I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Alexandria for two days and my experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's magnificent decor, inspired by the 1800s. Every detail, from the furniture to the lighting fixtures, evoked a classic elegance that transported me to another era.
The hotel has direct access to a shopping center, which is extremely convenient for shopping without leaving the comfort of the establishment. In addition, the interior of the hotel is decorated with numerous paintings, adding to the artistic and refined atmosphere of the place.
But what really made my stay exceptional was the staff. Each member of the team was smiling, very welcoming and always ready to help. Their attention to detail and desire to make your stay as pleasant as possible is truly remarkable.
I highly recommend the Four Seasons Alexandria to anyone looking for a luxury hotel experience with a historic twist. It is a place where beauty, comfort and hospitality meet harmoniously.

The service in the lobby is great, and it is far from the city center. The hotel beach needs to cross a road to get there. The parking lot charges 150 Egyptian pounds, and there are doormen who are responsible for parking and picking up the car. The sanitary products in the room are not complete, such as towels, and there is no hair dryer. The service attitude of the waiters is good.

لقد كان لدي حجز ل ٥ ايام استخدمت ٣ أيام ولظرف طاري غادرت واهديت اليومين الباقيه لأحد أصحابي وبلغت الإستقبال بذلك وأخذت موافقتهم وحضر صاحبي وبلغ بأنه لامانع لكن فوجئت بعد ساعتين من مغادرتي ب رفضهم إسكان صديقي
ولم استرد المبلغ فماهو الحل
علما بأن موظفات الإستقبال إسراء ونور كانو لطفاء وخدومين

ZZhangdandandeyimoyangguangLet me start with one of the biggest drawbacks: the hair dryer in the room is an old-fashioned one fixed on the wall. The air duct can only be regarded as a breeze, and the switch can't be pulled, so the hair can only dry naturally!
Then there are some points: 1. I read the comments before booking the hotel. Some people said that the front desk service was not good, especially discriminating against Chinese people. We really didn't feel it! The service attitude was very good. When they knew that we were only staying for one night, it was already evening, so they arranged a sea view room for us to watch the sunset; a waiter helped us deliver the luggage to the room, and before I took out the tip, they had already left the room and closed the door for us. For this reason, I guess there is no other hotel like this in Egypt! 2. Although the room is not large, the scenery is superb! (See picture), all of them are the scenery outside the room window. It's really lying on the bed to watch the sunset on the sea. If I come to Alexandria again in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThank you for the warm welcome! The hotel is located in a closed, guarded area, among many shops (shopping center), cafes and restaurants. It is incredibly convenient, since you can go out in the evening for a walk and have dinner without any problems and with pleasure) A small piece of Europe in noisy, dusty and high-calorie Alexandria🙏
+ Cozy room, large bed with a good mattress and clean fresh linen.
+ New plumbing, good pressure and hot water
+ Bathrobes in the rooms upon request, but free of charge, no slippers)
+ Delicious hearty breakfasts, a large selection in a clean stylish restaurant with good dishes and furniture
+ The price of accommodation includes use of swimming pools (one heated, one without - on the roof of the hotel), sauna, hamam, jacuzzi - we enjoyed using this service in the evenings after busy excursion days, in silence and relaxation summing up the day!
Excellent hotel for its price, I recommend!

ВВилгаThe hotel is just super, what a stunning view from the hotel from the 16th floor, of the city and the sea, we were delighted. The studio is very spacious, everything you need is there, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a wonderful soft one. The hotel is very conveniently located not far from the train station, if you go from Cairo by bus, then from the bus station there are minibuses for 7 pounds to the train station, and from there it is 5-7 minutes walk to the hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel.

WWEIJIALocated in the Summer Palace Garden - on the edge of the Mediterranean - there is a train station on the street, you can buy a lot of food on the opposite street ~ and the fruits sold by the locals, cheap and delicious. GGuest UserThe hotel has different types of rooms, we lived with a balcony overlooking the indoor pool, but there are also rooms in houses right on the beach! Breakfast takes place in a small restaurant on the beach, it is very simple and cute at the same time! The hospitable manager of this restaurant! Loves Russians) Open veranda, beach, sea, cats...) great!
There is also a restaurant inside the hotel, but we also had dinner at the beach restaurant. The hotel beach is like between two city beaches, but has its own territory with sun loungers and beach cushions. Of course, both pillows and loungers require urgent updating! The beach is sand and there is also sand in the sea. The water was still cool, but it would be great to swim in the heat! The hotel is actively preparing for the summer season! Many rooms are being renovated! We experienced days with Wi-Fi not working, the manager called regularly and asked if everything was okay with us. There were no towels in the room upon check-in, we chalked it up to low occupancy of course...but☝️
And one more thing: something needs to be done about the laundry carts or ask the maids not to push these carts around early in the morning! It feels like a bombing has begun when they are taking them early in the morning along the pool! 🙈
Cocktails can be ordered by the pool, of course don’t expect much variety and quality)
Great live music by the pool in the evening! There was a live concert inside the main building too! Hookahs can be ordered everywhere: from the pool to your room and on the beach on sun loungers.
The wait staff is attentive for the most part. Mohamed Ali, who helps with things, also helps with other issues. A taxi from the hotel is a very real thing. You can go to the city. People went to the Four Season at the shopping mall!
Along the embankment where the hotel is located, there are several food establishments, and there are bicycle and ATV rentals! You can go to a cafe, grab a drink and sit on the beach, tables on the sand by the water.
In general, we liked it, after the necessary update it will be just great!

JJohnEnjoyed my stay in this hotel, I've got no complaints other than the fact that for 4 months now, their private beach has been closed due to government renovations on the beachfront and I do not remember being informed of this in the booking page before I booked. The main reason I booked was for the beach so understandably, I was disappointed.

GGuest UserThe room photograph and description (1st floor 28 square metres) did not match the actual room allocated (4th floor. 18 square metre).. This is illegal in many countries, but apparently not for this hotel. The duty manager of the day was prepared to allocate a better room, but only at an extra charge. I was not happy with this so did not pay extra.
Breakfast was pleasant. Lovely view. Attentive waiting staff.
Location excellent.
The windows of the hotel ground floor facing the sea were disgraceful. Peeling paint Abandoned empty decorating containers, food waste. Lazy maintainance and lack of pride. Clearly nobody is checking or following up.
This could be a great hotel, but is a
now a reminder of indifference and apathy.
The check out manager was more helpful and offered an upgrade should I visit again. However both parties know that is unlikely. I filled in the hotel questionnaire recording these issues. I hope it gets to the right person.
The attached photograph shows the much nicer room and embellished description in the advert.
Clearly all photos and measurements need to be updated so they actually match the rooms that are being sold. Since I expressed my concerns on 20 march 2023, there has been no update.

WWenmenglThe room is clean and compact, and the hotel lobby is a very high space. When you enter, it feels like a serious hotel, not a B&B. After exiting the hotel, walk to the right for a minute or two and you will reach the seaside. It is 2 kilometers away from the Pompeii Column and 2.6 kilometers away from the Gabeyi Castle. This store is pretty good, enough for 4 stars. I guess the negative reviews on the Internet are caused by competitors.
