Everything was simply divine. We didn’t get to check out the roof top since it was a windy day but everyone was pleasant, good food, good drinks and clean!!
The front desk service of the hotel is of five-star standard, and the attitude is in place. The hotel is elegantly decorated. It is located in the center of Kansas City. It is one of the oldest five-star hotels in downtown. It is conveniently located near various service and entertainment venues around it. There is a market inside the hotel.
Get to know one of Kansas City’s first Tribute Portfolio hotels just steps away from one of the city’s most notable destinations: The Country Club Plaza. Inspired by our City of Fountains, Cascade Hotel represents a renewed sense of energy, refreshment and curiosity. In a city full of places to sleep, we invigorate the modern traveler with everything needed to discover the day’s potential.

Location in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

Located at 705 Olive, 7th and Olive, Hotel Saint Louis HSL is the first Marriott Autograph Collection property in St Louis. Our upscale hotel in St. Louis offers 142 rooms, including 53 suites, 30 of which feature balconies. Our hotel with a pool in St. Louis is the perfect destination for business and leisure travelers, as we offer a rooftop heated pool that is open year round and full service spa treatments, along with our Adler Club for Platinum level members, five meeting rooms and a state-of-the-art ballroom. We are perfectly positioned two blocks away from The Convention Center. We are within walking distance to the Arch and Busch Stadium, home to the 11 time World Champion St Louis Cardinals.
The sanitation and service of the hotel are good, and no cleaning was done after staying for three nights. The hotel quilt is not a quilt cover, it is two sheets put together. The hotel does not provide slippers, you can ask the front desk for toothpaste and toothbrush. The hotel is very close to the country club plaza. It is convenient for shopping. There are Internet celebrity jacks barbecue restaurant, bolin Chinese restaurant, and cheesecake factory next to it. It is recommended to walk for about 15 minutes to the Nelson Museum.
Hotel facilities are very new. Convenient transportation, the diagonal team is the train station and the free city tram. The three floors downstairs are shopping malls, eating, drinking and having fun. In particular, the quality of hotel staff is high and the service is good.
Fantastic hotel, unexpected surprise. Very close to the Nelson Museum, just walking distance. It is only one kilometer from the city center. A very nice city, museums and barbecue are my favorites.

GGuest UserWe have been to a lot of casino hotels in various states, this rates as an average basic hotel. It needs updated in a lot of ways. Still has corded phone in hotel bathroom as if the late 1990’s. I’m sure it was an awesome place over twenty years ago, but it has not changed with the times. It was clean but basic in all the ways possible. The restaurants at the casino were good just the hotel itself needs upgrades.
GGuest UserDue to the severe weather I decided to stay the night in a hotel close to my work and travel home the next day. I stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites for the first time and will definitely go back! The staff was extremely friendly and always greeted me no matter where I was in the hotel (including the cleaning staff). My room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was free and offered a great variety of food. The parking was close to the entrance so I did not have to carry my bag very far. Love this hotel and would highly recommend it!
GGuest UserMy husband and I booked the King Deluxe, and upon inspecting the room, I can see that the furniture was not cleaned, it was old and dusty and had stains on it. The carpet looked like it hadn't been clean in years. The room had a bad smell to it, the bathroom area was pretty decent. I've stayed at Ameristar a few times, and I can honestly say, this was one of the worse experiences I had staying there. Ameristar PLEASE DO BETTER!
MMark B. SQuality Inn West was perfectly located within walking distance of the show I saw in Branson, MO. The place and my room were clean and totally accessible to me. The room is somewhat dated but that’s not an issue for me. There were plenty of USB and regular outlets to plug my stuff into. I unfortunately slept through the free breakfast each day so I don’t know how that was, but I had an excellent stay at this hotel.
RRobertWe had fun. The room wasn’t the cleanest cobwebs on the balcony. We weren’t told the pool would be shut on the Monday for a photo shoot which would’ve been handy to know and we could’ve added the waterpark in on the package but was not offered overall great Places To Stay staff very friendly.
GGuest UserWe loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful and we were so close to everything that we did! My daughter (she’s 4) had a blast in the pool and on the playground, and our older daughter and son-in-law and their 2yo twin boys also had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely be coming back!
RRichardWhile this property has a great location, and is cleaner/ more modern than Four Seasons, it's not worth the 450USD a night. Better to spend 100-150 at any one of the 3 star hotel chains which are likely at par, or better in terms of value for money.
