The service was exceedingly good at ZhongZhou hotel. I stayed with my wife and had a second room for my daughter and son in law. The lobby always had someone to open doors/press the elevator button for guests. What really stood out to me was the attitude of the workers. Breakfast typically starts at 7, when I mentioned I had to leave at 6:15, the worker at the restaurant told me to come early, and she would have it ready for me. Unfortunately no fitness center but the laundry room was a plus. There were also plenty of washing machines (no dryers). This hotel truly felt like a second home. The rooms and beds were also comfortable and clean. A fantastic stay overall, would definitely stay here again.

It is almost dark even when you arrive in the city at night. 2. The quality of hotels in the city is worrying. The price of four stars is fast. Please avoid Dunhuang Metropark Hotel. Don't be misled by the brand of Metropark. My family and I booked Metropark first. After arriving, we found that the room was poor, the decoration smelled heavy, and the sanitary conditions were poor. We checked out decisively. 3. Dunhuang International Hotel should be an official government hotel. I checked it out. It covers an area of ​​thousands of acres, a large manor, and several hotel buildings. 4. Buildings 2 and 3 are recommended. The rooms are good. When there are few people in Building 3, the breakfast will be taken to Building 2 by the shuttle bus. 5. The hotel is in good sanitation and has good toiletries, but some facilities are generally maintained, such as the washbasin, etc. The drainage may have some problems, which basically does not affect the use. 6. The breakfast quality is good, the service staff is also enthusiastic, and it has the basic level of the government state guesthouse. 7. It is close to Mogao Grottoes, 15 minutes drive from the city, and I went there several times in two days. The traffic is smooth. 8. In general, if you have enough budget, I recommend this place, which will increase your favorability for traveling in Dunhuang.

The hotel is in a good location, with many restaurants around, including Fanji Jingyuan Lamb and Alibaba Barbecue recommended by Xiaohongshu, with many choices. The hotel has its own parking lot, and the service is also very good. There are also thoughtful gifts, and the room is also equipped with snacks and drinks, which is very comfortable. There are also many types of breakfast. The only thing to mention is that the details of hygiene need to be improved, but it may be that there are too many people during the National Day, which is understandable. It will be ok if it is strengthened a little more in the future. I will choose to stay here if I have the chance in the future!

There was also hot milk, which was very heartwarming❤️ The hotel is located in the city center, quiet in the hustle and bustle, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. You can get a taxi anytime you go out, and the taxi drivers here are very enthusiastic and the fare is very cheap, which is very good 👍🏻 Let’s talk about the hotel’s facilities. It is very complete and brand new. There is a small space in the room, which is really a blessing for lazy people 😁 The room is not very big, but it is very warm and cozy! I have travelled a lot in China the last 5 years. This is probably one of the best hotels I have been. Clean, comfortable, close to everything, very nice staff. Have everything you need in the room. They leave you presents in the room, have all the free drinking water you need, free apples, just excellent welcome feeling. They go as far as pointing the shower head to the side everytime they clean the room so you don't get wet when you turn on the shower. More expensive and luxurios hotels have a lot to learn from these guys. Just excellent.

The Dunhuang landmark Rebounding Pipa is right in front of the hotel. It is very close to the Dunhuang Shazhou Night Market. It is only a 5-minute walk away. It is convenient for eating and transportation. You can take the No. 3 bus at the door directly to Mingsha Mountain, and there are direct buses to the Mogao Grottoes. Very affordable and great value for money with all the helpful front staff to housekeeping. Just around the corner is the street food with lots of restaurants n the Shahzhou nite Market is just 15 minutes walk away. I highly recommend anyone wishing to come to Dunhuang seeking reasonable and quality accommodation to stay here.
