**Overall Experience:** My stay at Venice Hotel Phu Quoc was pleasant. The hotel’s [Italian-inspired design/beachfront location] gave it a unique charm. **Room & Comfort:** The rooms was clean/cozy but small, with a comfortable bed/nice balcony. However, the bathroom needed upgrades/Wi-Fi was weak. **Facilities & Service:** The pool was a highlight—serene and well-maintained/crowded at times]. Staff were friendly and helpful , and the breakfast buffet had good but limited options. **Location:** Great spot if you want to be near Grand World/Night Market, not far from the airport. The free airport shuttle was the best. **Final Thoughts:** I’d rate it **7/10**—decent for the price, but I expected more. Best for families looking for a romantic getaway.

I found everything perfect. Central location but silent and hidden from the traffic, great service and polite staff, beautiful rooms and beautiful resort, beautiful swimming pool, amazing breakfast, relaxing spa. I can only recommend this resort as one of the best to stay in Phu Quoc.

Beautiful, quiet resort along Ong Lang beach. Hotel breakfast and services are excellent. The distance to town takes 15 minutes by Grab and the hotel to the airport takes 30 minutes. The nearby hotel has nothing much, but you can order grab food if needed. The sea view from the room is gorgeous. I will recommend this hotel to my friends & family who are coming to Phu Quoc.

Breakfast buffet is the best in phu qouc that we had Swimming pool is amazing Location way too far from everything But you can easily order grab food What we really don’t like is that the single bed a bit too small for the average person our kids had fallen off the bed And also a bit too high There are too many rules You will be fine for smoking or cooking on the premises Rules like this make doesn’t sit well with us we do not feel welcome We feel a bit on thin ices and very robotic But the service is absolutely 10/10 Also you will need to deposit 5million vnd To stay there for 2 night Which also the first for us

I had an amazing stay at Tropicana Resort in Phu Quoc! The service was top-notch, and the breakfast options were not only delicious but offered a wide variety to suit every taste. My room was clean and spacious, with an amazing view, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The large pool was a great way to unwind, and having access to a private beach was a huge bonus. Free sunbeds and towel services were provided, and it was fantastic to be able to order food and drinks directly at the beach. The only downside was the lack of control over the beach beds. I noticed that some guests were leaving their items on the beds early in the morning or even overnight to reserve them, but would only return many hours later. This was really frustrating, as it prevented other guests from using the sunbeds. It would be great if the resort could implement a system to limit bed reservations to, say, 2-3 hours, allowing guests to enjoy the beach, go for lunch, or get a massage, while ensuring everyone gets a fair chance at the beds. I stayed for 5 days and was only able to use a sunbed once, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the resort was wonderful, but improving this small issue would make it even better. Still, highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious stay!

We had a very pleasant stay at Vinpearl Resort. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Our hotel room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The pool and beach areas were large and well-maintained. A small but thoughtful gesture was that the resort provided three balls for us to play with in the swimming pool—this was a big hit with the kids! The kids’ playroom offered some engaging activities that kept our little ones entertained. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. While we didn’t get their names, we noticed that some staff members were especially attentive and welcoming, which added to the experience. Out of the three hotels we stayed at during our trip, Vinpearl definitely gave us the best staycation vibe, with the pool, beach, and theme park all conveniently nearby. The free shuttle bus service was very helpful, although it’s worth noting that the bus tends to leave exactly on schedule (sometimes even within a minute), so it’s easy to miss it and end up needing to book a Grab instead. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again!

The location is in the middle, so it's easy to get around. There are a lot of King Kong Marts and restaurants around, so it was nice. The shower room on the 1st floor is transparent, so I changed rooms. If you don't have any luggage, you can walk from the road to the hotel. The road is a little dark, though. The breakfast is delicious, and it seems like a good value hotel.

Great value for money with a few downsides. This beachfront hotel is a great place to relax. The breakfast is good, the pool area is excellent, and there’s live music in the late afternoon — perfect for unwinding. Overall, it offers great value for the price, and the front desk staff were generally very friendly. That said, I had a negative experience with the restaurant, which took over an hour to serve a simple spring roll. I eventually had to cancel the order to avoid missing my flight. Also, while the gym looks well-equipped at first glance, many machines were broken.

5 perfect days in here. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and tidy room. Free access in cildren daycare every day from 9am-6pm, free chocolate hour every day from 3.30pm-4.30pm and free airport pick up/ transfer.The chocolate and cheese cake is so delicious. There are more than 5 ice cream flavours to buy. I bought vanilla and matcha. Both were so good! I am requested to get a room and a beautiful sunset view to celebrate my anniversary but wasn't expected to be fulfilled with warm greetings via wish card, a romantic swan towel and roses deco on bed, and there was a surprise of a delicious chocolate mousse cake too in the chiller! Iron and iron board upon request. The hotel provide a tote bag to use for free along the stay. I have tried their signature coffee. I like it. So refreshing! Hotel also provide a water cooler on the ground floor to refill a drinking water. I am also use their laundry service and satisfied with the service provided. The hotel has a universal plug, and therefore you don't need an external adapter. Btw, the hotel will charge you a deposit VND1million/day and i paid for VND4millions for 5D4N using wise card. The money will be refund less than an hour after check out. I am suggested to use wise card rather than use credit card that will take 7-10days to refund the money. This hotel is not halal because the breakfast provided is mixed with non-halal food. Our only food choice is boiled eggs. maybe the hotel can separate halal food because there are some foreign tourists from other countries who also have problems eating breakfast. Overall, we were satisfied staying here and fully recommended.

Room was spacious and clean. Good service overall, most staff understood and spoke some English. Few pools around the hotel. There was a night market and some shops opposite the hotel. Breakfast spread was good, they even have a pho and banh mi station!
