Hotel 101 may have lost its luster. The AC is not clean it was showing an FR error message and shuts down by itself, the wallpaper has peeling off and the towels are greying out. Wifi waa terrible. I was on a Zoom Call on the desk and Zoom was kicking me out of the meetings several times. I booked Hotel 101 because of its location. It is near MOA, PICC and many more. I think, if the hotel will make some improvements it will go far. It may be due for renovation.

I loved the area near T3 using Runway. I loved the room, towels and all. We loved our suite room. Just a little bit comment, bath room is small for suitr room though we have 2 bathrooms. Highly recommended for travellers . Thank u for the complimentary food. Staffs were courteous

There was a wide variety of options, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and made-to-order omelets. It was a great way to start the day, and the service in the dining area was attentive and efficient. The hotel also offers a small gym and a business center, both of which I found to be well-equipped for my needs. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was essential for my social media. If I had to mention any drawbacks, the only issue I encountered was the parking situation. While the hotel offers parking, it can get quite crowded, especially during peak times. Holiday Inn Newport offers a decent stay with comfortable rooms and friendly staff, but considering the price is similar to Citadines, I’d personally opt for Citadines. While Holiday Inn is fine for a short stay, Citadines offers more modern amenities and a better overall value for the same price. If you’re looking for more up-to-date facilities and a livelier atmosphere, Citadines would be my choice.

Arrived in the airport with their own transport service already waiing, in the hotel itself waited for more than 30 mins just for check in. Hotel itself is old and hallways smell moldy and musty. Elevators and hallways not airconditioned. Room given was far from elevators so expect to walk a few minutes if not choosing to be near lifts. Room itself was old and small, 2 double beds with small bathroom. Expect to meet cockroaches. Overall not recommended

Service: Even though we booked and paid online, we waited for almost 30 mins. because 1) they said they are still cleaning the room 2) They misplaced my ID to verify our booking 3) Staffs ,duty manager , and security guard are not accomodating Facilities: Lavatory faucet is not compatible with the lavatory, maybe because the original faucet is broken so they change it with incompatible faucet. -They don't have table for us to eat just a vanity table. -Aircon is too loud and it is kinda distubing even when you are inside the comfort room, you can still hear the loud noise. Food: The buffet is just okay, it's just that I still need to request fresh milk for the cereals.

The unit they assigned me to has very weak internet connection. It drops off easily. Then a notice of delimquent payment from PLDT appears. After that, connection drops. The towels provided wont absorb wet particles on your body. It also has some feathers pulling away. The view from the hallway is superb. You can see the parking bldg just beside the property.

This hotel is under management of a grander Manila Hotel. Rooms are large and modern, the servgice ipeccable, and breakfast is great. It also has a very good Chinese retsuaryrant. Curiously, it does not have the bar. I stayed two months until it closed due to covid. It is only about ten minutes walk form large SM shopping centre . Highly recommended

It was a great place to stay since it's near MOA where we attended a concert. The place is accessible and I can recommend it to my family and friends who would want to visit Manila soon.

**Review of Phoenix Hotel Manila** I recently stayed at Phoenix Hotel Manila and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I checked in around 2:45 AM, and from the start, the receptionist was unfriendly and did not provide a warm welcome. I had booked a room with a city view, but when I opened the curtains, I was shocked to find a view of the parking ramp instead. When I called the receptionist to inquire about this, her explanation—that the hotel was fully booked—was unacceptable, as my reservation clearly specified a city view. Additionally, the room itself had an unpleasant odor and was poorly maintained. Essential items like paper towels were missing, and the paper provided on the table resembled scratch paper, which is not what I expected from a hotel of this standard. Overall, I felt that my stay did not provide the value for money.I hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

The hotel was nice. The ambience is 5 stars for us. The thing that bothered us was the noise and the location since it was totally along the highway. You are going to wait for 2:00 to check-in which means they are very strict with their time. Nevertheless, the price here in trip was cheaper than the other applications.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Clean and comfortable room Rooftop bar and pool area with amazing views. Close to some incredibly food Good breakfast Cons Very slow lift system

I recently stayed at I’M ahotel, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool, gym, spa, or restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was absolutely delicious. Staff 💯 friendly and helpful, Staff A+ Rooms to noisy if want good sleep on the same of life and also all 25 above. Issue with bed sheets, unsightly mark when pulled cover back, the quickly them. But had to change rooms ..01 due to noise to the other side, which was great ..05 but water burster in bathroom, about 30 mins into another on 26th floor, but after 10 mins the humming from multiple outside air con units, plus thin glass, then add the vibration of the music from the roof top bar, that wasn't going to be a good night, off another back on 23rd floor - the shower drain wasn't draining. So rooms stay on 24th or below floors and the same of the lane way and should be fine. Staff were amazing.

Great location, very affordable proce, also the hotel very accessible to all year needs during your stay. The hotel staff we're very friendly and we were accommodated to all our query and needs, though during our stay some parts of the hotel were under renovation and the wifi connection was having some problem, but in general we had a good stay. We stayed for six days, well be booking again there soon.

This place was such a steal for the price! Super clean, had a kettle, wonderful AC, nice little private bathroom and suchhhh a comfy bed!! If I ever have a layover again in Manila I would 100% come back here. Location was also good! Front desk staff were also very helpful and kind. Just a warning that there is no elevator and we had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs. So not suitable for those who are unable to do this.

Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

The most affordable luxury hotel you could get in Makati! Room is clean, room service kindly changes our bed and pillow sheets every 2 days. Breakfast buffet served is amazing and they always switch up the menu. I really appreciate the water dispenser that they have put in the hallway! The gym they have is great with essential equipment and the pool is nice with extra towels provided. Also to mention, the view is breathtaking!

The staffs are so nice and considerate. When I was ready to leave and had to wait for my booking car, they checked the car number and arranged me to stay in the lobby. When the car arrived, they quickly notified me of it.☺️ The housekeepers are responsible, it’s clean and organized after they make up the room. Don’t forget to tips them cuz they deserve. Needless to say, well amenities make me feel comfortable when I have a long stay.

The hotel boasts a great location and offers excellent value for money. However, the presence of numerous peddlers in front of the hotel can be a bit distracting.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Even though the building has an older charm, it's been well maintained. Our room was spotless, and we appreciated not having to request housekeeping, as they took care of it daily. We loved the newly renovated pools, which seemed to be heated, and the jacuzzi was the perfect place to unwind. The food was delicious, but keep in mind they have a dress code for the breakfast buffet and require proper swimwear at the pool. The only downside was the elevators — they were a bit slow on Sunday, but the wait times were fine on other days. The WiFi connection isn’t the most reliable if you're planning to work, so it's a good idea to have a backup like a mobile hotspot. There's minimal noise from the renovation outside, but it's not too disruptive. The hotel TV is an older flat-screen but has all the standard cable channels. The AC works well, and all the essentials like the shower, faucet, bidet, toilet, and phones are in good working order. The bedding, mattresses, and pillows are clean and very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. *We stayed for 4D3N to unwind and celebrate my son's birthday.*

Everything is okay but no bathrobe when I am going to swimming I have to use a towel instead. During staying here somewhat noisy because there are many parties . Breakfast is various and good , recommend to stay here.

There was no linen blanket only their brown comforter which serves as bed cover as well. The buffet breakfast was a simple affair, the food wasn’t anything spectacular and the coffee wasn’t freshly brewed. By the way, prepare for a parking fee for they are now collecting one. A 1,000 Php is also required as deposit however, refundable upon check out.

We recently stayed here and celebrated our Birthday and Wedding Anniversary and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, their professionalism was outstanding. We truly appreciate Mr. Jason (pool area attendant) for taking care of us and offering drinks even though we were the only ones at the pool at that time. We also commend Ms. Marivic and her team, especially their dining area supervisor, for serving our food. Special mention to Ms. Sheila, who serenaded us during dinner. The rooms were luxurious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views. Every interaction with the staff left a positive impression, making our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and welcoming atmosphere.

Location wise, this is close to the US Embassy so you can stay here if you have an appointment. Many restaurants nearby too and you can even request for a massage service. I was able to work here as well during my stay since they have fast and reliable internet connection.

It is an old hotel. So manage your expectations. Having said that, we had a comfortable and convenient stay. It is near hospitals (our purpose was to go to a follow up check up), malls, museums and parks (second purpose, family outing) The hotel is clean enough. There is hot water (shower). It smells like an old hotel when you step inside, but it is clean, I didn't see cockroaches haha They change beddings and towels every other day, or upon request. I think they could improve on the laundry of their towels and beddings though. Hindi naman ako nangati. Aircon is cool. Elevator is old in style, but still works. Overall it was a good stay, sulit for the price. Specially that wr had a five year old with us. I also love how they still have newspapers. Most guests are families, or older people hehe probably on government business.
