Hotel is newly built and connected to Osaka Front / Intercontinental Hotel, such a good location with good value for money! Staffs are attentive and friendly. Room is big and modern too.

The hardware environment is good. It is located across from Osaka Castle Park and next to the Osaka City Museum. It is about 4 kilometers from the business district. It is a quiet hotel in a bustling city. The hotel is newly opened and the facilities are very good and new. However, the corridors and rooms still have a little decoration smell when entering the hotel. The room is equipped with an air purifier, which is good. The service is relatively inferior to other hotels of the same level. The attention to detail is average. There is no Chinese reception, the breakfast is also average, and the hotel shower head is always facing you. Every time the water is turned on, you have to cool it down first. Overall, it is okay.

Easy access, good communication. Walkable distance to most sites and train stations.

The design of the hotel is incredibly stylish and well-maintained. Its prime location adds to the appeal, making it a great choice for a stay. I am considering returning for another 2-night stay on May 30. However, I hope to find more competitive pricing on the membership platform, as I noticed that my recent reservation was cheaper through Trip.com compared to the member app.

I absolutely loved these apartments. Very spacious, stylish, within walking distance of the main pedestrian streets. There is even a mini-kitchen and all sorts of nice little things. Quiet area, no noise. Contactless check-in, which is also very convenient!

This was a nice place to stay, some of the room was a bit older and outdated but overall a good stay and very convenient area. Safety was a bit of a concern as previous tenants could enter and we had an incident occur during check in when leaving our luggage and our room door was unlocked with our “protected” luggage inside.

The location of the place was great. It had its own laundry area and also a larger laundromat 50m away. The gym was small but honestly very impressive with cables, free weights and ample space for 1-2 people. The check in process was pretty straight forward and they had a PDF ready for us to start. The apartment was nice and tidy. We did find some hair on the sink though. Unfortunately, we bought food to cook/ store and we found the freezer did not keep our frozen products frozen and furthermore, the stove had no gas/ wasn’t working. We had to make our eggs in a cup in the microwave. With that being said, we’d 100% recommend this place again for a short stay Osaka. These short comings could easily be fixed and finding another place like this for the price would be rather difficult.

Good listing, very close to the subway station, spacious and clean. It is convenient to Namba, Shinsaibashi and Umeda. Highly recommended: washing machine + dryer, super like. The surrounding environment is very quiet. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, several izakayas and barbecue shops nearby. Recommend to friends and want to live here next time.

The environment is particularly beautiful, the room is relatively large, take the children, you can play in the small pool, it is still very good. There are many mosquitoes. Remember to turn on the electric mosquito coil. There is a match in the room, but we found out when we checked out that we were harassed by mosquitoes for a night. It is recommended that you plan to die at the same time at Bo and Universal Studios, or Osaka Port, Ocean Park can choose to live here for one night, which is more suitable. Not suitable for shopping, because there are no large shopping plazas around. Because there are no restaurants around the hotel, dinner is solved in the restaurant in the hotel. The price is not too expensive and the taste is very good. It is mainly pizza, pasta, steak, soup curry, fried chicken or fish steak chips. There are many kinds of wine to choose from.

The location of the hotel is very special. I searched back and forth for a long time and asked many people. Finally, a kind postman took me there. It was really hard to find! And there is no obvious sign, and the locals don’t know it! The hotel’s hygiene and environment are still good. Self-service check-in also taught me a lesson😂
