Best Western Premier Garden Hotel Entebbe

Location was the best. You can get all you need for a business trip at Victoria Mall, food, supermarket, money changer, there is even a cinema and a nice LC Waikiki store at level 2 of the mall. Hotel facilities was good, housekeeping can be improved though, first two nights there was quite abit of ants on the table and armchairs. One morning after we came back, the room was tidy but armchairs were missing haha, they forgot to replace the towels as well. Breakfast was ok, passable for a few days. Overall a good hotel, i will still stay there for the location and price

Simply amazing! Gladys and Matthew were absolutely lovely, very friendly and helpful. The place is brand new, modern, very unique in terms of decoration and spotless clean. Spacious living room and bedroom. Totally safe and quiet at any time of the day and night, thanks to its position away from the noisy main road, but just 5 minutes walk from it, where to find everything you need… Central Kampala is less than 20 minutes trip and very well connected.  Definitely my place when back in Kampala. Thanks Gladys and Matthew for the perfect stay!

We stayed here on our way from Kampala to Nairobi. It is conveniently located right down the road from the Mash POA bus station. We also had breakfast included and it was fantastic. In addition to the items put out, we were asked if we wanted to order anything else specifically from the kitchen. We also booked the most affordable rate that included AC and were surprised with a suite and an entirely second room with 3 couches.

Booked this hotel for its the conference venue I was attending. Clean spacious room, attentive staffs and usual hotel amenities provided. Certain items eg Iron, ironing board and slippers were available by request. Hotel also provided airport transfer and taxi to go around Kampala city at reasonable price. Airport taxi usd90 to&fro. Food was wonderful and Ugandan dishes were available. I tried Matooke and liked it.

I asked, if it's possible, that we leaving at 12. They said, it's OK. 11.55am the phone rings and what can I say... . But the rule it, that I've to leave at 12! Very bad! It's the five'th time I'm at that hotel Today a smaller room isn't possible. If I get that room first, I never come back!!! Very bad!!! I've to call every time the reception, because the doorlocker doesn't work!

Staff were friendly. Information in the room on resort and room etc would be helpful. The kitchen needs to be upgraded along with other outside areas. Nets were too small for bed. A great relaxing spot in the middle of a busy city. Breakfast was included and was good. We will go back again.

Every time I travel to Uganda, I always stay at this hotel. I booked a room with a balcony. The room was large and comfortable. . . The hotel is also very big with a swimming pool. Every night there is a live band playing on the lawn. The hotel restaurant tastes good and the price is very affordable. . . Praise
Santa Maria Hotel

Santaria Hotel is a resort-style hotel. It is quiet and the atmosphere inside the hotel is quite good. It has complete facilities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna. The breakfast is quite good. The service from the staff is good.

Smart and efficient service. Lovely breakfast. Usual utility problems for Uganda, i.e., elevator broken down, room key didn't work and unreliable internet. Maybe the manager should invest in a country where these problems don't impact businesses.
