I stayed for 10 nights, I wasn’t pay attention of the cleaness at the first day that I stay but somehow after 3 days, I sneezed non-stop, got some redness on my arms so I look into the room and found out that they didn’t clean under the bed for ages, it is so dusty. Check in and check out was ok. They asked for deposit money if not you have to give them passport so I prefer deposit money for 500,000 dong. The room is clean enough. Worth for stay in short vacation. No restaurant in hotel. Location is in the narrow short alley but not very hard to find.

Great location if you have transport or caf walk 10 mins to the centre. Very quiet. Not many bar/restaurant choices around. Great staff, very clean hotel, lovely rooms. Staff (as is common in this part of Thailand) don't have good English but were very nice. Breakfast is disappointing. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Ubon.
