Guest User: The overall facilities and equipment in the room are quite good, and it's even equipped with a smart ”Xiaodu” voice assistant. The air conditioning works well, and the room is very clean. Located right in the city center, the hotel offers extremely convenient transportation with a subway station downstairs. Getting around is a breeze just by taking the subway. The front desk staff provided excellent service, and complimentary afternoon tea, cocktails, and wellness congee were also offered. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Guest User: A perfect experience! It's great for couples and families, even moms with kids will love it. IFC Mall is right downstairs, so you can enjoy water activities in the afternoon and go shopping in the evening. The Sand Dune and Storm experiences were both fantastic. They even decorated the room for my child's birthday in advance. The sound system was also excellent, and the cleanliness and service were impeccable. The only downside is that the price doubles on holidays, but otherwise, I can't find any faults.

Suifengzhuliudexin: The hotel's environment, cleanliness, and value for money exceeded all expectations!! The subway station and restaurants are right downstairs, yet it's surprisingly quiet in the morning. I previously stayed at a guesthouse in the high-rise opposite for a similar price (the room was tiny, the ground floor smelled of urine, and there was only one elevator for over 20 floors, resulting in forever-long waits). After staying just one night, I moved to this hotel and ended up extending my stay for four or five days. The front desk staff were very welcoming and promptly resolved any minor issues I had. Highly recommended! I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Changsha.

xhcheng: The hotel is right next to the Xiangjiang Middle Road Station on Metro Line 2, with Juzizhou just across the river (one stop away). Walking to Taiping Street, Pozishi, Chaozong Street, and Fengying Xili is very convenient. I booked a 5th-floor river-view room, but Xiao Liu at the front desk kindly upgraded me to the 28th floor, offering a fantastic, unobstructed view. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. There are charging cables provided in the room, and the charging speed is much faster than the slow chargers you usually find in hotels. Breakfast at the restaurant has a decent variety of food, and the taste is quite good. The housekeeping staff in the hallway were very warm and welcoming. Areas for improvement: 1. There are three passenger elevators and one service elevator, but during the busy morning peak hours, a cleaner pushed a large cart of supplies into the passenger elevator. 2. There are very few two-seater tables in the restaurant; most are large four-seater tables or even round banquet tables. When it gets slightly crowded, you are forced to share a table with strangers, which is quite awkward. 3. The biggest issue is that the room is super noisy during the day—not the hotel's fault, as I suppose most riverside hotels are like this. I ”investigated” a long stretch of the riverfront ”Waitan” area, which was packed with powerful speakers and people belting out songs at the top of their lungs. Does Changsha actually consider this ear-splitting noise a scenic highlight?! Absolutely incomprehensible! Totally unacceptable!!! Fortunately, most of these people go back to bed at night, but on one night, someone was still practicing their vocals past midnight!

Linxinlong: Opened this year, we were given a room on the 30th floor. The environment and soundproofing were both quite good, and it's just over a kilometer away to Wuyi Square. The only pity is that there is only Metro Line 1 nearby, so you have to head over to Wuyi Square to catch connections to other scenic spots. The only real downside is that the 30th floor gets a bit cold at night, and the AC doesn't have a heating mode. Leaving it off makes the room stuffy, but keeping it on leaves you freezing when you wake up. The ventilation is a bit poor—if you leave the AC off when you go out, the room gets very stuffy upon return. Also, if you ask the cleaning staff to tidy up without telling them in advance, they will habitually turn off the AC for you. One silver lining is that there's a hospital right across the street from the hotel, so if you eat too much random food and get an upset stomach, medical care is right at hand.

The subway entrance is right downstairs, making it extremely convenient to get to all major attractions. There are also two Cha Yan Yue Se (tea shops) right at the entrance, which makes it super easy to grab a cup. The room is fully equipped and very comfortable to stay in. That's also where you'll find plenty of people taking photos, so don't expect a particularly quiet experience.The main downside is that visiting the island takes quite a bit of time, especially if you want to explore it properly. And while it's certainly a nice place, I'm not sure the experience justifies spending several hours here if you have a limited amount of time in Changsha and other places you'd like to see.On the other hand, if you're simply looking for a relaxing walk through a green park, with opportunities to stop by the river and enjoy the scenery, it's a lovely option.Overall, I'd say it's worth visiting if you have some extra time or are particularly interested in Chinese history. Otherwise, I wouldn't necessarily put it at the very top of your Changsha itinerary.

The children loved the various folk performances at the Dream Kingdom. I highly recommend families stay overnight to enjoy the night view for an even better experience!
