The location is in central area, close to all places I needed to go, shopping, restaurant, everything. The staffs at the restaurant are wonderful. I told them I can eat gluten free products, and they even made dishes specifically for me. Too bad that I can only stay in for a day, but definitely I would stay here if I ever be back

Beef noodles best I’ve had so far in Vietnam. Spa has 3-4 hot saunas. Guests can use for free. Nice receptionists. However, I double booked myself into two mandalas same night ( wrong location). This issue still hasn’t been resolved.

Very spacious room, great view on the 15th floor facing the older parts of Bac Ninh town. A lot of local flavor behind the hotel for those willing to explore on foot. The historical Bac Ninh Cathedral is nearby and hosts Christmas light-up activities. Good breakfast at the hotel buffet, but avoid going at other times because there are few other guests and the serving time is long. almost seem like they had to call in the chief to prepare your meal. A burger took close to 1-hour 3 separate times. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels changed daily, but the carpet could use some refreshing. very friendly staff.
