Pet Friendly Hotels in Chon Buri Province, Thailand

Overall, I found the place clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and always smiling. While it's not as conveniently located as staying right on Pattaya Beach, the environment here is far more pleasant because Pattaya Beach itself is just too noisy with all its hotels and bars.

Of course, i wouldn’t expect anything than my previous mercure experience but still a little disappointed. For hotel condition, you can imagine these factors 1. Mercure standard 2. Water park which people walk in wet 3. Pet friendly 4. Light color carpet Looks a little dirty especially hallway. The elevator is under maintenance since July 18th and no sign for completion at the date of August 11th. This is a little inconvenient as 1 guest elevator is definitely not enough (full one will not stop and our family experience this a few times) The room on the other hand slightly better than the hallway. The front seems to be more useful than it usually is. I pay for extra bed and let them know that i will go to swimming pool. They said they would set the bed up ready when we are back and of course they did not. I went down pick up my delivery food the front ask me if i need the spoon. The request is at least half hour before the spoon sent to my room. Only two plus i would give are 1. considerably walkable to beach and shopping mall. 7-11 is in front of the hotel. 2. My children love the water park (it’s a bit smaller than it looks in the photo tho) All in all, if you are looking for an affordable room with ok location and fun water park for your children not perfectly brand new clean with not very much service this is the hotel for you.

We booked two connecting rooms next to each other. From the pictures, the room looked smaller than we thought, but it was decorated well. Compared to the price, it was okay. The location is in the middle of Pattaya. If you go to Walking Street, it's quite difficult to call a taxi. As for breakfast, there is a variety, but some of the food has been made for a long time. It's not very hot and looks dry.

We initially stayed in the Premier Suite with a pool but decided to transfer to the Family Suite King when we extended our stay for an extra night. Keeping the pool room didn’t feel worth the additional cost, so switching to the Family Suite was a much better choice. However, the TV is quite old and outdated—it doesn’t support YouTube or Netflix, and all the channels are in Thai, making it difficult for foreign guests to watch anything. The water heater also takes a long time to warm up, and the bathroom lacks some essentials like small towels and toothbrushes. Despite these minor inconveniences, our stay was still comfortable overall.

Overall is nice The best part is the swimming pools!  Great view and big enough for customers One of them is for adult only, more quiet. Good view of sunset if in good weather

Strategic location surrounding with nice food. As a 5 star hotel, some policies for example tooth brush only provide upon request, charge on extra water should be revisit / review.

Away from rowdy, nearby mall there's Mr DIY, supermarket, food court and around 15 to 20 mins walk away to beach. Clean and spacious room with balcony, and sumptuous breakfast. Alot amenities including spa, gym, pool etc... good staycation for families with kids.

We were incredibly lucky to stay at this hotel for 8 days, and we had a fantastic overall experience. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk staff spoke both English and Chinese, which made our trip much smoother. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the pool was also very clean. I have to say, for its price point, this hotel offers incredible value for money. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's location is excellent, very close to the walking street, the beach, and popular trendy bars. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is located in a very good location near the shopping mall terminal 21, the hotel has a spacious parking lot. The room is clean the room space is enough for two people but a little bit old. The amenity kits is limited only shampoo, soap, and hair cover. The sandwich was great meter stand out as well as the breakfast not variable but OK

A lovely resort in an excellent location. The owner and staff are very welcoming and you never see a staff member who doesn't greet you with a smile. We had an excellent, very spacious room kept so clean by the housekeeping staff. An excellent buffet breakfast overlooking the beach always started the day well. There was a great Restaurant open all day until 2100 and on one evening the staff so obligingly served us on the beach. I rarely say this because what suits us doesn't always suit others but I have absolutely no hesitation recommending this dog-friendly Resort
