Pros:
- Well located right next to bus station, while still being quiet
- well located right next to ”downtown” Chamonix
- Keep your luggage if arrive early & when check out but travel arrangement is later on
- clean room, with a view of the mountain
- has an arcade at the lobby for children
- front desk always available to help and provide travel tips
Cons:
- Pricey for a 3 star hotel, 220 USD per night, no breakfast included
- House keeping attempted to enter my room while I had put up the sign to not disturb, therefore woke me up in the process. When I went to check the do not disturb was removed. Either by housekeeping or another hotel guest.
- Bedroom felt a bit small, but I dont know if that is just a european thing in general
- No queen beds, instead its two double beds sticked together. So dont sleep in the middle of the bed unless you want back pain
The hotel reception is very good and speaks multiple languages. The location is also very convenient. The scenery of the hotel is also very beautiful. When you open the window, you can see the snow-capped mountains. The hotel can also rent ski equipment

The studio was good, but nothing special. Unfortunately, we did not have a double bed. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The receptionist (the African origin one with curly hair) was very unwelcoming, very rude, she did not even make an effort to smile, she should not work in a hotel. The two other receptionists (one africain origin, and one blond) were nice and friendly, but the one we had to deal with was really unpleasant.
The room did not come with a fridge, and the body soap provided was actually hand soap. Additionally, I wasn’t informed that there would be no air conditioning, and I struggled to find a contact number to request a fan.
Facilities: Very modern and good
Sanitation: Very clean
Environment: You can see the snow scenery ❄️Very good
Service: The black guy is very nice
Very cost-effective, the room is large and the bed is also large. It is a very cost-effective hotel in Europe. It is worth recommending. It is about 100 euros including breakfast

The tram is nearby, so it's easy to get around. The staff is very friendly and I don't have enough travel. The facilities seem a bit old, but the accommodation is inconvenient. I like the fitness center.

The care and attention you provided made a significant difference in making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. You are an invaluable asset to the hotel, and I am grateful for the positive impact you had on my visit. I will be sure to recommend the hotel and your exceptional efforts to family and friends. It is employees like you who truly make all the difference in creating a wonderful hospitality experience.
Thank you again, David, for your outstanding service. It is greatly appreciated, and I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.
The location, breakfast, and amenities are good.
The Chamonix Sud bus stop is close, the road to the city is pretty, and the Edigwimidi(?) gondola is right in front.
The room is a bit small for the price, and there were some unpleasant aspects about the cleaning.
The swimming pool and sauna are neither too little nor too much, just right.
Except for the peak season, if the price is reasonable,
It is a recommended accommodation.

GGuest UserVery well located and very comfortable hotel. Receptionist Ninno was very helpful with car rental and a day trip to Annecy and Ninno is a very cheerfull person. Everything was perfect.
11867358****What I like most about the hotel is that the towels are soft and the toiletries are also good! And the view at 6 o'clock in the morning! Because I don't know how to use the blackout curtains, I need to adjust them, and the curtains can't block out the light. I think the carpet is a bit old. Although there is no odor in the room, the corridor, door and carpet are all old styles. I didn't live very comfortably. Although the quilt and bed are very comfortable, I always feel a little gloomy. The waiter is very good! The minibar is free to use, and there is a 14-hour room service. It is not suitable for long-term stay.
GGuest UserI was very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we encountered a few not very friendly staff at the reception. They didn’t do anything in particular that we would consider rude - but they just had a cold attitude. Some of their staff seem to have treated other guests a little differently for instance walking them to the lift and giving them more information about the hotel. This really impacted our experience at the hotel. However, I must say many of their staff were amazing, just a handful that were very cold and dismissive and this is not the level of hospitality you would expect from such a renowned hotel.
The room also looked and felt quite different than what is shown on trip.com and their official website.
I would still highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Lyon!
VVenosThe hotel is overlooking Annecy's lake. At it's front door, it seems like we are way deep in the forest and yet we were barely 10 minutes away from the city. The staff is very sweet and professional. We are travelling with our 1 year old he got cute attention from the team at breakfast. Feeling that the hole family is included is priceless. These 2 nights were welcomed rest and relaxation. Thank you to all the staff members that made this gateway a pleasurable one for us!

TTianxinyueyuanThe hotel has good hardware and a great location, with the town and Lake Geneva just outside. Because it was off-season and there was a wedding, the hotel gave a free upgrade. The room was large and had a lake view, which was quite satisfactory. I contacted Ctrip because of the problem of repeated city tax, and they quickly helped to solve it. Thumbs up! There were some minor issues, such as unclear parking lot signs, hotel wifi disconnection, cigarette butts on the balcony of the room, and the overall details could be better. Overall, the price-performance ratio is still very high.
