I was genuinely surprised by the quality; honestly, I don't understand why it's not rated as 5 stars. From the moment of arrival, the experience was flawless. The decor is elegant, modern, and meticulously detailed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful: modern, clean, extremely comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. I chose a sea-view room, which was magnificent! The amenities are another strong point, from the outdoor and indoor pools to the gym, which completely exceeded my expectations. It's very well-equipped and a pleasant place to work out. Regarding the gastronomy, everything we tried was of excellent quality. You can tell there's care, consistency, and attention to detail. But the true highlight, without a doubt, is the service. It was simply exceptional. From the reception to the restaurant and bar, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and genuine attention that made all the difference. I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. A very special thank you to João, the bar manager if I'm not mistaken, whose service was impeccable, extremely professional, attentive to detail, and always available. He truly made a difference in our experience. 100 out of 100! And not to forget the rest of the team, a big thank you. It was a memorable experience. Without a doubt, a hotel to return to.

The location of the apartment is perfect, in front of the sea, with direct access to the beach and the pool, ideal for a few days of rest. However, the services leave a lot to be desired. The apartment does not have any type of amenities, such as a bottle of water, coffee or other products usually available in 4-star accommodations. Despite having a coffee machine and a dishwasher, there wasn't even a coffee capsule or washing up liquid. There was also no drainer to dry hand-washed dishes. I requested twice, both by phone and in person, a pair of slippers and detergent for the washing machine, but they were never delivered. I even went to reception (which is in another structure) during the night, where they assured me that they would be delivered the next morning, which did not happen. In short, the apartment is spacious and well located, but the total lack of services and the lack of attention to guests' requests make the experience quite disappointing. A shame, because the space has a lot of potential.

The whole experience of staying in this hotel was very good. All staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean and had a small balcony with ocean view which we liked. The gardens of the hotel make the surroundings even nicer. The indoors swimming pool experience was very good, especially after a few hours drive. We watched the football match from the roof top bar, which had amazing views and a really cool vibe. The breakfast was delicious and probably one of the best ones of our whole road trip, a lot of variety and all very tasty. We definitely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it, either if you are just passing by or to stay for a few days, quality value is really worth it.

Everything was good except their bed. We had a double bed room but they used two single beds on the side of each other to make it a double bed. The mattress was not comfy and we could sense Spring in the mattress.

The experience on the beach of Sal Resort was excellent. The hotel is a comfortable, modern and very pleasant environment, the Omaggio restaurant is perfect for enjoying a super pleasant meal for those who like a good mass and a good pizza with super reasonable values. The hotel service was a careful and sympathetic, they provided even WhatsApp for even closer service to customers, always providing and carefully with details. The rooms are very cheerful and also super-friendly, and I also highlight the view and the surrounding space, which make this experience even more special. The spa also deserves a highlight, heated swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath are excellent for a relaxing day, and even if you prefer more relaxing, massage service makes your stay more relaxing. The breakfast is also an excellent point to mention, everything super well prepared and a super pleasant environment.This resort is undoubtedly an excellent for a couple's escape, an experience I recommend and will repeat again.

The rooms are spacious and pleasant; however, it is worth mentioning that the two single beds, even with a overlooking bed, do not offer the comfort expected. With use, beds end up to separate and a uncomfortable space is created between them, which damages sleep quality. Another important point is access to the SPA. Although it is a pay service for guests, access is not always possible, as it depends on the existence of vacancies. The offer of the SPA is also limited: it consists mainly of a very small indoor pool for the number of hotel rooms and a Turkish bathroom that does not have the best quality. This ultimately makes the experience less than expected for a hotel of this category. In general, the hotel has potential and an insensible aesthetics, but there are aspects of comfort and service management, especially with regard to the SPA, which need to be improved to fully justify the stay.

The hotel is in a jungle, and each room is a detached house. The hotel is well designed, there is a swimming pool and a bonfire, and there is a gym on the weekend to have a yoga class, which feels good. Breakfast was great and many choices. Ordered cocktails in the evening, generally. The room was warm and the bedding was comfortable. The space is a bit cramped, if two people have two boxes. There is a balcony/open-air, the big sofa is too comfortable for a daze. The staff are very welcoming and the service awareness is great. Many guests from all over the world, as well as children. A adjusted hotel, recommended!

For a 5-star hotel, I thought the facilities were those of a 4-star hotel. This hotel is in need of renovation, both in the rooms and in the Salinas restaurant, where breakfast is served. The floor of the room where I stayed has a very worn covering, and the sofa needs to be replaced. As for the breakfast room, practically all the chairs have their upholstery down. In my opinion, they should invest in renewing the infrastructure, because the Hotel has an excellent location.
