1.Your device supports eSIM function
Query Method: Dial "*#06#" in the dial interface. If "EID" is displayed, the phone supports eSIM; if not, it does not support eSIM.
2. The phone is not a network-locked phone
Query Method: Check with your Telecom Operator to see if your device is open for all network bands
* Please check whether you meet the above conditions before purchasing. Only when all conditions are met can you use eSIM normally.
3. Important Information:For travelers heading to Taiwan, please complete the real-name verification through the link below before arrival to ensure secure network access. Network access will not be available until verification is completed.

Notes:
- Real-name verification with BNO passport is currently not supported.
- Each passport can be used to verify up to 3 eSIMs. If the limit has been reached, please contact customer service for assistance with unbinding.
[Set up eSIM]
eSIM can only be installed with a stable internet connection. If you are within the coverage area, please install it after arrival using airport or hotel WiFi to avoid early activation.If you are outside the coverage area, it is recommended to install within 6 hours before departure.
[Enable Data Roaming]
Please make sure that the "Data Roaming" option for the eSIM is enabled.
