The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.

This five-star hotel gave me a great sense of security. I was so lucky to see the Heavenly Lake (Tianchi) at Changbai Mountain. They have a VIP fast track that saved a lot of time. And our butler, Li Chao, was incredibly responsive, arranging everything thoughtfully and promptly for guests. We missed the hotel's shuttle to the ski resort by a few minutes, and the butler immediately arranged for a dedicated hotel car to rush us to the next stop, the Crown Hotel, to catch our transport. It was incredibly thoughtful! For lazy travelers like us who don't want to think too much, it was such a stress-free experience. The breakfast was also excellent. The front desk was fantastic too; upon arrival, they upgraded us directly to a business executive room, which was comfortable and spacious. It's in Building 1 with direct access to the hot springs, and we enjoyed them for two nights – my child absolutely loved it. All the staff were welcoming and very attentive. The Food Court (Meishi Hui) had a great variety and generous portions, and everything was delicious. At the barbecue stand, I even got to try on traditional Korean clothing. Seeing the Heavenly Lake, which is only open for 50 days in winter, was an amazing experience. The train station shuttle service was also five-star; on our return, even though it was just the two of us, the bus still picked us up on time. Truly VIP service! Next time I visit Changbai Mountain, I'll definitely stay at Lan Jing again.

When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. I asked the driver, and he said the Crown Plaza is already one of the highest hotels on the mountain in the vicinity, surrounded by pristine forests. It's the closest hotel to the North Slope scenic area and even offers an exclusive VIP transfer channel. There's also a shuttle bus that circulates within the scenic area to pick up and drop off guests at the hotel. What I loved most is that Julong Hot Springs is right inside the hotel, offering unlimited free access to natural volcanic springs, which washes away a day's fatigue. It's incredibly pleasant to soak in the warm, comfortable hot spring while watching the snowy world outside. **Service:** Super-duper VIP! Even before I checked in, various butler services contacted me to arrange everything before and after my stay, including hotel transfers, booking my itinerary for the next day, and VIP transfers to the North Slope. Whatever difficulties I encountered, they were immediately handled.
