Excellent Service and Clean Facilities!
I had a great stay at Novotel Chiangmai Nimman Journey Hub. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The receptionist was very helpful and professional, assisting me with everything I needed. I was also impressed by the parking staff – they were very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel truly at home.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

The hotel is nicely situated in the country side, with small river running through and nice gardens. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was good for dinner. Minor criticisms, the in room television was small by current standards. The breakfast was more limited in choice that would normally expect for this class of hotel.
Nice and clean little hotel in town. Easy for commute to many places. Friendly staff and restful tiny garden in the open-air area. Safety for stay, key-card system is available. Got the right kind of room that I requested for. Soft bed, blanket and clean towels. Need a little bit improve of free-drinking water. Totally like this location near small market and 7/11.
Loved my stay here! The hotel has a unique design that makes it feel really peaceful and relaxing.
The rooms are cosy and homey, with nice wooden furniture that gives a warm vibe.
The staff are super friendly and always happy to help. Definitely a great place to stay if you’re looking for a chilled and welcoming atmosphere!
Great hotel overall- I’ve extended my stay a few times now. House keeping team deserves high praise - I needed to rest during the day one day so I put up do not disturb sign only for it to be taken off late in the afternoon. I went out for 30 mins and by the time I came back, they had already cleaned the room and got everything in order.
Tip: ask for rooms further in the back. The closer you are to the front staircase, you hear noises from the downstairs kitchen in the mornings.
My recent stay at Xiaolu Hotel truly exceeded all expectations, and I simply must sing its praises!
From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could sense the hotel's meticulous attention to detail – the decor was elegant yet incredibly welcoming, and a subtle, natural fragrance filled the air. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles, check-in was incredibly swift, and they thoughtfully informed me about all the hotel's facilities and nearby amenities. It instantly made me feel right at home.
The room itself was an even greater delight. It was not just immaculately clean and spacious – literally not a single speck of dust to be found – but also thoughtfully laid out, with all the furnishings and amenities exuding a real sense of quality. I slept incredibly well each night, and having a large swimming pool right nearby, available for a swim anytime, was a fantastic bonus.
Throughout my stay, every day felt effortlessly relaxing and pleasant. When I return to Chiang Mai, I will absolutely choose this hotel again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

This accommodation cannot be compared with normal hotels. I stayed in the room on the edge of the river. The room was very primitive. There was no air conditioner, no signal, no WiFi, no phone, no towel, toothbrush, slippers, only shower gel, bottled water and an electric fan. The mountain road is really difficult to walk, especially on rainy days. My elephant call that morning was cancelled because the water level was too high for the elephants to come over on a rainy day. The host is not very professional, so I have to take the initiative to ask. The call was cancelled early and no one notified me. I was waiting in the room stupidly because there was no phone in the room, no WiFi, and the mobile phone had no signal in the village room. If you have anything, you have to walk to the reception to ask. Long distances are dirt roads. In fact, it is much more convenient to live in the mountains. But I still think it's worth it. Although not an enjoyable experience. But it's a really special process. I chose to take a bath with an elephant for 1200 baht per person. It was fun. This is an elephant conservation purpose. There will be a chance to go again.

WWanderRanjPerhaps ok for someone else who is there for the long term and is ok to buy a bunch of things for the room, but it's not suitable for short-term where a traveler may want all basic necessities that are available from a hotel.
It's literally the most bare minimum room I could have ever imagined. Not even a kettle. 2-3 hangers, but beyond that it had nothing. Empty room with a fridge, tv and a very hard bed.
Feels super drab and basic, and lifeless, with no character and no warm homely sort of feel.
Location is also a bit of a drag. The closest thing to it is CMU and their night market which is pretty good as the night market is not really a night market and has many permanent shops. Also, sort of close to Nimman area but still too FAR to walk to it.
Value for money, i.e. cost to comfort/location/facilities/amenities etc is just not there. Sorry.
The man in the office (perhaps the owner) however is very kind, speaks fluent English, and was kind enough to let me cancel my booking after 2 days and refund for the remaining days.
PPThe room is spacious and clean. The staff, a young lady with fair skin, provided excellent service, always helpful and attentive in solving any problems. However, the room does let in noise from the outside quite easily. But considering the price, the room is clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, so overall it's okay.
SSergej R.I was enthusiastic about this accommodation. The location is very good, the view is unslaughterable and Sue (the owner) is like a second mother. The roundhouses are very comfortable, the bed is large and the ceiling is beautifully warm and couching. It is cleaned every day. There is a fresh prepared and ripe breakfast every day. Sue is very careful and helpful and you can very well pray with her. She speaks perfect English. I rented a roller with her (or her brother) directly on the ground, which was also in a state of innocence. The next time I stay longer 😁
GGuest UserOnce again, we came to Chiang Mai’s Huarui Courtyard, an exquisite courtyard; Suthep Mountain shrouded in mist in the early morning after the rain; the ancient temple across the road, its door always open for everyone to pass; the melodious sound of wind chimes, inadvertently brushing against the ears; the road The rhubarb next to it, the frangipani with raindrops, and the cafe in the green Fusu are the daily scene in Chiang Mai; make a pot of tea, count the steps of the years, and walk past the window...
The Mid-Autumn Festival party, enthusiastic beauties and handsome bosses, delicious food, and smiling faces make this Mid-Autumn Festival a festival where exotic customs and Chinese culture blend!
Renew the lease decisively.
PPawełIt was an amazing stay - 2 night's. Room very clean, air condition was great, the garden around was absolutely gorgeous!
The owner super nice and always happy. We could leave our luggage after stay until the flight in the evening. Also great base to walk to chiang mai. 20 by walk to center and 15 min walk to street food, mcd,.. I recommend for all.
李李Very good The four family members were very happy and stayed for three nights today. I am really reluctant to leave the huge yard swimming pool around 120. Throw the four bald boys into the swimming pool and drink tea in the adult house. They have their own way. The big kitchen can cook. The landlord is very good. Ctrip writes no early but in fact Some make appointments with the landlord every day for the opening of the meal, she will send someone to prepare in advance, and it is not repeated every day. It is suitable for friends and family trips.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, quite nice, the swimming pool was also clean (we can't swim, unfortunately), the shower water was a bit unstable, the water was sometimes hot, sometimes not so hot, very quiet, the bedding was good, and I slept very comfortably. There is a cafe next to it, more than 100 meters away, very comfortable. Overall it is worth it. The only thing I don't like is that you have to take off your shoes when entering the lobby, but the floor is not so clean, and the soles of your feet are always black, hahaha.
Jjulie.hsiaoThe hotel is run by Chinese people and is very friendly. The breakfast is a Western-style set menu. It is very close to the back entrance of Chiang Mai University. The price is also very good value. The room has a wardrobe and the bathroom is large and has a rack for drying clothes.
PPhukna- Book with a trip to save a lot. The next round must definitely be a trip 1.
- All the staff are lovely, good service, attentive 1
- There is a pool for the dog to swim.
- Cute cafe 1
AA-wei369Quiet and comfortable, an ideal place to return to nature
I recently stayed at this nature resort, and even had lion cubs to pet, it was a very relaxing experience. This resort is located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by green mountains and clear waters. It is an accommodation option not to be missed for those who love nature.
Environment and atmosphere
The resort is surrounded by greenery and the air is fresh. You can hear birds singing in the early morning and fall asleep to the chirping of insects at night. As soon as you walk out of the room, you can see trees, flowers, and even a stream flowing by, as if you are in a paradise. When I got up in the morning, I met a little lion out for a walk. It was such a surprise!
Facilities and Rooms
The room is decorated mainly with logs and natural elements, which is simple yet warm. There are comfortable seats on the balcony where you can leisurely enjoy the natural scenery. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable, making you completely relaxed.
Service and Experience
The staff are warm and friendly, and the service is considerate. They are willing to help with many issues and make people feel at home.
Overall Rating
This is a truly relaxing, back-to-nature resort. If you are tired of the busy life in the city, this will be a good place to slow down and enjoy the tranquility. I highly recommend it to travelers who like natural scenery and relaxation.
