Very good hotel. The location is just a five-minute walk from the White House. You can see all the main attractions in Washington along Pennsylvania Avenue Citywalk, including the monument, the Grand Plaza, the Space Museum, and the Capitol. The front desk was very enthusiastic. I arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock in the morning and was charged an early check-in fee. The black girl said that you can waive it if you join our Accor members, haha... I have been here for the past few years. It was only interrupted during the mask period, plus plus, haha. Breakfast is expensive, parking is paid, and there is free coffee in the lobby, which is delicious. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, with Bose audio, which meets the five-star standard. There are two very popular restaurants within five minutes, one is good for steak and the other is good for seafood. There are a lot of people, remember to make an appointment in advance.

Room was clean, housekeeping was daily. Room was small, but nicely themed for DC. Located with a street view of the Capitol and the Union Station metro within 5 mins walking distance. The Holodomor Memorial is also nearby, which is a hidden gem. Front desk staff were courteous. Shower amenities were good. Did not take advantage of the free coffee bar, as I'm not a java drinker.
Location is good, pretty close to the airport. No airport shuttle service though. Front desk people are nice and friendly. Room is clean. Love the neighborhood around the hotel. Many good restaurants within walking distance. It also takes about 15 minutes walking to the nearest metro station. My girls also loved the outdoor swimming pool. It’s pretty nice to swim in a pool with Washington Monument in the background. Definitely recommend this place to the families with kids.
Location was so convenient to eating places and attractions like the WA monument, congress House. Staff were friendly. Husband and I came down from Las Vegas to our daughter and her family in Chester, VA. We drove to WA DC for New Year and it was so much fun. The hotel also has children’s play corner and our grand daughter had so much fun!

What an amazing property!!!! The moment we pulled up to the property the stellar service and red carpet was rolled out! The door man Mohamed a true veteran and class act! He shared all of my options as a guest in reference to my parking and ultimately provided us with a reserved parking spot right in front of the building bravo bravo sir!!! The check in process was just as stellar with our friend Frank Poku he is all a guest service agent needs to be professional, courteous, with so much knowledge of the area and the property itself!!! The room was fantastic, clean, spacious, and a perfect location on a high floor. This will be our property of choice for every DC trip moving forward!!! tProfessional,

I just came to Washington from New York and was amazed by this hotel!
The hotel is in a good location, just a 16-minute walk from the train station. The hotel is very new and the room is large. You can see that the decoration inside is very new. There are several clothes hanging designs on the wall, which are convenient, beautiful and practical. I like it very much.
There are also ice cubes and drinking water on the floor, and the price is half of that in New York. The cost performance is too high!
The location is really wonderful! It’s close to the most famous places like the White House and DuPont Circle. you only need to take a bus to go to Georgetown. It’s about 10 minutes. The room is clean and I really recommend the restaurant on the ground floor! Overall this is a nice place to stay at when traveling in dc!

The distance is average, we still rely on taxis to go to the attractions
The hygiene is good and clean
The service is average. I have hung a sign on the door saying ”Do Not Disturb”. We were sleeping late, and the cleaner forced his way in in the morning by swiping his card without any greeting or inquiry. The scene was very embarrassing
The comfort level is good. There is no loud noise at night, and the bed is also quite comfortable
The water dispenser does not smell like raw water, so you don't need to buy water separately. Bottled water is not provided
The room was very big, the air conditioner vent was a little noisy, the bed was very comfortable, I just loved it. I didn't expect to have a microwave in the room, and there was a supermarket downstairs so I could buy heated food to eat in the hotel. The address was okay, about 13 minutes walk from Union Station (the first screenshot was my navigation that night). It was safe for me to walk there at 10 pm alone. The hotel was not far from Congress. I took an Uber on the first day (about $16) and figured out the way when I returned to the hotel at night. I walked there on the second day. It was not far, passing Union Station, and it took about 15 minutes to get there. There is also a subway next to the hotel, which is a two-minute walk away. Overall, it was okay.
The hotel is comfortable and spacious, with the elegance of an old-fashioned hotel. The breakfast is freshly made and delicious. Go to the central grassland, the core attraction, and the White House can be reached on foot. Two blocks away is Chinatown, which is convenient for eating. Macy's and various famous stores are not far away. One stop for all requirements.
The only downside is that there is a humming in the ventilation duct that is facing, it must be replaced.

Outstanding
GGuest UserBeautiful hotel, very well designed and very clean. Location is perfect and easy access to the city and main sightseeing’s.
GGuest UserThe decoration looks like an old-fashioned hotel, so the facilities are a little bit worse. But the room is big enough, the health is good, there is a coffee machine, and the customer service staff are also very polite.
It takes about ten minutes to get to the station.
GGuest UserI traveled to DC with my preteen and teenage sons for a basketball game. The property didn’t receive my reservation (booked through 3rd party) but the front desk staff took the time to make it right and get us set up. They had excellent customer service throughout our stay.
This hotel was VERY clean. I was actually surprised because I use to stay here frequently about 10 years ago and expected some things to run down a bit. It turns out that the hotel is very modernized and looks just as good now as it did a decade ago.
The location is perfect as it’s right in the middle of the NoMa neighborhood and it is right next to the NoMa/Gaulludet (Red Line) Metro station. There are a few small shops across the street and a 7 Eleven next door if you are looking for a quick bite.
The room itself was comfortable. My youngest son and I slept soundly on the queen sized bed and my oldest slept on the couch. He was pretty comfortable without even folding the couch down.
Overall, I will definitely book here again as I frequently visit DC. Fo how inexpensive this hotel is, the quality was phenomenal. I can’t wait to go back.
NNovax2 bedrooms and 1 living room. There are 2 large beds in the room. The sofa in the living room can be unfolded into a large bed. There is a mattress, but it is soft, so it is suitable for children. It is difficult to sleep with one big and one small. Turning over will make a creaking sound, so it is most suitable for big children who sleep soundly, so as not to affect the quality of sleep. There are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, but there is no supermarket nearby, so buying ingredients is a problem. The hotel can buy them for you and charges a 30-dollar courier fee. There is a small supermarket in the hotel where you can buy snacks and water. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, oatmeal and other hot foods, and drinks are all iced. Self-service coffee, hot water is provided in the self-service coffee area. The hotel has free water filling equipment, so bottled water is not provided. It will change slightly every day. The hotel parking fee is about 53 dollars. There are many parking lots around, but it is also quite expensive (I don’t remember the specific price). You can take the subway Silver Line to Dulles Airport, which is 6.75 one-way plus 2 yuan card fee. It takes about 1 hour to get to the airport. Walk to the national mall area, about 10-15 minutes walk
GGuest UserThe first room had a very noisy fan. I was moved to another room which was much quieter. I noticed that there were several small issues with the room and relayed them to the front desk, where a manager (Keith) overheard me and said he would look into it. Nothing happened to correct it during the entire stay, not a note to say how or if it would be corrected. The issue was a ring of paint or epoxy in the bathtub, something that should have been cleaned up at the time of painting.
The second issue was the very poor arrangement of lighting in the room. Lamps were confined to small areas, there was no overhead light and the bathroom was either overlit or underlit, while the closet area was dark unless it was daylight. Afterwards I noticed that there large holes in the sheer curtains in the room. Not tragic, but not in keeping with the tenor and tone of a Marriott Bonvoy.
In the lobby there was only an ADA service elevator to go from the street to the lobby level. It was self operated, no instructions, no indication lights on either level and a bit noisy.

GGuest UserGood location in Washington downtown, and so many restaurants around the place.Rooms are very clean. 20 mins walk to White House. I make the walking tour myself to
GGuest UserNice structure, on the upper floors you can enjoy a nice view, average breakfast, very strict on payment which cannot be made except by credit card, no bank transfers or cash.

DDawenxiaojiejieFacilities: Basic needs can also be met
Hygiene: OK, stayed for a few days without letting the waiter clean the room
Environment: The location is very good. The White House, the various attractions and museums of the Congress are nearby. There are still a lot of old black tramps on the street, but they will not take the initiative to talk to you.
