All the staff I met at the hotel were polite, friendly and willing to assist guests. The hotel environment is very good, the breakfast is rich and the ingredients are of good quality. The bed is very comfortable. It is indeed a very suitable hotel to live in when traveling to Brasilia.

The reception was very professional and helpful. He speaks many languages, very professional. The room service also very fast and the food was so amazing. The location is very strategic near to Conjunto Plaza Shopping and so many eateries around the hotel. Unfortunately the swimming pool was on maintenance.

The hotel is ok for a night in a long layover in Brasilia. It is far from the city but very close to the airport. However, they do not offer any transfer to the airport. Walking is not long (about 10 min walk) but the walking path is filthy and moody especially if it rains. They suggest you to get an uber, but it gets very expensive during a rainy time. The room is very basic. Beds are tiny. Breakfast is very good!

The price is very good, the hotel is very safe, the breakfast is good, there is free parking, I like it very much. I have always believed that Trip , I have always trusted Trip , the next itinerary can be booked in Trip , and they are all booked in Trip .
