Our driver and guide, Wang Sanlang, speaks Chinese, English, Japanese, and Thai. He was fantastic! 👍 Enthusiastic and flexible. There was no hard selling or extra fees. He respected our needs. He gave us commemorative photos after the tour. Great memories.

The tour guide and driver picked us up from the hotel, which was very convenient. They provided explanations at each attraction and helped us open doors when getting on and off the bus, showing great friendliness and hospitality. Traveling to attractions like Jiufen and Shifen by public transport can be inconvenient, so having a driver saved a lot of time. Plus, the day tour departed early, avoiding the crowds of tour groups and minimizing the number of people taking photos. Highly recommended.

Despite the uncooperative weather—heavy fog today, and it being the second day of the Lunar New Year, with some places closed—the most beautiful scenery in Taiwan is its people! 😍 Our tour guide, "Brother Hei," gave a lively and engaging explanation, and we were very satisfied with today's itinerary. đŸ‘đŸ» During the trip, "Brother Hei" recommended many great places to visit and fun spots in Taiwan, and introduced many authentic Taiwanese delicacies. We had a bit of trouble meeting up, but it was because we were too early, and the other tour guides kindly helped us out, and we were able to meet our guide, Chen, without any problems. (The AI ​​chat's answers were completely nonsensical and useless.) The tour was fantastic, and thanks to Chen's fluent Japanese, we were able to efficiently cover areas of the itinerary that we would never have been able to cover on our own, so we were very satisfied. We had unfortunate weather at Gaomei Wetlands, so we'd like to go back and get revenge.

Wonderful and relaxing day touring Yangmingshan National Park. Our delightful guide from Edison Tours was terrific. He had excellent English and knew a great deal about the park. He follows the itinerary perfectly, kept us all on track, and knew when to talk and guide then give us free time. He provided excellent, clear directions and descriptions for all out stops and even helped take some great photos for us. I probably would not have had a chance to visit the park on my own during my stay in Yaiwan, so taking this trip proved to be a pleasure and long, busy, but highly enjoyable day. We even made a stop at the "greenhouse" at the park for a very traditional Chinese lunch and it was not only a wonderful cultural experience, but the garlic and chicken soup I ordered was delicious and perfect for the day. Edison Tours, incidentally, was extremely efficient and clear with their communications and meeting directions. Super cheerful, friendly, helpful.
