All amazing! Modern, clean, spacious room, very nice hotel and a good deal for the price, had all necessary toiletries, Walkable distance to the train station. I would recommend to others and come back again!

It's about a 10-minute walk from the main train station. There was a bus, but I walked there. The location wasn't the best, but the facilities were very modern and clean, so I was very satisfied. (They don't provide shampoo and conditioner.) I would like to come back again if I have the chance.

The location is amazing - literally right above the metro station and arrive at the front door in less than 30 seconds. We’ve stayed here for 4 nights and the receptionist we have met are super nice - one of them even guided us to the kitchen to microwave our dinner. Two things we wanted to point out - 1) We had some formal clothes that required ironing, however, the ironing board in room is stored beneath the table and obviously gets super dirty and dusty. At the end we had to iron on the table with a towel on. 2) The housekeeping lady would come knock on our room every morning at 10 to check if we need cleaning or not. One day we told them yes we do need cleaning and would be leaving the room in 30mins. At 3:30pm when we got back to our room, no cleaning was done and yet the cleaning lady came and said either cleaning now or not. We found it quite confusing and disorganised.

Location is really in the city center and has restaurant amenities in front of the hotel next to the metro and bus stop. Top 👍 Room a bit small but its ok. Cleanliness okay. Comfortable bedding. Just no evening concierge.

A great location as long as your room is a lake view one, otherwise the street side is extremely noisy with poor window isolation. The team and service are really nice, and the terrasse moment offers an astonishing view. One improvement if I may - change the bed pillows - really poor quality and hard to get asleep with.

The hotel is located 20 minutes walk from the railway station. Good breakfasts, friendly staff, excellent service.

The lobby is beautiful, the room is big, but the decoration is very tasteful, the front desk is indifferent, the service is average, the location is convenient, not far from Lausanne Cathedral, you have to climb a slope, and it's a few minutes away from the station

This was my second stay at the Everness Hotel, and it was simply fabulous. Whether it’s the reception, the restaurant or the spa. I spent 3 exceptional days. Another big thank you to Javier who accompanied me to the airport. Very kind and very pleasant. I'll be back

I had a wonderful time at Agora Swiss Night. The hotel is very close to the central railway station and very easy to find. The staff were all very friendly and helpful--thank you so much for understanding my poor attempts at speaking French :) I was a solo traveller and booked a single room which was well-equiped and clean. Will definitely book again when I have the chance to re-visit Lausanne.
