JJoão FelipeI chose the architecture and the proximity to the lake, and it is a very impressive building, but I didn't feel comfortable during my stay. I'm used to a very specific profile of customers, foreigners, older people. The city has a reputation for lobbyists in the proximity of the presidential palace. Some staff were very careful, with the focus on the coffee supervisor, very sympathetic. However, for more than once, I felt being treated with a hardness as a reception official and I was followed by security when taking pictures from the surroundings.

AAlfiusThe reception was very professional and helpful. He speaks many languages, very professional. The room service also very fast and the food was so amazing. The location is very strategic near to Conjunto Plaza Shopping and so many eateries around the hotel. Unfortunately the swimming pool was on maintenance.

CcaixetaDuring the second week at the hotel, I wanted to change rooms. They gave me an upgraded room, with a bigger TV, better curtains, a coffee machine and a kettle. Excellent view from the room and terrace. Breakfast is practically the same every day. Over time it becomes dull.
