Spacious clean room with super comfartable bed (windows at my room was not working properly). Good professional staff at reception and restaurant. Great location at the heart of city. Suz restaurant at hotel roof is a really high priced one with unpleasent meals. Customers are not stupid if you are charging above the european avarage you have to serve something special. I did not like portions and tastes... therefore hotel is good except ”exclusive tourist trap Sûz restaurant”

They really have very self-catering and kind employees. The hotel is primarily clean. The price will make it very happy as a performance. Breakfast is very good. When we did not find any place to be locked on the day the trails were closed, we were offered tea and cookies while talking on the terrace. Look, there is no one in the hotels doing the job that is not the duty of it. But this is like a family. I would give another example to my wife and I had asked for a room change on the day we went to the shop because we hadn't gone a double bed. When we were out, they changed the room and put a smallest waste in the same place. It is a strong advice. A very kind and working team:))

Travelling in Central Turkey in August can be tough where temperatures reach 28°C at night and around 35°C in the day. You don't want to cut corners on accommodation and the good news is that the Radisson Blu in Kayseri is very affordable 5 star luxury. You and your family need the spacious rooms, excellent swimming and spa facilities including Turkish bath, sauna, gym, main and kids pools that are included in the stay. There is a rooftop terrace bar and restaurant with unsurpassed views over the city and surrounding mountains which is beautiful and colourful at sunset. The Radisson is conveniently located between the upmarket Forum shopping mall and the centre city. Kayseri Radisson is an excellent base for visits to Cappadocia and Mt Erciyes ski areas which is open for trekking in the summer. Needless to say, the service in the hotel is friendly and hospitable from reception, room services, restaurants and spa. Highly recommended place for a 5* stay.

I didn't get off to a good experience as the WiFi signal was poor and the room floor and corridor outside were dirty. However, after having spoken with Mustafa, the hotel manager, everything was fixed within an hour, which was much appreciated. The rest of my stay was perfect, the room was really comfy and practical and quiet and I slept really well on the bed. The food available was well priced and catered to vegetarians and there was a taxi always waiting outside. The location is ok. If you don't have a car the area is very polluted to walk in as it's on a motorway and very built up but there is a nice garden outside to relax in. The receptionist was always smiling and helpful, very polite.

Clean and hygienic, the room is quite big, just ten minutes from the airport, the next day, the hotel front desk can help to call the taxi. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast is not good.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Radisson blu mount Erciyes. The hotel is brand new, modern and tasteful. The Kartin ski lift is now open which makes the access to the slopes and the neighboring gates (Develi and Tekir and beyond). The staff at the hotel was very friendly and hospitable. We would like to make a special reference to Ms. Nisa Akcali at guest relations, who during our stay was providing us information and assisting on any needs we might have but amazingly also helped us retrieve a lost item from the Kayseri airport after our departure. And for which we will be forever grateful. Thank you Nisa and the rest of the Radisson blu Mount Hotel! We will definitely see you soon!

Novotel is located very close to the cayesian airport and can be counted in the centre of the city. The staff are ridiculous and well-doing. The hotel's director is interested in guests. The rooms were created in a very clean and health-compliant environment. The customer profile was usually made up of very proper guests. The food was very varied and very delicious.

I had booked a King size bed for my partner and I. When we checked in the receptionist asked if we wanted 2 twin beds. I told him we want to keep the king size bed. He looked at us awkwardly and gave us our keys. Once in the room the temperature was 26 degrees celsius and the AC didn’t work, we informed the receptionist and he told us that AC is shut off in the winter so he told us to sleep with the window open. The noise from the street didn’t let us rest. Moreover after breakfast we had a female staff follow us to the room and she waited outside and followed us to the reception like we are going to run away without paying. I asked for an invoice and she said she’ll email it which never happened even after I emailed them twice reminding them. I escalated the matter to IHG corporate and they promised me they will investigate and document everything that happened.
