The hotel's location is fantastic; a small gate leads directly to the boardwalk around South Lake and Haogu Pagoda, and it's about a kilometer's walk to Nanhu Tiandi. The hotel's public areas are grand, the gardens are beautiful, and the room size is decent. We stayed in a courtyard room with a small private yard. We tried both the buffet dinner and the Japanese restaurant, both of which were good. The pool is a bit small but still fun enough. It's a great choice for a family staycation with kids.

This hotel belongs to the same group as the neighboring Grand Court Hotel, which can be a bit confusing. The breakfast is shared among a few hotels, and I must say the standard is quite high, with a wide variety and excellent quality. The restaurant staff even pre-prepare coffee to avoid long queues at the coffee machine, which is a big plus. One particularly commendable aspect is the hotel's complimentary shuttle service for guests arriving from the South Station. The shuttle is a large and comfortable Zeekr MPV. The driver contacts you in advance via WeChat to share the route. It's a quick and convenient service. Even without the shuttle, the hotel is just a stone's throw from the South Station, easily accessible via a pedestrian overpass, making it a straightforward walk.

I have to give a shout-out to Shangri-La Yiwu! Evelyn's service was impeccable and consistently excellent. They even gave out zongzi for the Dragon Boat Festival. It was also my birthday during my stay, and without me even mentioning it, the hotel discreetly sent up a high-quality birthday cake! I accidentally left something behind when I checked out, and the housekeeping staff called to confirm my address and mailed it to me.

When I visited Huzhou before, my Huzhou friends proudly told me that the Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake Hot Spring Resort was the city's calling card and its pride. Due to time constraints, I couldn't stay there then, but I decided I had to experience it someday. This time, taking advantage of my trip back to China, my spouse and I finally fulfilled that wish. The Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake Hot Spring Resort exceeded our expectations in every way! What particularly impressed us were the dazzling 'Ring of Light' show, the multi-themed outdoor natural hot springs, and the incredibly rich and varied breakfast. Of course, the luxurious and comfortable room, its impeccable cleanliness, and the polite and attentive service from the butler and staff also left us full of praise. As overseas Chinese from Japan, we can say that even in Japan, hotels of this caliber, with such excellent service, are not common. I will definitely recommend the 'Moon Hotel' to my Japanese friends. Our heartfelt thanks to the Moon Hotel for providing us with such a thoroughly satisfying experience.

Every year, I spend a couple of days here, and I'm always stunned by the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the hotel lobby. Strolling through the courtyard, the lush greenery is a feast for the eyes. In the morning, the lotus and water lilies complement each other beautifully. On my way to Building 8 every time, I see a goose with two ducks, either resting, swimming, or walking, three different species of birds, yet they look like an inseparable family. The hotel's buffet breakfast is still rich and varied, and after our meal, we can sit and chat over tea – simply delightful. This time, I also tried the food at Ziwei Hall; I hadn't managed to dine there in previous years, and I feel like I missed out on a fortune. The room facilities and housekeeping service remain top-notch. The only slight regret is that Building 3, possibly newly renovated, still has a bit of a lingering smell. Thankfully, the hotel has done its best to eliminate the odor, which is at least a small comfort mentally.

Sharing the same front desk and pool as the Marriott, the pool is a real highlight and perfect for kids. The room comes with an induction hob, which is handy if you want to cook your own meals. It's right next to the Trade City, and only about a 10-minute taxi ride to Binwang Night Market.

I have to praise this guesthouse! It was incredibly cozy, and the owner was exceptionally attentive and helpful. The entertainment facilities were comprehensive, including a huge private swimming pool where every shot was a masterpiece. The ambiance was amazing at night, especially with the lights on. The rooms were spotless, and the soft, plush bedding made for a super comfortable and restful sleep. The heart-pounding amusement park was just a few hundred meters away, and we didn't have to wait in line at all the next day. My friend and I were extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time!

The room decor leaned towards a business style, perfect for a VIP. Building 1 is right by West Lake, so the location is excellent. Overall: 1. The hotel environment is very green, great for fresh air. 2. The concierge in Building 1 has a much better service attitude than the front desk. Whenever there's a question, the front desk transfers the call to Building 1, and then the guest has to repeat the issue to get it resolved. It's like the front desk staff are physically at the hotel but their work ethic is back in their office building. 3. Food deliveries need to be transferred to the room. A big thank you to the Building 1 concierge for helping deliver my food – they were super attentive. 4. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can hear conversations from the next room as if they're right there. So, it's thoughtful of the hotel to provide earplugs. 👍 5. You have to specifically request the shuttle service; otherwise, it just sits at the front desk. The shuttle driver gives off a vibe of 'I'm just doing my job' with a hint of fatigue, so it's probably best not to bother them. (For example, 'I need the shuttle.' Good news: the shuttle arrives. Bad news: it stops on the road, not at the entrance.) 👍 6. The entire service process feels very disjointed. Any staff member you pass will smile and greet you, but if you have a question, I recommend organizing your thoughts for at least 5 minutes beforehand, because it takes them at least 5 minutes to understand your query and selectively provide an answer. 👍 P.S. The front desk told me there was a shop, but after walking there, it was closed (they didn't inform guests about the shop's operating hours). As for service reputation, 👍👍👍👍

The lobby also features unique Thangka decorations, blending Ouyue culture with ******* aesthetics, creating a distinctive charm. With sunlight streaming in, casting beautiful light and shadow, the atmosphere is simply stunning, making every photo look like a magazine spread. I stayed in a deluxe river-view room, and it was an excellent choice. The room was spacious and airy, with a well-organized layout. The overall decor was tastefully luxurious and elegant, spotlessly clean, and odor-free. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows were undoubtedly the highlight. By day, you can gaze upon the magnificent Oujiang River and the continuous mountain range, with boats gracefully passing by – a truly therapeutic sight. By night, the city lights sparkle, and you can enjoy the breathtaking city skyline and mountain light show right from your bed, fully immersing yourself in Wenzhou's urban romance. The guest room details were thoughtfully executed; the high-quality bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and all essential toiletries, as well as office and living supplies, were readily available, ensuring maximum comfort. The hotel's service was particularly heartwarming. The staff were consistently warm and polite. Check-in was swift and efficient, and they proactively offered guidance and meticulous, thoughtful service. Their gentle demeanor and patience made the entire experience feel both dignified and relaxing. Facilities were also exceptionally well-appointed. A 25-meter heated swimming pool and a professional fitness center were all available, with new and well-maintained equipment. The 'O Café' Western restaurant and 'Shang Palace' Chinese restaurant offered a rich variety of authentic dishes. The hotel also features a children's playground, making it a great option for families traveling with kids. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. The elegant environment, breathtaking views, and attentive service make it perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Wenzhou!

The room was very clean and well-equipped. We even got a room upgrade! My kid didn't want to leave. The shower had great water pressure. The restaurant on the 27th floor had a comfortable atmosphere, and the breakfast selection was extensive. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Jinhua.
