Hotels With Spa in Samut Prakan Province, Thailand

By far a very good hotel with reasonable prices and promotion, wish we get an upper floor room to have a golf course view but it's fine.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aurora Suavarnabhumi Hotel. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They always helped us get taxis, made sure we had everything we needed, etc. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The location of the hotel is more than 20 minutes from the airport. The area is large, the supporting facilities are perfect, the room is clean, the breakfast buffet can be full, and the price is high for the same price. The check-in procedure is convenient, simple and fast, like it

The hotel is the best choice for us to stay after long haul flight from Sydney with connecting flight to other city in the morning. Airport Rep at SVB airport is very helpful and efficient. Check in process is fast and no hassles. Security service is seamless and professional. The only comment for the front desk to do better is sense of hospitality. We came to ask for delivery service around the hotel as we want to order some medicine. They just point us to 7-11 next to the hotel without asking or extending us assistance. They could do better in providing warm gestures.

Food was good and service was very attentive and polite. Hotel facilities are good and people are friendly. Most important was the staff named Golf, who was very helpful and attentive to my unfortunate situation of needing to see a Dr. He was able to call the airport medical clinic and and explain how I can get there. Also, accommodated me for a late check out gave me a warm smile even though I was not well.. Thank you for such good staff. I would recommend this hotel for travellers that need to stay close to the hotel or in long transit. 

Hotel looks new but lack of AirCond maintenance. I felt sick after first night when Aircond is blowing directly into my face and nose. Checked the Aircond fan coil seems like it has not been cleaned and wasted for long time.

Had to say they fulfilled my requirement of getting a room on the top floor of the building, which was a nice touch of nature, and you will get a wake-up call from birds Singing every morning outside of the balcony. It is not the biggest accommodation in the area, but you will enjoy a nice view of the city, including friendly service, the room is very clean and comfortable. Stay one night for connecting flight and it’s great experience for my 4 yrs old who is so excited about spotting the airplane landing and takeoff even we got the room on the 3rd floor. Most comfortable bed ever!! Staffs are nice and friendly. We ordered Room service for breakfast and quiet high price but fairly large amount so, it’s reasonable quality. Will stay there again!

At first, I booked one night, then I I need to stay for another night. I called the reception to let them know. The next morning, I came down from the 3rd floor to make the payment for the added night and go out for shopping. When I came back, I met my sister who brought my 2 lugguages that I left at her house. We walked up to my room on the 3rd floor (there is no elevater in this building) and found out that we could not get into my room with the keycard. We were so tired walking up and got so angry. I called the guy at the reception and someone got us a new keycard. This incident should not happen to give bad experience to tme or any other guest. The staffs should pay more attention to give their best services to impress the guests of the hotel.

A very pleasant stay once again. Great service from the free airport shuttle and all the staff at this comfortable hotel with all you need for a happy layover or an easy start or end to your trip in Bangkok. Facilities are very good. I have always been amazed at how quiet the hotel rooms are despite being near the airport and on a busy street.
