Good but reception guy ignore when i find good price from trips application less than any application and he shocked

Every was thoughtful and perfection and it was an indescribable experience. The staff are professional and highly trained and have been a great addition to our experience. Facilities: Newly opened hotel, very clean and sanitary, the speedboat to the island is very grand Service: Stefan, the butler, is always responsive Environment: You can see the stars at night, and the sea in the morning is like a mirror of the sky

Breakfast is plentiful. Far from the city

The hotel location is very near the airport. Also, the car rental company AVIS has a staff inside the hotel. I rent a car from.AVIS in Jeddah, I return the car in Tabuk. The AVIS staff can come to this hotel to complete the car return and use the same car to take me to the airport. It is very convenient. Other things of the hotel are good also

Hi, accidentally I made another payment when check in. Hotel kindly promise to refund the paid amount. However, after communicated with front desk, the refund status still remain unknown from 26-Mar till today…..which is quite disappointed with such service
