hotel hosted at least one pretty much every night. The music and laughter would have been a problem, except that it was almost completely drowned out by the air-conditioner, which sounded like an old VW Beetle trying to start. Honestly, I didn’t know it was possible for an AC to be so loud. Overall, the rooms and amenities are a bit out of date and faded and could do with sprucing up.

We stayed in room 328. Very dated. Room not ready on arrival. Had to ask for extras water menus etc. Shower wet room floor flooded everyday drains need cleaning. Cleaner woke us at 0920 daily just out of hospital not appreciated. Instead of cleaning room to fill end constantly coming back knocking with water or towels or tissues not as relaxing as I had hoped. Carpets not hoovered once while there for five nights. Extremely disappointed for a Hilton.

The eternal four-season standard is the best service in the business hotel I have stayed in all four seasons. Before check-in, people with guest service send emails and call to confirm my preference. When eating breakfast, more people queue up at the door. The restaurant manager saw it and said to send breakfast to my room. Breakfast is also very rich. Stayed for five nights. Although I didn't go out very much, many people in the front office can shout my name. The recognition of this piece has really been very satisfied. The last night was a little unpleasant because of the order. The hotel manager came over to apologize when I checked out. Also sent cheese cake (because I was with my husband and secretly helped with the romantic arrangement and sent a honeymoon cake) The hotel concierge was simply omnipotent. Haha also helped make an appointment for a door-to-door nucleic acid test. (Hotel security guards went all the way to our room and looked at the nucleic acid. It was very safe. ) And also helped buy a train ticket to Cairo. The whole process is called to solve everything. The service in the lobby is great, and it is far from the city center. The hotel beach needs to cross a road to get there. The parking lot charges 150 Egyptian pounds, and there are doormen who are responsible for parking and picking up the car. The sanitary products in the room are not complete, such as towels, and there is no hair dryer. The service attitude of the waiters is good.

The hotel has different types of rooms, we lived with a balcony overlooking the indoor pool, but there are also rooms in houses right on the beach! Breakfast takes place in a small restaurant on the beach, it is very simple and cute at the same time! The hospitable manager of this restaurant! The hotel beach is like between two city beaches, but has its own territory with sun loungers and beach cushions. Of course, both pillows and loungers require urgent updating! The beach is sand and there is also sand in the sea. The water was still cool, but it would be great to swim in the heat! The hotel is actively preparing for the summer season! Many rooms are being renovated! We experienced days with Wi-Fi not working, the manager called regularly and asked if everything was okay with us. There were no towels in the room upon check-in, we chalked it up to low occupancy of course...but☝️ And one more thing: something needs to be done about the laundry carts or ask the maids not to push these carts around early in the morning! It feels like a bombing has begun when they are taking them early in the morning along the pool! 🙈 Cocktails can be ordered by the pool, of course don’t expect much variety and quality) Great live music by the pool in the evening! There was a live concert inside the main building too! Hookahs can be ordered everywhere: from the pool to your room and on the beach on sun loungers. The wait staff is attentive for the most part. Mohamed Ali, who helps with things, also helps with other issues. A taxi from the hotel is a very real thing. You can go to the city. People went to the Four Season at the shopping mall! Along the embankment where the hotel is located, there are several food establishments, and there are bicycle and ATV rentals! You can go to a cafe, grab a drink and sit on the beach, tables on the sand by the water. In general, we liked it, after the necessary update it will be just great!

Enjoyed my stay here. Got a room with a partial sea view and it was lovely to wake up to wvery morning. Loved the buffet breakfast service and how helpful staff were in general. I like that I was always alone in the gym! 🤣 Would definitely recommend

This hotel is located inside Montaza Park, with standard sea view rooms and its own beach. The hotel is very new, the bedding facilities are comfortable, and the service is attentive and attentive. There are also welcome cakes and free drinks. Breakfast is not a buffet, the gourmet breakfast is very special. Among the five-star hotels in Alexandria, it is the best value for money.

Nice hotel only the corridors which lead to the rooms are a little dated with gray carpet in poor condition. The corridors are sad and need to be refreshed with a good lick of paint. The rooftop pool and spa may be out of order at this time of year.

Hotel location is nice, very close to shopping mall, and breakfast is good.
