GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Leningradsky Railway Station by metro. If you take exit 3 and look right, you'll see the hotel. You'll pass a shopping mall, which has a good-sized 24-hour supermarket on the first floor. If you take exit 4, look right and you'll first see the yellow tower, and the hotel is right next to it. (If you have a lot of luggage, use exit 4 because it has an escalator; exit 3 does not). I was given a king-size bed, which felt at least 2 meters wide – plenty of space for two people without touching each other. The room was large and spacious. I was on the 20th floor with a view of the yellow tower, which was nice. The shower water and toiletries were just okay, but otherwise, there were no downsides, and the value for money exceeded expectations. At the 24-hour supermarket across the street, near the fruit and herbal tea aisle, I met an older, short-haired, plump woman. I'm not sure if she's always assigned to that section. This lady spoke excellent English and was very enthusiastic. I asked her to recommend some herbal teas, and she was very thorough, even telling me which ones she personally enjoyed. The teas I bought based on her recommendations were a hit with everyone.

GGuest UserThis is a very retro hotel, and our room was on the 4th floor. There's a small split-level staircase in the hallway. The environment is elegant, with floral arrangements, and the tiled areas without carpet were very clean. I booked a king room without breakfast because I usually don't wake up in time to eat it. The room wasn't huge, but it was well-equipped with toiletries, a comb, slippers, and even a sewing kit. We got two complimentary bottles of water daily. On the first day of check-in, there were two 'Dalloyau' chocolates on the table with Chinese descriptions. The mini-fridge was perfect for storing milk and cheese sticks for the past few days. Their coffee isn't instant powder; it comes in a built-in perforated filter bag that dissolves quickly and can even be used as a stir stick. There are cafes, restaurants, and schools near the hotel, and a supermarket not far away. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Cultural Park subway station on Line 5 or Line 1.

GGuest UserThis veteran five-star hotel is well-maintained. The breakfast spread is generous, and they even added an extra bed for our party of three. The location is excellent, very close to Arbat Street, and not far from Metro Lines 3 and 4, making getting around very convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the front desk speaks fluent English. If you're looking for a hotel not far from Red Square, I highly recommend this one; it offers great value for money. During our stay, it happened to be my son's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully surprised us with a cake, which was both delightful and touching!

GGuest UserWe loved everything about our stay. The hotel's location is super close to Red Square, just an 11-minute walk away. The rooms are small but cozy, and the beds are incredibly comfortable and soft. The only minor issue was the water pressure in the shower, which wasn't as strong as I would have liked. Overall, a big thumbs up! I'll definitely visit this hotel again.

The accommodation offers an excellent living experience, making for a truly comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with everything well-organized. The air inside was fresh, with no unpleasant odors, making daily living exceptionally comfortable. The environment is quiet and serene, far from the hustle and bustle, creating a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. The natural light and ventilation are excellent, enhancing the overall living experience.
The location is superb, with extremely convenient transportation options, making it easy to hail a taxi or take public transport. The neighborhood amenities are mature and complete, with a dense concentration of various restaurants offering everything from specialty dishes to home-style meals. You can easily sort out all three meals just by going downstairs, making dining incredibly convenient. Daily life here is worry-free and enjoyable, making it perfect for both short-term stays and long-term residency. Overall, it offers great value for money and an exceptional living experience.

AAndrei KriuchkovStayed here for a couple of days in July with a friend. It's a pleasant, compact hotel, without a huge, pompous lobby; very minimalist. The rooms are also compact, about 25 square meters – not cramped, but there's not much space to spread out your luggage either. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute taxi ride to the city center. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is delicious with all the essentials. They even have a ”chocolate hour” for those who enjoy it. The à la carte menu at the ground floor restaurant is tasty. There's a small but cozy spa with a hammam and Balinese massage. Overall, it's more than good value for the money.

BBenyumiThe location is excellent, just across the street from the Red Square. The Red Square is very lively with the Chinese New Year Market and the Christmas Market. We stayed here and visited the Red Square three times. The hotel is European in style, the rooms are large, and the facilities are not as old as other reviews say. I think everything is quite comfortable except that the lighting is a little dim. The breakfast is indeed Russian, but I can get used to it. I was surprised to find soy sauce and wine for breakfast. What we especially praised was that we arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock in the morning, and the hotel did not let us wait, and immediately arranged a room for us, which really exceeded our expectations. In short, very satisfied!

I would recommend this hotel to others as a prime example of what modern service should be. Any issue is resolved in a matter of minutes. It's the kind of place where you truly feel like a valued guest. I wish them continued prosperity and would gladly stay again. Thanks to the staff for their passion for their work.

JJosiezhouWe stayed at this hotel in two separate bookings. The check-in experience this time with a different staff member was excellent, very friendly. The hotel environment is lovely, and the room had a nice view with a small balcony. The location is great, with most nearby attractions being a 20-30 minute taxi ride away. We didn't book breakfast with our room, and it was 3000 rubles per person on-site – way too expensive, so we only had it one day!

OOlga_demeniMagnificent view from the window of the Kievsky railway station and the clock tower. Excellent breakfasts. Our stay included access to the spa area. The saunas and baths are compact, but we visited both. There's a 24/7 gym, a swimming pool you can actually swim in, and, rarely, a children's pool. The water in the pool is 26.5°C.
