🌟 5/5 – An Unforgettable Stay at Hard Rock Bali 🌟 From the moment we arrived, every staff member greeted us with genuine smiles and kindness. Throughout our stay, I felt truly cared for — nothing was too much trouble, and the warmth of the team made the experience so special. The kids club was a lifesaver for me as a single mother — my daughter had endless fun, and I could relax knowing she was in safe, happy hands. The swimming pools were fantastic for both children and adults, with a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. I also indulged in the Rock Spa, which was a rejuvenating treat, and the gym facilities were top-notch for keeping up my fitness routine. Yes, the stay is on the pricier side, but for families — especially those with children — it’s worth every cent for the comfort, safety, and joy it brings. I left feeling recharged, grateful, and already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Hard Rock Bali, for giving me the rare gift of me time while my daughter had the time of her life!

🌴 Kuta Beach Club Hotel – Great Location, Peaceful Vibe in the Heart of Kuta 🌺 I recently stayed at Kuta Beach Club Hotel, and it was a lovely surprise right in the middle of busy Kuta. The hotel has a cozy, tropical feel with lots of greenery, spacious rooms, and two pools — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and I have to say it surpased my expectations. The swimming pool is actually big and nice, and the gym has all the basics. I found it easy to get to all the happening places around Kuta Beach and I can def recommend this place if you want to stay in this area for a couple of nights.

We had a truly superb stay at The Apurva Kempinski! The architecture is absolutely stunning — every corner of the resort is beautifully designed and full of elegance. The service was excellent throughout our stay; the staff were warm, attentive, and professional. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. While the pillow had a slight smell, everything else was well-maintained and pleasant. The breakfast spread was exceptional — one of the best we’ve ever had! So many delicious options, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel’s restaurant — the food was really good, with great flavours and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, an unforgettable experience at a breathtaking property. Highly recommended for those seeking luxury, comfort, and world-class hospitality in Bali. 🌺

Solo traveller with packed activities so this small room with no view was enough for me cuz I'm only at hotel to bathe and sleep. Like other reviews, there's a bit of a 'wet' smell in the toilet and the aircon wasn't cold (I didn't ask to change) It's 3 mins walk to Kuta beach, 2 mins walk to convenience store. Very convenient 👌

We visited Aksari Resort for a family vacation, and our experience was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. In particular, Ayu Diah at the reception went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was impressive how all the staff greeted us with warm smiles every time we met and even remembered our names — a true reflection of genuine hospitality. The complimentary yoga classes were excellent, the pool was spotless, and the floating breakfast was simply fantastic. The afternoon tea was among the best we’ve ever had, and the room’s condition was perfect. The bathtub view was breathtaking, adding to the overall sense of relaxation. What stood out most was the staff’s meticulous attention to detail, ensuring we faced no inconvenience during our stay. Thanks to their care, we were able to enjoy a truly memorable vacation. I’m already considering returning to Ubud just to stay at Aksari Resort again — I highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to everything. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights was the breakfast: there was a wide variety of options, and everything I tried was delicious. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

Incredible location by the beach, yet quiet and secure. So much to see and do around the property, and their 3 pools are wonderful. Reception staff and the breakfast room team are exceptionally warm and so attentive. I truly appreciate this property and will make a point to return for sure.

Location is not really good. No shops around, you need to walk 30min or take taxi and drive out for 5min to get something. Breakfast is a little disappointing. Need to improve for the breakfast. Towel is a bit old and turned yellowish. I used my own towel i brought myself.

It was a very lovely resort, huge & had lots of activities. Very friendly/polite workers. They gave welcoming drinks and string bracelets (consist of 3 elements; The red element symbolizes creativity and bravely, the black element symbolizes powerful and protected us from bad spirit and white element symbolizes spirituality and goodness). They gave fruit platter in room. I accidentally missed a step on the front fountain at the entrance steps on my way out walking, twisted my ankle badly on the first day. My husband asked for an ice pack & they gave us a bucket of ice. That was lovely. Need to focus on cleanliness especially on bathroom - showers (slight molds) and bathtubs (painted on - in the first room before they moved us closer to our son. The paint was peeling off as we filled bathtub with water. The bathtub was slippery in the second room, my son fell in & hurt his back & hips. They managed to find me a room so that I could be together with my son (adjoining room) but the air conditioning was not working. I asked them for at least portable AC but they only gave us a pedestal fan. Gym was very tiny, not balance as there are over 500 rooms in the complex. Plus, lack of monitoring, water dispenser is empty. The squash balls aren’t pumped so it doesn’t bounce at all. Porter need to be extra careful when pushing trolley cart, I got struck with it from the back so hard. I injured myself but he didn’t mean it, he was very apologetic. Therefore we decided to checkout one day early, even though we paid for it. I asked for lunch as a swap and paid the difference since we won’t be around for the next day breakfast (due to early checkout) but not possible but instead they did prepare & pack-up breakfast boxes in advance. That was lovely of them.
