We stayed at this hotel in January 2025 and would like to share our impressions.
First, the hospitality is incredible. We arrived at the hotel at 10:45, the owner is a very welcoming and hospitable host. We were offered to hurry up for breakfast, which ended at 11:00, although check-in is at 14:00 and we only have breakfast the next day!!
Second, they allowed us to check in early, which was very nice.
Third, the breakfast menu is very varied: coffee, juice, wine, salads, pastries, jam, sliced meats, scrambled eggs, fruits. Very satisfying and tasty.
Fourth, the hotel staff shows genuine concern for their guests. They ask if the room is warm, clean, and also offer various activities, play billiards on the upper terrace, which offers a view of the tower on Europe Square, the embankment, or drink coffee.
Special thanks to Irina! Our chef! A very nice lady, creating a homely atmosphere.
Fifth - The hotel rooms are clean and cozy, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Among the amenities - Wi-Fi, drinking water, shampoos, soap (both in the shower and at the sink), hair dryer, slippers, hygienic shower, a set of towels. Heated floors. There is heating, which is important for the cold season. Also in the room there is a TV with channels in Russian.
Sixth - the hotel is located 5-7 minutes walk from the Batumi embankment, the sea, Europe Square and the Argo cable car.
We will definitely return to this hotel again and will recommend it to our friends and acquaintances.

It's nice because it's located between the lake and the sea. The room is clean and you can enjoy the view from the balcony. They prepared a cake for our family's birthday and also provided us with a wine coupon that we could use at the restaurant.
After watching heads and tails, we decided to stay at this hotel. The price is certainly too high. It is also unclear why it has 5 stars. We arrived in our own car, unloaded ourselves - no one helped. I went and parked myself (as it turned out, in the wrong place). When we asked the reception for help with our suitcases, only then did they come out to pick them up. And then they made a remark to me that I parked in the wrong place, and asked me to repark the car. There is an unpleasant musty smell in the corridor on the floor. There is mold on the ceilings. We go into the room and see blankets on the closet, like a grandmother's in the village. It turns out that the coffee machine in the room is paid!!! At breakfast, the bread was dried out, they did not add juices - we did not have time to make them, margarine instead of butter, they did not have time to clear the tables - everything was covered with plates, as a result, we sat at a dirty table. When cleaning the room, they did not add a tea and coffee set. The beach towels are all washed out, old. At the pool I accidentally stepped on an ashtray full of cigarette butts - most likely from the previous day, because we came in the morning. The toilet is old near the pool, there is a stench, and there is also a queue. I am attaching a photo. This hotel should be given 3 stars. They do not know what service is.

Pros:
-convenient location (on the beach, on the outskirts - there are no hotels nearby, therefore few people), the view from the windows is wonderful
-very polite, friendly and helpful staff, and all of them - security, maids, receptionists, waiters. You are great! The staff is the heart of any hotel.
-the view from the rooms is gorgeous, the area is well-kept, the construction does not interfere.
-high-quality materials, competent construction
There is only one minus for me - a hole of 10-15 cm on the balcony, a child may not fall, since there is a rope, but he will break his leg, hanging there.
There are no other minuses, but there are some things that I would like to draw the management's attention to (maybe someone will not notice this, but I noticed it due to my professional activities):
- they do not provide foot towels, they removed them the first time, and they did not bring them again, although they are exactly what you need with the shower and their replacement.
- if the hotel positions itself as 5 stars, then there should be all the cosmetics and slippers, and not just soap and shampoo (but I assume that 5 * will be officially after the completion of the construction of other buildings)
- they hung a do not disturb sign at lunch for two hours, then hung a remove sign - no one cleaned it until 2 days later when we contacted the reception, I understand that the maids do not always see, but they can pass by again after lunch when people go to the beach - in a hotel by the sea this would be logical.
- our bed linen was changed only the day before departure😁
- there are a lot of dogs in Kobuleti, and accordingly on the beach. I love them very much, but not on the beach. When you are sitting with a child, and they are here nearby and squabbling with each other. I would like a private beach in such a hotel, which would be monitored.
Again, I repeat, these are not some critical minuses. We had a good rest, we liked the hotel, we liked the staff, if you look at it in general, everything is great!
The hotel is in a great location, next to the promenade and two minutes away from the Black Sea. It takes about ten minutes to walk to popular attractions.
It is recommended that everyone book a club room. The view in the executive lounge is quite good, there are not many people, and the variety of happy hour wines is relatively rich.
Also remember to bring a swimsuit to try the hotel’s Turkish bath, which is very relaxing.
There was a little hiccup when checking in, but Ctrip quickly resolved it.
1. Let’s focus on the sea view suites
It is 60 square meters and has two bathrooms. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable.
The bedroom and living room each have a balcony. You can go out and enjoy the scenery, but they are not facing the sea view (the sea view can only be seen through the window)
There is a football field, a beach volleyball field, and a beach soccer field by the sea. The price of a 7-a-side football field is astonishingly low: 50 lari per hour, equivalent to RMB 130. What surprised me even more was that several stadiums were brightly lit all night long. There are still people playing football after a few o'clock
2. The curtains on both sides of the bedroom cannot be tightened, so natural light will come in in the morning. However, Batumi is only dimly lit at 8 o'clock in the morning.
3. There is a swimming pool, gym and SPA on the first floor
My wife went to the gym for two days and I went for a massage. I looked at the massage packages. There were more than ten or twenty. I felt dizzy. The back massage cost half an hour and cost 465 yuan. The technique and effect were very good, but I was half-bald. Uncle...
4. Finally, let’s talk about the front desk service. The front desk efficiency of hotels in Georgia is very low, but this hotel is not only low, but also stupid. I told the girl about two rooms, she was ok, and then gave me a room card. He said everything is OK, but then he forgot to give me his passport. The whole process was like a primary school student, but the service attitude was always very good, with a smile on his face, and I was too embarrassed to complain...

MMARINAОказалось, отель имеет другое название. Вот это был сюрприз 😆😆😆Но заселили. Вначале в номер со сломанным сливом. На следующий день переселили. Номера на 2-ом и выше этажах. Лифта нет! Номера убогие, но расположение отеля хорошее! Центр и море минут 15-ть идти красивой дорогой.

Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself.
