The boss of this youth travel is super nice! Also very enthusiastic! Please drink welcome shot You can choose to drink juice (smoothie) Good to drink! ! ! Room is clean The location of the Youth Hostel is 5 minutes walk from the train station There is also a large bus stop in 3 minutes walk If it is taking Flexibus(?) , I don't know if there is any wrong string. It is also very convenient to go from the overpass of the train station!

The hotel is located on the banks of the Maas River, with a nice environment! It is also very close to the Queen's Department Store, but the breakfast is the same every day without any changes.

Hotel staffs were friendly. The hotel is a bit dated. Definitely can improve on cleanliness. The coffee cups and spoons in our room had stains, the rug around the bed was so old and gross looking and there was even a dead baby cockroach stuck on the wall. Free vanity kits and tubes of lotion were unnecessary.

The location is very good, opposite the train station, there are many restaurants around, and it takes 10 minutes to walk to downtown. The breakfast is quite rich, and there are dumplings and fried noodles occasionally. The facilities are old, and the shower and basin are not draining. They were not fixed even after reporting the problem.

Very strange room layout, from door to the window is bed, wash area and desk. If the bed and wash area are exchanged their place it would be better. The best things are it’s good location, very close to Maastricht Station by 3 minutes walk away, and the good service from staff at reception, in particular Andre’ ( if I remember correctly the young man with golden curly hair). No slippers, but can borrow adapters and 2 bottles of water are provided in room.

The environment is not bad. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the train station. It is close to the river and it is very convenient to go to the city center. The city is not big. This business hotel has no service at all. Go in and get your room card. Everything is self-service. It seems that luggage storage is quite expensive, so we stayed for a few days in the end, preferring to go to other cities by train and go back to sleep here, business hotel

I was in Maastricht with my daughter for a few days. I had reserved a room with 2 twin beds. There appeared to be a double bed in the room. After asking at reception we were given another room. It would be nice if there were 2 chairs instead of 1 in a double room. Moreover, we missed cupboard space for our clothes and a cupboard or shelf in the bathroom for our toiletries. We put them on the ground. When we returned to the room at about five o'clock after a day of walking in the city to sit quietly and drink a cup of coffee, it turned out that the room had not yet been cleaned. After reporting to reception, we received a voucher for a drink in the hotel bar. Nicely resolved. The location of the hotel was fine, it was quiet. Staff at reception and service in the bar were nice.

Location is great, closed to the soccer stadium. With 2 big supermarkets nearby. The room is not so clean, and the shampoo/ body wash is empty. But they have a bulk bed and 2 single beds. It’s prefect fit to my family.

Great location; walking distance to the centre. Friendly staff and appreciate the welcome snacks and lounge area with free coffee and tea. Definitely will stay again when on business trip again in the city.
