Location was decent - about 8-9 min walk from JR Iseshi station. Hotel lounge area was super. Just refurbished/looks modern and trendy, with a 24/7 coffee and tea bar. Room itself - clean-ish, felt alright, but I get what other reviewers mean when they say it is old. The rooms are clean, very basic but not modern. Wallpaper slightly peeling but they are trying their best to keep up appearances. Bathroom was clean. Reception lady was really earnest and nice. Overall, for the price paid in this area, I have no complaints and would stay again unless I find something better at same value.

We booked through a Japanese friend as their staff couldn’t understand English very well. This hotel is so popular in Japan for the locals. This resort has everything for kids, teens and adults. The hotel has a spa-land which has lots of different outdoor onsens in a garden. The hotel is linked to mitsui outlet and amusement fun park / water park. Also, 10 mins drive to Nabana no Sato (flower garden) it is worth to go at night to see the flower night show. The hotel charge (around 22000 yen) includes 1 night stay with breakfast and dinner buffet, all the admission fees of spa land, amusement park and Nabana no Sato. I think it’s very good bargain. The dinner buffet has lots of variety foods: king crab , steak, clam soup and fresh sashimi etc. 1 night is not enough , should have stay for 2 nights. My kids are happy, my parents are happy. We are all happy about the stay and kids want to go back again. All the rooms are twin beds, and check out time is 10am. A bit early but I think it’s standard to onsen resort hotel in Japan

I have used Dome Inn in various places so far, but I am dissatisfied with the response of the elderly staff at Dome Inn. I had a wonderful experience with the usual dome in quality for breakfast in the facilities, rooms and baths, but I was angry at the front desk. It was a good response. Maybe Dormy Inn so far happened to be great, but I don't think this hotel is a place to stay because I like it. Just before GW, I stayed as a refreshment when I visited Ise Jingu shrine. I had ISE tea and cheese cake hospitality after checking in at the front desk, but this cheese cake was very delicious. Dinner was a Japanese course (with spiny lobster and abalone) in a private room of a restaurant called Shiraishi, but the volume was just right and everything was delicious. Also, the male staff who were in charge at this dinner was very friendly and I was able to spend a satisfying time. Breakfast is also Japanese, but it was very delicious and I was able to relax. The hot spring bath was also beautiful and good. I think the customer service of the hotel staff 々 (both male staff and female staff 々) is outstanding. Also, I would like to stay when visiting Ise Jingu shrine.

Having come to Ise to visit Ise Shrine, while I had to work online, I needed a good internet access and selected this hotel. The building is new and super clean overall. It should have been perfect if the internet access was good, though the location is a bit away from Ise Shrine and the Ise stations. Two reasons why I give just three stars. 1. The most important thing - Internet access! Terrible. Wifi keeps falling, and I need to reset the Wifi on mobile and the laptop. VPN is no way. Zoom didn't work, either. Just pathetic. With the third call with the front desk, I got a router, which never had a Wifi signal and was useless. I ended up bringing out my Rakuten pocket router, and it was able to make my day, whew!  I'm sure the hotel staff would help till I get the comfortable internet access. I tried but lost a patience after having called them three times (I was 7-minute late for my Zoom meeting, being hassled to get connected, that should be a good reason to take one star down, too).2. I wanted to use the big bathtub for a comfort from my long trip, but I got hesitated to pass through the front area and didn't go and use. The hotel allows the guests to wear Yukata and Tanzen to come to the bath, but I didn't want to. I don't get how the guests can be comfortable in Yukata in lobby. Even with my regular clothes, well, I couldn't imagine myself passing through the people at the front desk right after taking the bath... I've never seen a hotel with such a awful bathroom location, so one star down, definitely. お伊勢参りが目的で、でも仕事があるためこのホテルを予約しました。インターネットアクセスがマストなるも、結局使えず、セットアップに悪戦苦闘しただけ。ホテルのロケーションは町から離れており、インターネットアクセスの状態からして、結果として、このビジネスホテルにする必要はなかったです。

I used it for a reservation on the day of my stay in a hurry on a business trip. There was no problem because I knew about the efforts to counter viruses, the location of the hotel, the size of the room, etc., but the big problem was the triple breakfast in the plan. After 6:30 in the morning, even though I went to the venue, the number of staff was insufficient, and only the drink came out in 18 minutes from the seat! Even if I looked around, no one was eating at the restaurant that should have been opened at 6:30, and some people were irritated and left their seats. I didn't have time to wait long, and when I was assigned, and the staff only answered ”I'm preparing now”, so 30 minutes after the seating, eventually, I remained empty I checked out at the time and I decided to buy it again elsewhere. The rooms are large enough and well equipped for a business hotel. Close to Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station, if you look downstairs from the window of the room, you can see the line of the Yunoyama line of the Kintetsu line branch line. It is possible to use a single room with 3 family members depending on the accommodation terms, but there is no extra bed available, and 2 adults on a 120 cm wide bed, Plus, it's a little impossible because it's going to be a bed with elementary school students. We didn't want to leave strange fatigue the next day, so we booked 2 rooms. This time I was staying in Yokkaichi, but I would like to try the night view award in the factory area in the future.

After staying at many other ryokans and receiving warm and personalized service, we found this place to be very large and quite impersonal. The dining experience has more of a cafeteria vibe - even though a kaiseki meal is being served. The server comes in with each course and and provides a quick description in Japanese and immediately exits. The printed menu is also only in Japanese and no effort is made to explain the courses if you speak English. Service feels rushed at times and at other times you may be sitting for quite a while before the next course arrives. You'll have to track someone down to refill your water. Breakfast buffet is similarly chaotic and not exceptionally creative. Though you are paying quite a high rate for the room, you must also pay additional for other services such as use of the game room or to play ping pong. Gift shop is highly priced so would suggest you get your drinks/snacks at the train station before catching the shuttle to the hotel. The hotel is pretty isolated so their shuttle to and from the train station is much appreciated. The bath is spacious and clean though would appreciate if they had more prominent signage to encourage use of the open air bath which is in a separate location. The view of Ago bay from the room is spectacular. However the large picture window allows a lot of sun/heat to warm the room and the air conditioner is not very strong. The most memorable part of our stay was our encounter with Mr. Ohta who runs the bowling alley. He is a wonderful person who made our experience so enjoyable by sharing his bowling tips, helping us to do scoring and cheering for our strikes and spares. It is clear that he loves his job and we found his hospitality to be so genuine.

I saw a nice photo of the homepage and decided to this hotel immediately. Lobby, courtyard, pool, corridor... It was a hotel full of exotic feelings that I wanted to take pictures everywhere. Clean, customer service was polite and cozy. However, I felt that it took a little time to see the sightseeing spot. So this time I will be at the hotel and will use it again next year ♪

This was definitely my best experience at a hotel in Japan. Hotel staff were very courteous and attentive. We were treated like VIPs throughout the stay. Our room was superb, with a great view of the bay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable (where can we buy those pillows?). The room was very quiet. In many hotels, you will often hear some buzzing noise of AC (?), but not in this hotel. We particularly enjoyed our time in the guest lounge with a reading room—looking over Ago Bay at sunset and enjoying small but exquisite hors d'oeuvres (the quiche was a killer!). For non-readers, this is a romantic place to look into your lover’s eyes. I enjoyed reading, relaxing next to my husband, who was sipping wine. I couldn’t finish “Karei-naru Ichizoku” so we will come back to finish the book. It would be better if the reading room had a better selection of books both in Japanese and in English--for example, some novels set in ocean resort hotels (I can recommend some), and reading lamps (for after sunset). Our stay concluded with an amazing breakfast. Although it was called “American breakfast,” it came with soup (which tasted great) and a salad (which tasted great, too, and very very fresh—cucumbers tasted amazingly juicy). I have never had a better egg benedict! The hollandaise sauce is flavored with shrimp, elevating the egg benedict to a real French dish. Overall, this is the best place to come when you want to be pampered. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I found this hotel if I was looking for a cheap hotel that can stay alone in ISE Shima. I use the room alone, but there is a terrace and the atmosphere of the resort hotel. I was able to see the sea shining in the morning sun from the terrace. The facilities are old, but the staff is very polite and can stay with peace of mind. The breakfast time was initially said to be ８, but when I offered to go out early, I put it out early ３０ minutes. The large bath was comfortable in the rental state. It was a pity that the open-air bath was under repair.

I stayed on a trip in April. The building is not a new building, but it was well cleaned. It was a Japanese-Western style room and it was a luxury for a family ５ name. The children were happy with the buffet style for dinner and breakfast. When I walked on the promenade outside, I was able to go to the observatory in about ５. It was very moving because I was able to go at sunset time. The staff were fewer young, but they were very kind and helpful. I took a bath at night and in the morning, but I recommend it because the view is very good in the morning. There are two things I was curious about. When I arrived at the hotel, it would have been nice to have a parking lot information if possible. The door of the open-air bath was often open and it was cold. I went to tighten it several times, but I gave up because I was playing with it. The spring part on the door may be old. I went to see the word of mouth before my stay, so I didn't expect much, but overall I was happy with the very good inn. Another point is that there is no convenience store nearby, so you should be careful.
